Possibly the worst experience in a BK ever!! Pulled in I could visibly see the manager standing at the front door with what looked her boyfriend. Got to the drive through the lady asked me to hang one for a minute 7 minutes later she came black to take my order. I gave my order then pulled up. About 3 min later at the window the same lady who was standing outside comes over and takes my order again only this time she was reading it back to me but from memory as she was entering it into the resister. Asked for tender crisp got a cold tender grill. Asked for well done dbl cheese burger got an under cooked cburger had to pull through the drive though for a second time to get my drink she forgot and of course no napkins!!! Save the aggravation go cross the street to Mickey Ds!

Service totally sucks. I went by about 11am just just before lunch rush hour, there no cars in front of me and yet the girl took her sweet time to ask for my order... hello, this is a freaking drive thru (fast food restaurant) , I finally ordered a chicken grill salad and a fish sandwich. I got to the window, pay and took off... well the bitch forgot to put any napkins. NO FU***NG NAPKINS AT ALL... AVOID THIS BURGER KING THE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!!

I used to like BK, then I went here. There is a reason nobody is ever in the drive through line. I drive by here all the time and the McD's across the street will be packed and nobody is at BK. Whoppers are crappy. Breakfast sandwiches are cold. I tried many times because I like BK and I hoped that the bad items I got here were isolated but they were not, this BK is just crappy. Sorry, I said it.

Everyone, My own imposed rules for any Chain Restaurant review: 1. Must visit at least three times. Two of which must be distinctly different formats; i.e. one weekday night and one weekend night. 2. Since the food should be the same everywhere, with the exception of regional items, the food category will only be judged on the quality of the expected food (i.e. temperature, consistency, and amount). 3. Ratings are based on a 10 point scale with 5 being average, which does not mean bad. What a score of 5 means is that the category meets expectations for that establishments format. Thanks. Burger King - BK - Elgin Northwest Location/Layout - 3.5/10: This Burger King location can be found on North McLean Blvd just north of Big Timber. The interior could use a major update and still has the old school signature BK green house seating area. I guess these were done to give the impression of al fresco dining but they are just outdated and create a weird haze when looking outside. Additionally, the eating area almost always looks dirty with wraps on tables and food stuffs on the floor, but the fountain area and register area are usually very tidy. Service - 5/10: The order takers are usually friendly and fairly accurate. Although, this location suffers from a greater systemic issue which is the doe faced looked and manager retrieval when presenting coupons. The manager ultimately corrects the order and charges are usually correct but it is always a crap shoot on amount of time spent at the register if you using any of the coupons that BK floods the market with. Food - 5/10: The food is almost always hot and freshly prepared, especially the chicken options, which impresses my girlfriend and why we end up here more often than other BKs. . Overall Experience - 6/10: This BK sits around a fair amount of fast food and quick service options but because of their accuracy, coupons and unique options like Cheesy Tots (which as of this writing are back), the Avocado and Swiss Whopper and the ever popular, at least in my house, Croissan'wich they are visited for cheap quick eats.

Disgusting! Bathroom had piss dried all over the place and smelled nasty. Food was greasy and tasted like crap (more than you'd expect from fast food). Coffee was nasty and to top it all off, the staff completely ignores you! If they do by some miracle acknowledge your presence, you get a healthy dose of additude. Seriously, close this shit shack up now!!!

I do have to say that I have always had fresh food at this location. But, man are they SLOWER THAN MOLASSES IN JANUARY! Every time I go to this location they take for EVER! I don't understand it either. They always have like 500 employees working each day. I would give this 5 stars if the service was much faster.

As far as Burger Kings go, this one is ok. Frankly, generally when I go in the morning I don't care about the service because I am trying to get breakfast and leave as soon as possible. They could be a little faster.
