Fun atmosphere. Took too long to serve food when they were not crowded. Our waitress was not very friendly.

Had a good time at theTexas roadhouse great dinner rolls good steaks, it's a good old boy country and western theme is a nice charm to it Big parking lot The staff is very friendly and a tentative this place is set up for For eating not hanging around with friends and have a long conversation it seems like they get You in and get you out which is okay. Because they don't push you out the door. I liked it and will be back again.

My rating is based on my expectation for this type of place. The steaks are no Ditkas or Wildfire, but my Dallas fillet was fine. The rolls are great. I felt the "loaded" option for my potatoes was a little cheap. The bacon bits seemed like Bacos. I was expecting a little more. Staff was friendly. Our waitress tried to up sell quite a bit, but didn't cross the line of being pushy.

Finally made it in and I have to say it was crowded when we first arrived but we were seated quickly. Our server was great! He made sure everything was great and really took care of us. Defiantly going back!!!

My first visit here. It was extremely crowded at about 8pm at night on Saturday, there was a forty minute wait. It is better to call ahead and they will put you in line before you get there. They give complimentary peanuts and this is nice since it takes the edge off while you are starving. I ordered the most expensive steak and it did not disappoint. The steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. My kids had the mini burger and a a regular burger. It was a family friendly atmosphere. Their biggest downfall was the side dishes. Everything was dry and mediocre. I was totally unimpressed by the side dishes and they charge you extra for the cheese on your cheese fries. So they know how to cook meat but the rest of the food was blah. I would go again but will try other places first. Also, the entertainment was cute but lack luster.

This place is awesome. Everyone need to come to this place you won't regret it. I always order the chicken critters with fries and a ceaser salad. The food just doesn't taste the same like other resturaunts. Also the waiters there all have a positive attitude. Out waiter Glenn was always consistent with asking us if we needed anything and he was very polite. Their customer service is usually polite and nice. The food also didn't take long to come out. Also what the cool thing is, is that sometimes they waitresses and waiters all dance to certain songs. This makes everyone in the resturaunt get out of their seats and watch. This really brings a sence of fun to the place. So bring your friends and family to this place you won't regret it.

worst service ever....just walked through the door they tell me its a 30 minute wait and before i could ask my guests i had a spoiled little shit hostess snapping at me...."you staying or not!?" I gave her a piece of my mind....stormed out and called the manager. I was going to give this place a try: I don't need a little 17 year old brat yelling at me!

We went there last night for dinner (02.21.2014) at 8 pm. There was about a 30 minute wait which wasn't bad at all. We were seated and our server, Justin, was just fabulous! Prompt taking our order and checking to see if we needed anything. My dinner was a bit undercooked, so they took it back. When they served it again, it was still undercooked, but I just took it because I had already almost finished my two sides. The manager came over to apologize and said he would take care of it. Great we thought! We were very pleasantly surprised when the bill came. Couldn't ask for better service by Justin or customer service in general. I met two friends ... one from Brookfield and one from Westmont, so this area is perfect for meeting. I am sure we will frequent this place often! A shout out to Justin! I work in a service industry so I do appreciate good customer service/

Went here with a group of friends for our version of a ladies night. We had a great time!! The food and service was great! I had the pulled pork and it was probably one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I've had. If you like smoked pork, this is a must. And now onto better topics, our server was really great. He kept the drinks coming and even took a picture with one of our "older gals"!! He even allowed a butt grab!! Lol! Needless to say, we had a great time and def will be back!!

I was invited to a dress rehearsal dinner on Saturday prior to their official opening. I had gone their Orland Park location and usually get their steak which is always amazing. It is shameful to use steak sauce in this place. During their dress rehearsal you were given a card with the entree you were to be served. The meal that was to be served to me was a half slab of ribs. I typically do not eat ribs only because they are difficult and messy to eat. It usually becomes a fight between me and the bone, trying to rip off the meat from its stubborn grip..... But not this time. I have been converted!! These were the best ribs I have had in chicago! These were ribs I could eat with a fork because the meat was literally falling off the bone. The sauce was savory, sweet, and spicy. Perfection. I asked for them to be topped with mushrooms and onions which I know is odd but i love mushrooms and onions. Along with my ribs, I requested sides of corn and loaded mashed potatoes. These were some delicious mashed potatoes! Lastly their butter rolls with cinnamon butter was heavenly. I have also become a fan of fried pickles. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. It was a great experience. Will definitely be back soon.

