Not a bad place to grab lunch. Stopped in a tried recently and tried their Side Sampler. Went with the mixed steamed vegetables, boiled red potatoes, creamed spinach, rice pilaf, and some cornbread. Temperature on everything was right on. Surprisingly most of the sides were very seasoned and required very little, if any, extra salt or pepper. The potatoes had a nice blend of thyme and oregano. The cornbread was great; plenty moist and one of the better I've had. The rice was cooked properly, and the spinach was a solid side. For 8 bucks, you'll get your monies worth. Service was friendly and efficient. The dining area was well kept and had at least on employee busing tables at all times. Definitely worth a second trip...

I had ordered a half chicken all white meal, and once I got home I found that they had gotten my order wrong. I got white and dark meat, and I do not enjoy dark meat which is why I ordered and paid extra to get all white meat. The manager asked me to comeback and he would correct it, I informed him I live 15 min from his location and didn't feel like spending a half hr to fix this. He said he would give me 50% off my next meal. He gave no stipulations. I go back to take him up on his offer, I ordered something that cost $20 ( my original order was $10) not only for my inconvenience but I actually wanted to see if Boston Market valued customer service. WELL THEY DON'T! The manager said he could only authorize a five dollar discount as he had no authority to give more. I stated that he ( his name was mark or mike and he was the actual manager who gave me the 50% off) was the one who gave that discount and gave no stipulations. He didn't even offer to refund me the difference in price that I paid ( I don't like dark meat and eat only half of my order). So don't expect any kind of good customer service when you go to this place, even when they mess up!

I havent had boston market in quite a while. Tried the chicken carver sandwich. The meat was good, the bread was ok. I got a bowl of tortilla soup with it too. For a $10 lunch, I thought it was pretty good.

First time at a Boston Market. I'm in Crestwood constantly for work so I've started running out of new places to eat, figured I'd give this a try. If you don't like chicken this probably isn't the place for you. I walked in not expecting much and was decently satisfied. The staff was friendly and the service was fast for how busy it was. I had the quarter white rotisserie chicken with Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and corn bread. Over all pretty good for $10. If you don't have a lot of time but don't want traditional fast food, this is a decent alternative.
