Have 15 minutes that you really don't want? Just be the 4th person in line here and those can easily disappear. 1 employee worked, 2 others more or less stood there. Find another Starbucks for your caffeine fix. Not up to their usual level of service.

This Starbucks is a pathetic mess. To start, the place is understaffed and a disaster. Next, after asking for a baked item to be warmed, I was informed that they do not use their oven after 6:00pm. Also, as a final insult, they don't make napkins available at the bar like every other location on the planet. Therefore, you have interrupt the one poor girl working there and ask for something so basic.

Out of blonde and Christmas blend would be a ten minute wait. Changed order to chai and still took 10 minutes. Only two people in front of me and only two drinks and still took 10 minutes. Two girls working and super slow. Don't waste your time.

If I could give negative stars I would not only does my coffee suck but so did the two girls helping me!! Rude and miserable is what the facial expressions show... my coffee was made wrong so she fixed it in her own way and it didn't taste right as a gold member I know my coffee well. When I asked her to remake it that it didn't taste right not only did she not acknowledge me she also looked at me with disgust so without knowing if she planned on fixing it I stood there anyways and waited she never apologized or even asked what was wrong just put a new one out there that also taste horrible. If you want a real Starbucks skip this one the staff here is rude and clueless!

Starbucks tend to be consistent service wise from location to location. We have only been to one through the years thathad poor service. This was it. UI had a free drink on my card. I told the clerk who said it was a "fifty/fifty chance" whether or not the system would take it. It did not and charge me. he did not know how to reverse it. He blamed system upgrades and that this was not a corporate store, so the card system did not work a s reliably. I will avoid in future.