The ribeye and shrimp were great. The steak was tender and flavorful, making steak sauce unnecessary. The staff was friendly and outgoing. Scott, our waiter was funny, and eager to provide whatever we required. They are still trying to work out the kinks (incorrect drink order, and it was really cold inside the restaurant) but, overall, it was a good time.

This place is awesome. Our server (Rebeka) was awesome. The food was great! I never finish it cause they always give me so much. The wait is never long. Even when I came on Valentines day. I recommend coming here if you're looking for great food and awesome servers.

Food is decent service is good for smaller groups they can't seem to Handle large parties 2 times that we went with groups of 8 they never seem to be able to get food out right and services is terrible with a large group.

YES! I am so excited we finally have a Texas Roadhouse near our house!! We stopped in the day they opened (we had no idea it was the very first day!) And the service was great! We had Allison as our server and she was very personable and on top of it. My favorite is the grilled salmon and ask for Allison when you stop in! She's awesome!

Eh... I'll stick to Naperville or Joliet. This roadhouse sucks. Music was wayyyyy to loud and food was way overdone.

Save a cow. Save your pennies. Maintain a level of sophistication. Pick another restaurant. 1 star - service. Rude, mostly absent, and uninformed. 1 star - food. The meat was tough. Even the peanuts tasted old. 1 star - environment - dirty floors, dripping wet bathroom counters.

Ashley was to seat us and we asked to move to another table when kids at an adjoining table were screaming and she snarled at us. She was filled with arrogant attitude and we were told there were screaming babies everywhere The manager was very insincere in his reply. Not going back again. Too may choices of places with strong staff and management (and better food)

Food was decent, service not so much. Our server was knowledgeable albeit rehearsed but never looked us in the eye. Felt rushed. . Waited for a table, no problem so we sat at the bar for a pre dinner cocktail. Waited. At the empty of people but crowded of debris bar for five minutes before we got served. Asked for a bottle of wine and she didn't know if they sold bottles. They did! I hate drink menus without prices btw. Got the wArm wine in a very sticky bottle and waited to pay. In the mean time r pager went of so we shuffled thru the crowded dining room with r coats and glasses and bottle of wine to discover they made an error and there was no table for us. Ok no prob, working out the kinks. Sat back down at the bar and were then escorted to r table. R server stopped by a couple of times so we could look at the menu. Ordered r appetizer and were then prompted to order r entree at the same time. R salads came out before apps and r check came out one minute after dinner! I know they were busy but please! Ugh! Also... Don't go if you have a large group! Their seating is awful and so many looked uncomfortable with four and six tops only and the odd man out in a chair in the aisle eating off a raised table and fending off servers and runners and guests while dining. Love new businesses and hope this feedback helps to improve the restaurant . Not trying to be mean, just constructive.

My daughter loves coming here! It's such a fun atmosphere. They start you off with amazing bread... but its the butter that makes it. My steak is always cooked to perfection too. We personally ask for Kelly or Megan as our server as they are amazing with my one year old and two year old. Even when they are busy we always get great service!

Great service. Fun atmosphere. Don't be intimated by the wait it moves fast. The rolls are the best and they will keep bringing them to you !

Low quality meats, third time here so you can't say I didn't give it a chance. 6 oz. sirloin chewy & bristled with stringy fat last visit. Tonight the ribs were loaded with fat, my kids couldn't eat them. Gross, and i love fat or the taste but this was raw fat. Great atmosphere, fun but main courses not so much. Bread solid and peanuts solid.

We had an overall good experience despite what seemed to be a server and manager smoking right outside the front doors as we walked in. Our server Chris was great, he was friendly and attentive. I was amazed at the amount of food you get for the money spent. It was my boyfriend's first time here, and he can't wait go go back.

Four of us went for birthday dinner, on a Thursday night. We shared a cactus blossom, which was very generously sized....We had to stop eating it or there would have been no room for dinner! All four (different) steaks were done perfectly to order. The sweet little handmade rolls, served warm with optional cinnamon butter, were melt-in-your mouth yummy. Only complaint was that the music was way too loud. It made it hard for us to enjoy chatting with each other, something we enjoy when we manage to get the four of us together. For that reason, we will probably not go back for a family gathering.

