I don't like BDUBS! Last night was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a really long time. Let me just start off by saying this place is really loud. Don't expect to carry on a conversation let alone hear what your waitress is saying. First of all, I ordered the soft pretzels as an appetizer. You had your choice of honey mustard, spicy mustard or any one of their hot wing sauces. I ordered the spicy mustard given that I'm kind of traditional when it comes to pretzels. Their "spicy" mustard is actually plain yellow mustard. What really irked me is that the appetizer came after our entree. My entree was the Black & Bleu Burger. I ordered it without lettuce, tomato and onion. I know, I know but I don't like that crap on my burger. When the burger came out it had everything on it. I mentioned this to the waitress who's response was do you want me to get you something so you can scrape it off. I know I had a deer in headlights stare as I couldn't believe she expected me to scrape shredded lettuce off a sauced encased burger. Really?? I asked her to take it back and get me a new one. Guess what? She took it back and they scraped off the crap and brought it back. By this time I had enough and ate it anyway. The burger itself was unimpressive. Everything was cold and the bun was soggy. My wife ordered the buffalo chicken flat bread pizza. She was unimpressed and only ate less than half leaving the rest. She also ordered a black cherry mojito. She said it tasted like a watered down cherry limeade from Sonic. The only plus to this place is they have a pretty decent beer selection. Management really needs to get their act together here if they expect to stay in business. There are plenty other restaurants in E'ville that will gladly take my money and return an excellent dining experience.

The place is very noisy, the food is overpriced and mediocre (though it seems like they are attempting to improve their menu lately), and the service is hit or miss. With all of that said, I can't think of a better place in Edwardsville to watch a sporting event with a group of people. They also have one of the better beer selections in Edwardsville which is a plus in my book. Due to a lack of better options, BWW you win by default.

The manager refused to allow the sound to be played for the NBA championship games despite playing sound for MLB and NFL games. I guess eighties music is why people go to sports bars :(.

OK - the food is average to maybe slightly above. And of course, if you like hot wings - come here. I tried the number 12 in heat (out of 15, 15 being the hottest) and couldn't finish them . I shudder to think how hot the top wings must be! This place obviously caters to the young sports loving crowd. Very noisy. Not what I'd call a place to relax. Kids liked it so it can't be all bad.

This place is a much needed break to a hectic week. Their drink and wing specials are super. I really like their spicy garlic wings. The dessert isn't the best, but who really needs dessert with all the wings?

Went there with the family of 4. Kids portion sizes very small for the price. My daughter ordered the mini pretzels and only received 4. I ordered the ultimate nachos of the appetizer section. They were hardly ultimate. Stick with the wings and you may be ok

The food was good tonight it's St Patty's day so it's a perfect night for beer and wings; however, it is never a good night to go to the bathroom see a server out her apron in the floor while she is using the toilet, and then leaving the bathroom without washing her hands. Gross! Wash your hands!!!! Yuck!

The food and service are lovely, as always. Although, it being a sports bar and everything, it's very loud and bright with TVs as far as the eye can see. Great food, service, environment, and bathrooms though! Try the Mango Lemonade!

Just came back from yet another horrible experience at this BWW. 15+ minutes for drinks, cold wings, server never came back to check on us. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves.

I've had are annual fantasy football draft here. The free wifi is great. The food is always great. The wait staff is always coming by and asking if we need anything. I only get wings at BWW. Asian zing and parmesan garlic sauces on my wings.

What can I say? My ultimate local hangout, as in chain restaurant! I've been coming here for many years now and I never get sick of this place. The wings are always great, and I usually come on those special days, Tuesday and Thursday. I usually don't drink here, so I get a soda. I'm always about the caribbean jerk and the mango habanero, or anything hotter than that. Always good service, and even though the staff/workers have changed so much over the years, things tend to remain the same in a good way. Sometimes I'll even get their fried potatoes if I'm extra hungry. I'm not much of a fan of the typical bar/grill place, but this is an exception as this has always been one of the greatest places to enjoy a sports game. Keep it up, guys!

Awful. Been twice and the second time was a mistake....my fault, I should have known better. I shouldn't have to ask multiple times to have hot sauce on my hot wings. Patchy sauce coverage at best, poorly cooked over or under cooked food, and fried pickles that are essentially batter dripping with grease that have a faint essence of pickle. Is it a cool hangout place? Maybe, but only if you're not going there for the food.

This is an easy dinner night for us! I know everyone will eat at least something and more than once we have had excellent service. Once in a while if it's very busy there's longer waits for food or refills but all in all can't complain.

