Walked in, was the ONLY customer in the restaurant and there was no one was in the drive thru. To ladies that work there were outside smoking and talking on phones. One lady was at the drive thru window. NO ONE CAME TO WAIT ON ME!!! I tried getting the ladies attention but couldn't. After standing there for 5 minutes and left... When I walked out I walked past the employees and they didn't seem to notice me...

Drove through and got 3 cheeseburger kids meals. Got home, no receipt, and one of my kids didn't even have a burger in their bag! Sooooo, I drove back, walked in, told them what happened, they gave me a burger, but no apology. Nothing. Also, this location smells like urine when you walk in! Yuck!!!

It's Wendy's..Some are definitely better than others. This is one of the better ones. The service is fast and friendly. The burgers aren't sloppy and prepared fresh.

this must be the worst wendy's I have ever been too. If you enjoy "I don't give a $***" attitude and crappy quality fast food then you have found Mecca here. Otherwise stay away for the love of God, your patience and your stomach.

I went to this Wendys location twice for take out in 3 days around dinner time and I'm telling you they have some special going on! They are at the top of their game! Not only were the burgers hot crispy and delicious, even after the drive home, but the service was especially fast and friendly. The staff gave me a great smile because they new they were hitting on all cylinders and were excited about the food and the quaility of their service! I'm going back!

I was liking you, I was. Stopping through for some spicy nuggets, your commercials have tempted me often. I liked you. I did. But recently I noticed that you charged .57 cents on a two dollar purchase, how is that so? I'd look to the receipt, but alas.. there is none! Tax can't be that high, these are the burbs. Calling in I learn that you now pre-charge for sauce?! What if you charged me and I didn't receive any, which was what happened the other afternoon. What then? You just pocket my hard earned money. WTF B.S., and without offering a receipt is the drive through person pocketing the money or is it a conspiracy? Different days and different prices is questionable.

Pretty good location. Staff always seems to be on the ball, food is decent and reasonable. Only problem can be getting into the restaurant! If it's busy and your coming from the north or east, I suggest entering off of Rt 83. If your coming north on 83, make a u turn at Plainfield and get on southbound 83. Plainfield Rd can be very congested and most of the people don't leave an opening so your can get into the restaurant's parking lot! Just turn right off 83 and make another quick right and drive around to the east side of the restaurant to park or continue to drive-thru!

This place is horrible. It took 8 mins for me to get food in the drive thru and there was no one in line or in the place. When the guy finally brought me my food out there were no straws for my two drinks, no spoon for my chili and no napkins. Also, the phone number on the receipt to contact them is a fax number. The fries were cold and tasted like paper. It was horrible, I would NEVER go there again.

The service at this wendy's always blows my mind. They are so friggin fast and my food is always nice and hot. i don't get to visit it too often anymore but once in a while if i'm in the area heading home from oak brook or yorktown, i'll hit this up for a big bacon classic, chili, or single with cheese. dipping fries in chili is an amazing move as well.

If you're looking for the typical Wendy's experience, you just found it. Service is spotty during rushes, just like any Wendy's anywhere, and the food is exactly what you'd expect it to be: cheap and delicious. My only major gripe about this place is that it's located on a pretty busy intersection. It can be a huge pain in the ass to get in and out of there sometimes.

I mean its Wendy's Convenient Right off major street Near Highway Down the street from my house $$$ They open at 10am.....now THIS is the big thing because on Sunday when I am heading to church I need some fuel to get through the drive to Matteson and through service. The opening time is so convenient to my schedule. Oh yeah and if you haven't had the crisy chicken ceasar wrap or strawberry tea yet....I need you to catch up!