Four diners, 3 overcooked steaks. Server Gio was great, but there is nothing like ordering a medium rare steak and getting dry nearly well done. The wait after ordering was about 90 minutes at 8:30pm. Nothing special ordered, and they messed up 75% of it. They offered to re cook the food, but we were tired and just left. I feel this location neeeds to get a new manager and maybe steal a couple cooks from another location, because the chain is much better than this.

Great steaks. Lots of choices on sizes so you don't have to get a plate with way too much food. Vegetables are very fresh-not frozen. Baked sweet potatoes are especially good. Good, attentive service. Good value for the price.

I called ahead of time and got a "confirmation number," which I gave upon arriving at the restaurant. Because of this, we were put at the head of the waiting line, and were seated within approximately 5 minutes. The place is full of good times and happy cheer! The wait staff dances around every few minutes, sings, and chants. To me, this is a little on the "sappy" side, but was still a lot of fun. We chose our steaks, but didn't get the "famous dinner rolls" until we asked. The meals were served quickly and very hot, however, my wife and I had the saltiest steaks we've ever had. The taste was delicious, but way too salty for our liking. Our bill came to a bit above $40 for the two of us (we didn't order beverages, just water), with one appetizer which was fried pickles with two kinds of dips. We enjoyed ourselves, and of course took home leftovers which we had later. We will come back again, and hopefully the steaks won't be as salty as they were the 1st time we dined here.

Food was great besides the hair that was placed on top of my steak. I asked for a new "hairless " steak and figured the meal would be comped but I got a shrug from the server and a full bill. They definitely should have handled it a lot better and sent a manager to apologize.

Ok my 4 stars are keeping in mind that I'm giving it 4 stars for being a chain restaurant. Your not going to find any fine dining at this place. It's your typical steakhouse chain. I'm not comparing this to a Gibson's or Morton's. When money is tight and I'm in the mood for steak this is my go to place. The bartenders are super friendly and the beer is super cold. I'm a bit biased because it was the first football game of the season. What better place to watch it with a steak and a beer.

We visited the restaurant Sunday, June 14th, this was our second time here and definitely won't be our last. We got seated promptly upon our arrival and our server Justin went above and beyond and made sure we had refills on both deliciously buttered rolls and drinks. I highly recommend this restaurant the appetizers/food are delicious and the service is outstanding.

On they day I came, my friends and I had our minds set on the boneless ribeyes, but they were all out! So we ordered the Ft Worth ribeye, which is the same as the boneless, except without the bone (and hence less flavor). The free bread is soo gooood! We basically came to Texas Roadhouse because of their free bread. Be careful though, it is very easy to fill up on it. We also got the Cactus Blossom which is good the first few bites, then becomes less appealing the more you eat it because you realize how salty it is. But it is fun to eat, especially with a lot of people. The waiters are really nice! It was one of my friends birthday, and they brought out a horse saddle and sang happy birthday to her while she rode it. Things got crazy.

After trying the one in Kenosha last month, we decided to give this place a try. They are all pretty much standard so we knew that we'd get free peanuts. Christopher LOVES free peanuts, LOL. I had a ribeye steak and Christopher had the pork chops. Both were good. The portions and especially the sides were quite generous. We were a bit disappointed with the Rattlesnake Bites because they lacked any spiciness that one would expect from jalapenos, but they came as a freebie through a deal, so no big deal. The margarita was decent and reasonable and the service was good though not as spot on as our server in Kenosha. We could do without the line dance performed by the waitstaff, but that is just how we are ... old party poopers. We'll be back one of these days, even if it is a bit of a drive. If you're in the area and love country western music and decent food, then this is a place to consider.

This place is great and right up an country music fans alley! They play country music the whole time. The staff has a few coordinated dances to some of the songs that play. The food is amazing. They have salads, burgers, ribs, steaks, sweet potatoes, and much more. My favorite is the baked potato with bacon, cheese, and butter. So good! The service was a little, eh, today but they took stuff off of our bill and gave us half off other things to compensate for the mistakes without being asked. I will be coming back here again. Open more locations!

Glenn was by far one of the greatest waiters I've ever had. He was very nice and personable! He made the experience all the more better and I wish all waiters were like him. Best waiter there!

The food is good the service was great but the music is too GD loud! I have to yell across the table to my family in order to communicate. I just wanted to eat and get out. Didn't really enjoy the food because of the loud music. Bring ear plugs or stick peanuts in your ears if you come here to eat.

