Food is always good - but this location won the award for longest time in drive through line. EVER. I actually called the place while I was in line waiting to pay and they didn't even answer the phone. They need to step it up.

You never judge me at 1AM when I pull up to the drive thru. You always have my back when I crave the munchies. You are so patient when I ask for extra hot sauce packets. Your orders are always cooked to perfect. Thank you for carring the Fruit Punch and always givng back my correct change. -Loyal fan since 1986

As far as White Castle locations go this one is mediocre. The staff was friendly and what not but it took fffffooooooooooorrrrrrrreeeeeevvvveeeeeeerrrrrrrr to get my food. There were three cars in front of me after I had ordered, I waited 15 min. To get to the window. I didn't see one crave case be handed off so it wasn't like one guy ruined it for everyone else, just your normal bag or two order. ONce I got to the window it was at least another 5 min before I got my order. This wasn't too bad this time, but had I enjoyed a few adult beverages before coming here, in the passenger seat of course, I may have had an "episode". That is a long wait when your sober, and mind you the visit was at 7:30 ish. I'll be back, as WC's are few and far between in these parts, but if there is another location a few minutes further I may make the drive.

It's your typical White Castle here.. Service is average and so is cleanliness. They are open 24 hours so I really like that. Hey, you never know when the craving this, it could be at any godly hour. My favorite part is getting just the basic burgers (without cheese, I think the burgers taste better without it and I can enjoy the true flavors of the onions and beef) and eat about 3-4 of these for a snack on the run. They're great to eat-and-go in between errands and before your actual big dinner with the family or what not. I've taken my mom here a few times after our shopping trip by Old Navy, or the markets nearby. Nothing bad to say, it's White Castle! :)

White CASTLE is a local Institution, it's a different burger so unique you can't compare to any other burger chain. The onions and of course cheese make these little burgers a late night favorite and staple. I don't go here for lunch, I go here for late nite snacks and it's always a treat the one or two times a year I'm in town. I do buy the frozen cheese burgers to tide me over during the other months. Onion rings are really good too! The fish with cheese is good too, during lent it's a good option. I will always have a soft spot in my heart for White Castle Cheese Burgers. Yum Yum Please open up in Nevada!!! In and Out rules here but White Castle would kill here!!!

I asked for extra pickles on my burgers, not in the box on rhe side of my burger. They made me wait 30 minutes for my order and it still wasn't right where do they do that at. To top it off my burgers were soggy and cold this shit is unbelievable. The two African American females and the hot Spanish guy they act like I wasn't even there.

So I wondered about some real White Castle, not the ones you buy at your local grocery store in Cali. My cousin ordered two jalopeno burgers and two... regular ones. When we got home I had my taste. They were really cute! I liked how the buns were a little crisp on the outer area. Them sliders were good.

Was in town visiting family (and reliving my childhood/adolescence in Chicagoland) so we had to head to White Castle and try to remember what Harold and Kumar were making such a fuss over. We walked in and placed our order... pretty standard for a fast food joint (lady was barely audible when she spoke and made no eye contact). We grabbed our drink from the fountain machine and sat down. They called our number and we grabbed our food. The bun on my slider had a hard spot, so I had to rip about a quarter of the bun off of it and the meat was just how I remembered... a cat food patty. Ugh. We noticed that we were the only people in the place under the age of 65 so we wondered if there was a senior discount going on?

It's White Castle, not Charlie Trotter's. I tried the new Angus Chili today and I have to say I think they slipped an extra letter "G" into the name of it, because it was pretty poor, even for Whitey standards. Good thing it was free trial day. My sac of orion rings was good. The same mumbling woman still works there and understanding her is a language barrier as well as a volume challenge.
