Too funny not to review. This is your basic Arby's. My beef and cheddar was as delicious as I remembered it tasting (it had been a long time since I last sampled) and the curly fries just as great. I did not have a gross out experience like Ben B. Bathrooms unremarkable but not dirty. The high school girls behind the counter polite. I rang the bell for great service. Good pit stop on the way to St. Louis.

Food was excellent. Cooked while we waited so it was hot and fresh. The dining room was clean and staff were friendly. I had a Beef & Cheddar. My daughter had a chicken strip kid meal. I don't mind waiting when food is hot and fresh

This has to be the worst Arby's I've been to. The servers are illiterate, and so slow. After repeating my order at least 3 times he finally got it. Order by number of meal because they can't read chicken cordon bleu on their screen. After waiting 20 minutes my food was cold. I watched other people complain and the manager just gave them a blank stare.

No one is there!!! Its a joke and arbys meal cost as much as a half-ass steak at a normal restaurant. I trust nothing I get from there.

I'm pretty easy to please, especially when it comes to fast food chains. I don't expect the royal treatment. But this was positively the most appalling fast food restaurant I've visited in awhile. First I tried to use the drive-through...and sat in line (after ordering) for about 15 straight minutes, without any of the cars ahead of me moving an inch. When I finally pulled out of line to try going inside, I saw that there was only one person in the car that was holding everybody up (most likely not a complicated order to handle). Inside was even worse. There were 5-7 employees running around a filthy, disorganized kitchen and only a handful of customers, some of whom had been waiting on their food for at least 20 minutes. I saw one employee drop a sandwich out of its wrapping and onto the dirty counter, then scoop it up and put it in a "to go" bag! The restaurant seemed highly overstaffed, but with people who had no idea what they were doing. I never got my food. After wasting a lot of time standing around, I decided to bail without collecting my meal. Wish I hadn't stopped by the bathroom, though--it was even dirtier than the kitchen.

Just as good as any other Arby's. It is never super busy, so the food tends to be made to order, which I enjoy!

This is the friendliest Arby's that I have every visited and the food was good and hot. I was on my way to bloomington and stopped by in the evening. I will definitely stop by again. Also congrats to the Dwight high school cheerleaders for winning first place in the IHSA state championship.

The dirtiest restrooms in recent memory almost sent us to the Burger King across the street. The look of the soda fountain also had me wondering what extras might be riding along on the food.