Every time I go here, the service is always above and beyond. The prices are very affordable. The free bread is so tasty, you can easily fill up on it before your food comes. The drinks are also amazing. Unlike other places, where you do not even get a buzz, 2 of the sangria margaritas with the extra kicker do the job. The appetizers and entrees are wonderful. I love the fried bloomin onion they have, the batter is amazing and its to die for. My favorite is the ribs and the steaks. The steaks are always prime quality, and the sides are more then plentiful. I usually leave this place in a food coma. This has got to be by far the greatest place in town. When it opened up, it definitely gave the other restaurants in the area a run for their money.

The food is pretty good. I love the Salmon here. The service is always awesome. We had Kiera (I think she spells it different) tonight and she was super sweet. She was very nice to my 3 year old son and had everything out really quickly. The female manager did a table touch (checking on all the tables) which I always appreciate. The only thing I didn't like was the male manager yelling at the bartender for not running her food. 1. It was busy. 2. She was in the middle of making tickets. Don't yell at your employees in front of your customers. I've had it done to me and it's embarrassing and just shows lack of professionalism.

I have been a fan of Texas Roadhouse since it opened, but as they say, all good things must come to an end. The last two times we have gone we have had problems with our food being severely under cooked. Medium and medium well should not be to difficult. We had the same problem months ago, but the staff was so nice and accommodating we came back and had months of no problem. Now the last two times we had problems. It's not like we go real frequently, and that is what makes the last time even worse. If we go every couple of months and we have the same problem both times, it's time to cut our losses.

I have now been to this location twice and both times were great! I love steak and that beautiful 20 oz Cowboy Cut was YUMMY! The wait staff was very nice and attentive to me and my family's needs throughout our stay. I found the prices to be fair for a steakhouse. I was there recently for the very busy Mothers Day and only complaint was the large crowd gathering in front of counter. The crowd was blocking the kitchen! I felt bad for the staff as they had to navigate through the onslaught.

Lisa M.
First time here had a 10 oz ribeye with sweet potato and green beans.I loved the beans, sweet potato was good , and the steak had a great meat flavor, but was very salty. I told the server and she had the manager come by.He offered to make a new one but I was half way done with mine.He did comp us deserts.I would come back and order the rib eye again but next time I would tell them EZ ON THE SALT SEASONING.

I've been to other Texas Roadhouse restaurants before and have not been entirely impressed. With that being said, I really enjoyed this last visit. I was with a group of 5 co-workers. The service was fast, friendly and courteous. I ordered the bone in ribeye medium rare. The steak was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. I would definitely recommend for a casual dining steak dinner.

The onion blossom is probably my all time favorite appetizers and it can be found here! I am not a fan of the country music playing the entire time. The restaurant is well done with a western theme. Ribs are also worth the price.

After much discussion, my friends and I landed at Texas Roadhouse last night. MyFitnessPal wasn't thrilled with the decision, but I told him to shut up. There's stuff we can eat there. And I was right. Strangely, the parking lot was packed, but there was nobody waiting once we got inside, and our table for 9 was ready in a jiffy. Our server was pleasant and had no trouble with the dreaded divided checks issue. She kept our drinks filled and wasn't pushy. I arm wrestled MyFitnessPal and won, so I got to have a couple of the rolls with cinnamon butter. CINNAMON BUTTER. Could you die? I could've, and been happy. But just a warning, they're like almost 250 calories a piece, so if you and MFP aren't on speaking terms then perhaps you'll want to avoid them. Or hell, tell him to shut it and eat what you want. But then I guess you wouldn't be chilling with MFP to begin with. Oh, and the already soft butter melts when you put it in your mouth and I felt a cinnamon buttery tidal wave nearly gush out of my mouth at one point. Ahem. I needed a minute alone there to compose myself. MFP is giving me a dirty look. All right, so I behaved the rest of the night, and I watched the calories the rest of the day so I was pretty much in the clear. I had the bbq chicken breast, which was juicy and tender and wonderful. For my sides I chose the safe mashed potatoes and corn. All in all, my meal was around 800ish calories. Which isn't terrible based on my daily allotment. So you can KIND OF eat healthy here if you're careful the rest of the day. The food is great, and I highly recommend coming here on a cheat day if you can because then you can stuff your face with those damn rolls, order the biggest steak on the menu and get everything "loaded" (which means cheese bacon and deliciousness). MFP is giving me "that look" again. I'll stop. It's those carb-laden wonderful rolls that really f*ck with your diet, and they are IMMEDIATELY placed in front of you when you sit down. The hostess actually grabs them as you're walking to the table and places them down in front of you. So you're eating right when you sit down. Awesome. Or not awesome if you're trying to stick to healthy. It was a pleasant evening full of food, fun and friends. One thing to note, the waitress did not come back to ask us if we wanted desserts. She just brought the checks. I found that strange. But when I brought it up, MyFitnessPal kicked me.

