This location is a great place to stop for lunch when in the area. First of all, it's a Wendy's fast food restaurant! Given the expectations of a large chain, this location does very well. It's important to note that the manager there is new, and has done amazing things with the food quality & service the past 12-18 months! His name is Ralph, so if you see anything amiss, ask for him and it will be handled the way things should be. Food: It's a Wendy's. Their menu is fairly good and offers a decent variety. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, healthy (and not so healthy) salads, and of course, Frosty's! Buy a key chain tag for $2, and you get a free small size Frosty with each order - just right. This location also has a Coke Freestyle drink machine! These make it fun to get exactly what you want to drink, and makes the prices more worth it. Burgers are decent, and I've had good luck getting them made the way I order. Fries - yes, ask for no salt. They are decent as is, and the staff seems to be doing a great job of keeping them fresh these days. As with most fast food places, a bit heavy on the salt for my taste, but not as bad as the golden arches so prevalent these days, where I have to shake them off before eating. This location is exceptional, so base the review on this particular store. Others are not up to these standards, so take that into consideration. :) Thanks for making a difference, Ralph!

Food was good. But Service was very slow. The tables in the dining area were very dirty and there were no lids for the soda cups. Last time I went there I went to the drive through and there was no one in front of me and the service was very slow.

A couple months ago, I had my Middle school graduation to go to and before that I went to this Wendy's so I can have energy at the graduation. It turned out that it was a whole disaster! I had terrible stomach aches during the ceremony and I thought I wouldn't make it but I actually did! When I came home, I threw up about 7-10 times and I couldn't stop with the pain on my stomach! I didn't even have time to celebrate with family about Graduation because most of my family members left that day! I had to go to sleep and I eventually felt better! I don't think they wash their hands and I will never ever go back to this Wendy's ever again!!

Depends on the preparer. Always order no-salt fries, these will be fresh. Beware if you don't - they could be sitting all day and salted beyond belief. My last regular order of fries tasted like a salt lick. Lots of high schoolers from across the street leave the place a little grimy, bathrooms are subpar.

They always get something wrong. I hate that you have to ask for cheese, and if you ask for any condiment expect them to be cheap about it and just give you one even when you ask for two. A plus is that it just got a little bit renovated [I believe just the outside because the kitchen seems to be the same from around the counter].

Wendy's is Wendy's but this one is closest to my home and has a problem with getting certain orders right. It's almost like we have an unintentional trick we play on them because of this tendency. My 3-year old prefers the side order choice of mandarin oranges instead of fries with his kiddie meal. We order it that way but 90% of the time, he gets fries instead. So we go up and show them the mistake, then get the oranges but end up keeping the "free" fries since they won't take them back and re-use them anyway. Good to know this since we no longer order fries here, just wait for the counter people to make the mistake and score us some free fries. Try it for yourself and it's pretty amazing how often it occurs!

I tried some wendy's in other states. This wendy is CHEAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The workers are stupid and don't do their job. They are to busy flirting with their manager. The portions are also terrible. Don't expect it to be all there like at other wendy's. They also don't give enough condiments. Also the extremly stupid staff are to busy flirting with the flirty manager that they forget about your drink. If you ever been to other wendy's out of this tricity area and go to areas such as Schamburg or Wisconson you will see the major diffrence. Here a $1 ice cream wil get you a 1oz ice cream. If you go to the south or somewhere else $1 will get you the large or this ice cream.

I know it's Wendy's and u can't expect a lot, but come on, they get everything wrong! U ask for BBQ with chicken nuggets - and they will "forget" to put any at all. Yet they give u a burger (cold!) loaded with tons of mustard and mayo, there is more of condiments than anything else! So WRONG!!! Do they do that to piss u off?

Hey! A Wendy's that has breakfast! I was all about it at 10:20 this morning when I figured a coffee and something different from the capable McD's and BK breakfast sandwich offerings would hit the spot. They had stopped serving breakfast. At 10:20?? I thought the international cut-off time for fast food breakfast was 10:30! I distinctly remember Michael Douglas going off in the movie 'Falling Down' because it was 10:33 or sometime close to, but after, 10:30, and breakfast was unavailable. He showed up late and was, to say the least, disgruntled... imagine being in my shoes: I was 10 minutes early! I admit I was taken aback a little and regret not asking what time breakfast ends for future reference. I mean, what are people with hangovers supposed to do?? I ordered a cup of coffee and hit the road; their sign for the biscuit and sausage sandwich jeering at me as I left, hungry. My assumption is the breakfast cut-off is 10am if it was unavailable at 10:20... I know there are people who start their day much earlier than I do who may be hungry for a burger, chicken cutlet, or salad at 10am, but those people have Burger King as an option so they can get a Whopper during breakfast time. I was shunned trying to get breakfast at breakfast time... I'd love to try a Wendy's breakfast, but the only time I'd get an opportunity is when I have morning meetings- and hopefully they get over quickly so I can get to Wendy's early enough to try the dang sausage biscuit sandwich... and have the last laugh.

I stopped here because I remember this Wendy's being the best from years ago when I used to travel out that way for school. They used to actually make their burgers look like the picture, which is amazing. So, today I stopped in here and boy have things changed. The girl taking the order was a total crab. There wasnt a clean table to sit at, (they were all disgusting), the table with the utensils had no straws, there was food, wrappers etc all over the floors. And the food.......not what it used to be. I hate when you get a chicken sandwich and the cheese is not even a little melted., c'mon!!....Boo!

This place be BAWLIN' yo. Chicken nuggitz be crispy like you never SEEN. I tasted one and was like "WHAAAAAT?! Are you serious Wendy?" Mean girls workin' the friers, tho. This one chick wouldn't even let me holla. I was like "please, you ugly anyway."

Seriously this is the best Wendy's on earth. It's so efficient and the sandwiches always look like the pictures on the menu! I didn't know that was possible! Reuben is usually the guy at the window, and someone needs to give him a medal. Ok yeah, I go here a lot. It's got me hooked. Service is a little questionable when Reuben isn't at the window during peak hours, but still tolerable. It's fun to watch the line of cars when it's busy. It's like a revolving door. That's how efficient it is. Other chains should take a lesson! The fries are always fresh. Nuggets always crispy. It's just so good!! I heart this Wendy's, even though it will probably kill me :)