This location is pretty similar to the rest of the Buffalo Wild Wings that I have been too. The food was average and place is usually always loud but I think that's just kind of the place it is. All the TV screens they have going on is the best selling point but if your going there to watch a big game I would definitely suggest that you get there early because it fills up quick even though its a huge place and the people never plan on leaving till the game is over. I would have rated this higher but its really no different than any other Buffalo Wild Wings that I have ever been too. If you like multiple flavors of wing sauce to choose from I think this is a place for you. Also I would suggest that if you get the wings get them extra crispy because if not they come out kind of slimy.

The last time I went, I was served a very cold burger. I told the waitress, who used a paper bowl to take just the hamburger (with my bite mark in it) away to the kitchen, then brought the same burger (now microwaved) back to me, while a manager watched. I will never go to any BWW again.

Contrary to the commercials, this place is not a destination if you are interested in watching sports. Yes, they have a lot of TVs. The majority of the LCD versions are undersized and poorly located. The larger projection TVs are ancient (they appeared to be powered by candles). It seems as though the staff are much more interested in serving their pigeon sized wings than assisting you with finding the game you are interested in viewing. You have been warned.

Well, more like 2.5 stars. There really should be a halfway mark on the rating scale. Food & Service: 3 stars. The food is good. Nothing gourmet, but they have some pretty tasty wraps, sides, and of course wings. The service is fine. Everything else: 2 stars. The water tastes weird, so I'm forced to always order a drink here. And it is always REALLY loud, regardless of when you go. If someone else wants to eat here, I'll go. If I'm picking the place, it's hardly ever B-Dubs.
(3)
Tracy S.
This B-Dubs is an average place to dine. I agree with other Yelpers .. it is quite noisy and caters to a younger crowd. The food was decent with the exception of the mac n' cheese, which was lukewarm. However, without so much as a blah comment to our waitress, the manager quickly appeared at our table and comped the side item. We enjoyed playing trivia and poker at our table via their tablets and the kids thought their wings were excellent. All and all, not bad for a sports bar.
(3)
Josh J.
Service is on par with being verbally castrated by Fran drescher. Food is nothing special. Be ready to leave pissed. We have Tvs. So does everyone else. There's beer, and a waitstaff that is taken straight from apathy heights next to I don't give a fuck mountain by who cares ave.

Place was packed on Saturday night. We had a big group which they handled well. Buffalo chicken wrap is a great choice if you don't want wings. They gave our 8 year old the trivia console which kept her occupied. Ambience at bww is always blah. Reminds me of a place more for sports dudes and fraternities. Prices are a bit high for the quality .

This is a mediocre BWW--and it is the BEST BWW in the area which tells you how bad the rest of them suck. The wings are not good here and the sauce selection doesn't come in different heats, i.e. you can get mango sauce but not mild mango sauce which means if you don't like it hot then you have to pick another sauce. They will mix them up for you and some of their sauces are very good and some are very bad. The preparation is wildly inconsistent as I order well-done wings--which show up however the cook feels like making them so they can be rare or cooked to jerky. I personally believe that inconsistent preparation is the worst trait a restaurant can have. McDonald's built their entire franchises and company on the premise that consistency in taste was the most desirable thing they could have and the Big Mac I ate in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Seoul, Bangkok, Frankfurt and other exotic places I needed a taste of home were EXACTLY THE SAME as the ones anywhere in the USA. Franchises need consistency and the only consistency BWW has is that it is consistently mediocre.

If you like hot wings you should definitely try this place out. Just be aware that it's very loud and has no less than 50 flat screen TV's (there's even some in the bathroom, in case you can't bare to miss a moment of your ball game) The service is alright, not awesome, but they never mess up my order so that's good. We always get the appetizer called southwest chicken dippers (?) those are really good, then we get a couple different flavors of wings and share them. They have sooo many types of sauce, my favorite is Medium because it's hot but not so hot you can't taste the flavor. They also have dry rub wings, the hottest flavor for these is called Desert heat and it's actually not very hot but the seasoning tastes great. Personally I think their drinks are over priced, so only get an alcoholic drink if you seriously want one. One good thing- you can eat cheap on Tuesdays and Thursdays, those days have wings on special :)

CRT TV's? Really?? First of all, this place needs major updating. Second, the service could be better. The food was fine. Tastes the same as most other BWW's I've been to, but the restaurant overall needs some work. I know we're in a small town, but as one of the few restaurants with a bar in the area they could do so much better and attract more clientele. My consulting services are available if they need help on becoming "cool".