Oh my goodness, oh my goodness...the bread with the cinnamon cream spread is the best. Caution: Should you eat too much bread, you'll end up taking most of your entree home to go. Great chili and salads. Also, the pork chops are cooked to perfection and tasty. The service was great as well. The line dancing was cool.
(4)
Bailey B.
The hostess was rude when we asked for a table rather than a booth. I have a family member that can't navigate booths. We were told they could not accommodate us, and would not allow us to span two tables rather than their large booth. This was both frustrating and embarrassing, especially since we have visited this restaurant before without any problems. Now we will not be returning.

This is a lively place. The servers two-step once an hour. We were in a rush and they seated us quickly. I ordered the filet tenderloins which were a bit fatty, so I'm taking off one star. My wife and daughter enjoyed their steaks.
(4)
J. Loren H.
Gio was our server. He was ON POINT. Nice guy, and got everything out fast. All orders were correct. There were 5 of us in the party. They were slammed, as it was a Saturday night. Still, Gio handled it like a champ. Only issue: My steak was over-cooked. I wanted it rare, and it came out medium. However, it was so fricken delicious, I don't care that it wasn't exactly the way I'd hoped. If this was Outback Steakhouse, I would have complained, but the Texas Roadhouse steaks are really good! If you come here, ask for Gio. No matter how long you have to wait to get a table, trust me, it'll be worth it. One thing I did notice was that a manager was nowhere to be found. At least one should be present at all times, checking on their guests. Especially because you're guaranteed to spend more than usual at a casual dining restaurant. Still, I give this experience 5 stars, because I left there quite happy. I keep it real, and I'm only a douchebag when necessary. This time, douchebaggery was not necessary.

I dined here one week ago. This was my very first time at here. I did the advanced seating call. Parking was excellent, we were early and were seated immediately. All seats are nice booths. The atmosphere was wonderful. The food was excellent, especially the salad. The server was wonderful and the drinks and cocktails were also excellent! What a wonderful and well managed restaurant! I highly recommend!

The food was what one would expect from a franchise chain. Don't know why the ruined the baked potato by rolling it in salt but otherwise it was good. The waitstaff on the other hand hasn't got a clue. The service was mediocre at best.

This time our server was "anthony" he restored my faith in this place!! He definitely made me forget about my first experience a week ago!! Great service!!! Never had such good service ever!!! Now definitely coming back!!

Wow, after all this time of wait, I come and it was merely an okay experience. The rolls of course are amazing with its nice spread. I wanted a salad so I went for a steak salad (medium well). Didn't happen, they brought it out rare, and I was on a time crunch so of course I didn't complain. I also ordered a few other items that pretty much fell short. I thought the place was actually Texan themed nice with its backgroud music of Southern Nights. BUUUTTTTTT: the workers went into a Broadway show of music,'singing and dancing. Ummmm, I didn't expect that and it really ruined any conversation I was trying to have. I felt compelled to stop eating and watch the show. That was not cool to me because not everyone is going to want to stop eating, especially if your good would not taste good if cold. All in all it was a semi good experience, the staff is amazing but the song and dance and the YEEE HAAAA's,ummmm no, not a good idea. I will again try them and see if maybe I can give them more stars, but again, I am very consistent with my experience vs "fluffing up" a review for show.

We really love this place, Wonderful staff, they're younger but they get what it means to give great service which isn't something you see very much in restaurants and retail these days. They have a great bar, food is wonderful. The dinner rolls are melt in your mouth amazing. We had a side of ribs, and the boneless chicken for appetizers, the ribs were nice and tangy and the chicken just melts in your mouth. (mild with blue cheese) I had the prime rib which was done to perfection with a loaded potato and sides of green beans and the corn...yummers. Hubs has the porterhouse and couldn't finish it...probably because he loaded up on the sweet potato. This is on our rotation for steaks, we drive 20 miles to come here and it's worth it.

Literally can not get enough of this place. Love the food here. Pulled pork is great. So is the bread.
The food was pretty good.. I enjoyed my Chef Salad and the delicious fresh rolls they bring to your table. I ordered the Prime Rib (10 Oz) it was a nice size, just enough..but seeing that we were one of the first tables seated and I was probably the first to order it.. I got the end piece, which was kind of salty and it was more "well" than the "medium", I ordered and I felt like it tasted like it was warmed in the microwave, but I can't be positive. It was not bad though! We also had the mini cheeseburger sliders, which were great. The restaurant is decorated very nicely and it was very clean. Our server, I believe his name was Steve, provided excellent customer service. It gets very crowded in here, very fast and this was the first time I was successful in getting a table. The wait at other times is horrendous. We really liked when the servers all came out and did the line dance. It was great! I would suggest it if you are in the area. I will order a steak next time.

it was a full house. Don't get the road kill if you want real meat! The margarita was good. I would have to go back to review a better dish, as I didn't select a good one for me to review.

The one and only time I went here I ordered the filet mignon asked for it medium, and received it well done,i should have sent it back but we waited a long time for the food, for the most tender cut of steak it was chewey and tasteless.I will not go back there for a steak.

Went last night and have to say I'm fairly disappointed. This wasn't our first Roadhouse experience and won't be the last, but it left a lot to be desired. I have no complaints about the food. Wait, I do have one. They were out of macaroni and cheese on the kids menu. That was annoying. All the food we did order was good (steaks, smothered chicken, several kids items). The reason for my 3 stars is because our waitress had a pretty poor attitude. We waited a solid 10 minutes to be waited on in the beginning, even having been seated next to the server station. I suspect it's because of the size of our party (7). Regardless, I felt as if I were asking for an organ transplant when asking for my husband's order to be corrected. Blegh.

Steaks were ok not the best but very inexpensive. I will go again specially to take the kids since it's more of a family restaurant.

The food is good the service was great but the music is too GD loud! I have to yell across the table to my family in order to communicate. I just wanted to eat and get out. Didn't really enjoy the food because of the loud music. Bring ear plugs or stick peanuts in your ears if you come here to eat.

Celebrating fathers day here today ,this place perfect for anyone who truly loves some good ole fashion bbq! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is unique, not like your boring ordinary place. If you are a true afisonanto of good bbq, then give this place a visit. You wont be disappointed....

If you have a party make sure everybody's in your party there because they won't be to set you which I think that sucks I didn't like the place now I don't like to place this place sucks big-time I don't have dinner there it really sucks and blows

Fair at best. Steak is not very good. Way over priced for the quality of food. Will not go back.

(4)
Chris B.

Blegh.

Malinda T.
Steaks were ok not the best but very inexpensive. I will go again specially to take the kids since it's more of a family restaurant.

Ok I finally decided to go here and it is a nice clean place. Waitstaff is very nice and friendly. I got a cowboy cut sirloin and was great only bad thing was when I got my chili it was barely warm but everything else was great.

(4)
J T.

Chris W.

(2)
Mora M.
We had an overall good experience despite what seemed to be a server and manager smoking right outside the front doors as we walked in. Our server Chris was great, he was friendly and attentive. I was amazed at the amount of food you get for the money spent. It was my boyfriend's first time here, and he can't wait go go back.
(4)
Rosemary Z.

Ronald L.

(3)Chris W.

We have been coming to this establishment since they have opened. Nothing but GREATNESS! I have never had a bad moment here. Thank you!
(5)V C.

(1)MoonUnit Z.

(5)Joseph K.
(3)Noel R.
This place is awesome. Our server (Rebeka) was awesome. The food was great! I never finish it cause they always give me so much. The wait is never long. Even when I came on Valentines day. I recommend coming here if you're looking for great food and awesome servers.
(5)M U.
Food is decent service is good for smaller groups they can't seem to Handle large parties 2 times that we went with groups of 8 they never seem to be able to get food out right and services is terrible with a large group.
(3)Dana C.
(5)Kristine L.
Eh... I'll stick to Naperville or Joliet. This roadhouse sucks. Music was wayyyyy to loud and food was way overdone.
(3)Rosemary Z.
(1)Curt M.
Food was good, not great. The Service crossed the line from attentive to PESTY! If you you like Country music and line dancing, this is the place to go!
(2)Kevin P.
(1)Jan P.
(4)Nicole D.
(5)Karen G.
Great service. Fun atmosphere. Don't be intimated by the wait it moves fast. The rolls are the best and they will keep bringing them to you !
(5)Patrick D.
(2)Mora M.
We had an overall good experience despite what seemed to be a server and manager smoking right outside the front doors as we walked in. Our server Chris was great, he was friendly and attentive. I was amazed at the amount of food you get for the money spent. It was my boyfriend's first time here, and he can't wait go go back.
(4)Helen H.
(4)Ronald L.
(2)Britt a.
In love!!!! Food was awesome the staff was very friendly and it was just a great overall experience. I will definitely be coming back soon !!! Thanks to our awesome server Gracie!!! You were very helpful informative and great!!!
(5)Marianne L.
Great steaks. Lots of choices on sizes so you don't have to get a plate with way too much food. Vegetables are very fresh-not frozen. Baked sweet potatoes are especially good. Good, attentive service. Good value for the price.
(4)Will S.

(4)Danny K.
-Food was cooked as requested and overall tasted fine -The bread alone will bring me back to a Texas Roadhouse! -Server forgot a few items that was requested even though it appeared she wrote it down. Had to remind her on multiple occasions the items that
(3)Diana G.
Been back a few times and love it! For a chain they are great. Good food, drinks and prices. Servers are very nice too!
(5)Jackie M.
(5)Ben K.

Celebrating fathers day here today ,this place perfect for anyone who truly loves some good ole fashion bbq! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is unique, not like your boring ordinary place. If you are a true afisonanto of good bbq, then give this place a visit. You wont be disappointed....
(5)John L.
If you have a party make sure everybody's in your party there because they won't be to set you which I think that sucks I didn't like the place now I don't like to place this place sucks big-time I don't have dinner there it really sucks and blows
(1)Pam D.
(4)Ashley P.
(5)Katie D.
Glenn was by far one of the greatest waiters I've ever had. He was very nice and personable! He made the experience all the more better and I wish all waiters were like him. Best waiter there!
(5)Uriel S.
The food is good the service was great but the music is too GD loud! I have to yell across the table to my family in order to communicate. I just wanted to eat and get out. Didn't really enjoy the food because of the loud music. Bring ear plugs or stick peanuts in your ears if you come here to eat.
(1)Curious M.
(5)Tara M.
(4)Sharon A.
(2)Nicholas J.
(5)Lisa M.
(3)Patrick F.
(4)Melanie I.
The onion blossom is probably my all time favorite appetizers and it can be found here! I am not a fan of the country music playing the entire time. The restaurant is well done with a western theme. Ribs are also worth the price.
(4)Linda K.
Went there tonight and totally loved my steak and the service was superb! I can't decide if I prefer this place or outback??
(4)Diana R.
Really good food and surroundings really friendly place fast service great music with dinner

(4)Ramsey B.
(4)Bailey B.
(1)Patrick M.
This is a lively place. The servers two-step once an hour. We were in a rush and they seated us quickly. I ordered the filet tenderloins which were a bit fatty, so I'm taking off one star. My wife and daughter enjoyed their steaks.
(5)Michael O.
Fair at best. Steak is not very good. Way over priced for the quality of food. Will not go back.
(2)Maxxy C.
(5)Chris B.
The food was what one would expect from a franchise chain. Don't know why the ruined the baked potato by rolling it in salt but otherwise it was good. The waitstaff on the other hand hasn't got a clue. The service was mediocre at best.
(3)Bliz S.
This time our server was "anthony" he restored my faith in this place!! He definitely made me forget about my first experience a week ago!! Great service!!! Never had such good service ever!!! Now definitely coming back!!
(5)Damian P.
(3)Riley S.
(5)Natalie V.
Literally can not get enough of this place. Love the food here. Pulled pork is great. So is the bread.
(5)Melissa S.
5 stars for food 5 stars for service 5 stars for customer service Came here today and ordered a cactus blossom and it didn't come out until our entrées came out due to a fryer problem. Our server Barbara told the manager and he came by and comped it for us. If you ever come by, Barbara was probably the best server I've ever had and I know good service -having been one before for a few years. The sirloin was so juicy and tender and such a steal for $10! HIGHLY recommend! We will definitely be back soon.
(5)Carm B.
(4)Lupe G.
it was a full house. Don't get the road kill if you want real meat! The margarita was good. I would have to go back to review a better dish, as I didn't select a good one for me to review.
(3)Paul N.

(4)Kevin R.
Ok I finally decided to go here and it is a nice clean place. Waitstaff is very nice and friendly. I got a cowboy cut sirloin and was great only bad thing was when I got my chili it was barely warm but everything else was great.
(4)Kristy S.
2nd time here, both times the food was great, but the staff....Awesome!! Congrats! You made a customer for life :)
(5)Danny K.
-Food was cooked as requested and overall tasted fine -The bread alone will bring me back to a Texas Roadhouse! -Server forgot a few items that was requested even though it appeared she wrote it down. Had to remind her on multiple occasions the items that

Been back a few times and love it! For a chain they are great. Good food, drinks and prices. Servers are very nice too!
(5)Jackie M.
(5)Uriel S.
The food is good the service was great but the music is too GD loud! I have to yell across the table to my family in order to communicate. I just wanted to eat and get out. Didn't really enjoy the food because of the loud music. Bring ear plugs or stick peanuts in your ears if you come here to eat.
(1)Ben K.

(1)Pam D.
(4)Ashley P.
(5)Katie D.
Glenn was by far one of the greatest waiters I've ever had. He was very nice and personable! He made the experience all the more better and I wish all waiters were like him. Best waiter there!
(5)Curious M.
(5)Tara M.
(4)Sharon A.
(2)Nicholas J.
(5)Lisa M.
(3)Patrick F.
(5)Michael O.
Fair at best. Steak is not very good. Way over priced for the quality of food. Will not go back.
(2)Maxxy C.

(4)Ramsey B.
(4)Bailey B.
(1)Patrick M.
This is a lively place. The servers two-step once an hour. We were in a rush and they seated us quickly. I ordered the filet tenderloins which were a bit fatty, so I'm taking off one star. My wife and daughter enjoyed their steaks.
(4)Chris B.
(3)Carm B.
(4)Lupe G.
it was a full house. Don't get the road kill if you want real meat! The margarita was good. I would have to go back to review a better dish, as I didn't select a good one for me to review.
(3)Paul N.
The one and only time I went here I ordered the filet mignon asked for it medium, and received it well done,i should have sent it back but we waited a long time for the food, for the most tender cut of steak it was chewey and tasteless.I will not go back there for a steak.

(5)Kimi Y.
Service is super wonderful, and the food is super delicious. Love this place.
(5)Elsenor D.
(4)J T.
(4)Lori L.
Fun atmosphere. Took too long to serve food when they were not crowded. Our waitress was not very friendly.
(3)Larry T.
(3)Chris W.
(4)Jennifer E.
We have been coming to this establishment since they have opened. Nothing but GREATNESS! I have never had a bad moment here. Thank you!
(5)V C.
Finally made it in and I have to say it was crowded when we first arrived but we were seated quickly. Our server was great! He made sure everything was great and really took care of us. Defiantly going back!!!
(5)Curt M.
Food was good, not great. The Service crossed the line from attentive to PESTY! If you you like Country music and line dancing, this is the place to go!
(2)Kevin P.
(1)Patrick D.
(2)Mora M.
We had an overall good experience despite what seemed to be a server and manager smoking right outside the front doors as we walked in. Our server Chris was great, he was friendly and attentive. I was amazed at the amount of food you get for the money spent. It was my boyfriend's first time here, and he can't wait go go back.
(4)Rosemary Z.
(1)Jan P.
(4)Noel R.
(3)Dana C.
(5)Kristine L.
Eh... I'll stick to Naperville or Joliet. This roadhouse sucks. Music was wayyyyy to loud and food was way overdone.
(3)Kimi Y.
Service is super wonderful, and the food is super delicious. Love this place.
(5)Nicole D.
(5)Karen G.
Great service. Fun atmosphere. Don't be intimated by the wait it moves fast. The rolls are the best and they will keep bringing them to you !
(5)Helen H.
(4)Ronald L.
(2)Britt a.
(4)Kristel a.
(3)Jake B.
(5)Shadya F.
worst service ever....just walked through the door they tell me its a 30 minute wait and before i could ask my guests i had a spoiled little shit hostess snapping at me...."you staying or not!?" I gave her a piece of my mind....stormed out and called the manager. I was going to give this place a try: I don't need a little 17 year old brat yelling at me!
(1)MoonUnit Z.
