This is a small hole in the wall with a lot of really good stuff. I personally usually only get the haleem here and it is very very good. I recommend the beef. They make a lot of sandwiches and chaats which seem nice. Really though, try the haleem.

The food is good. The service is polite, dining in isn't that great because of the decor but that's not a big deal. More places should try to put out quality food like Spinzers.

These guys have the best Fries on Devon! The uncle at the register is so kind and I respect him so much, I hate seeing him do work for me. Just a heads up, keep a tab on your order and prices, they mess up at times. Their "Samosa chat" and "aloo samosa" are delicious, but I do think their bun kabob is overrated (Tahoora's is better in my opinion). Their turkey sandwich is delicious but I don't have anything to compare it too. If you're craving a burger or something of that nature, this place is okay for that, some of the sandwiches on the menu are good, but not all. I would suggest you go in and ask for their most popular items and go off of that. BUT, if you're craving biryani, you should go elsewhere. Dine in experience is nothing special. No decoration or anything but that's no big deal. You still got the families coming in. one annoying thing is that they have a small cooler in the corner where everyone has to get their water from. I'm surprised they don't have jugs because it gets annoying filling up 5 glasses of water while other people are waiting.

This place is supposed to have the best chaat, so we went! Maybe it was because I'm not really a chaat girl, but I was pretty underwhelmed. We also got: Bun kabab: Standard desi-style burger, their green chutney sauce overpowered it. (3/5) Chicken paratha roll: This was good, with a delicious paratha and a decent amount of chicken.. But that food color green chutney again overpowered something that would've been great on it's own. (4/5) Masala fries : Yum! Tasty, crispy, spicy. Similar to Tandoor Grill's masala fries but 5x cheaper. (But let's be honest, TG just takes normal fries and tops them with shan chaat masala too, and slaps a $6 price tag cuz it's in Lincoln Park) (5/5) Beef paratha roll: Similar to the chicken roll, only the beef seemed really dry. Again with that sauce. (3/5) Chicken club: This sandwich made me laugh because it's not a club sandwich at all. 3 pieces of white bread with shredded chicken, an omelet and some mayo in a sandwich. Surprisingly, it was the best tasting sandwich item we ordered. (4/5) The customer service was better than what could be expected on Devon, but the uncle really mixed up our order so check twice or thrice with him. Overall, I'm underwhelmed by this place. With all the wonderful options on Devon ave., I don't see myself coming back here.

This is my first meal when I get off the plane in Chicago, every time I get off the plane in Chicago. You just don't get those flavors and textures anywhere else ever. 1. Samosa Chaat is an explosion of flavors from sweet to bitter to tangy to spicy. I really have no way to describe it than that. It has definitely changed my life for the better. 2. Falooda. I dream of this weird concoction of rose ice cream, basil seeds, jello, and noodles. That combination is just not supposed to work. Swept me off my feet and I haven't found any comparable falooda yet elsewhere in this country so I shall keep returning!

If I had a choice I wouldn't give ANY stars as their food is horrible and no customer service at all. I ordered a burger and they brought kfc chicken piece in a stale bun w/one old slice of tomato and cost me $5. No sides or anything. I learned my lesson and would not recommend anyone to go through similar pain.

Samosa Chat by itself earns this place 5 stars. If you're in the mood for a snack...you can't go wrong with it. The place isn't the type to bring your family to...if its a bunch of guys, sure no problem. Gola Ganda also is real good to hit the sweet spot.

I should give this place no stars BUT I will give them 2 because they do have good food. My personal favorites: Chicken Club Sandwich and Haleem. Yes, they have a pest problem. I've heard about this issue from others but thought nothing of it until I saw roaches with my own eyes :( They're food is awesome but the roaches..........no no no.

The only reason I come to this place is for their Chicken Paratha Rolls. Strips of chicken are mixed with peppers, onions, and tomatoes and wrapped in a Paratha. And for about $3.95 per roll (with which you get these spicy flavored french fries), this is a hard to beat meal. I mean, one is good enough, and two will fill up any individual with a huge appetite. You can even call in your order and pick it up in about 15 min. and the fact that everything is made fresh for you is a definite bonus! I've never tried anything else, but it does look yummy.

I took friends to Devon Ave for dinner last night, and we had a great meal at Bhabi's kitchen. But we did not order samosas since they were 2 for $5. But after dinner I still wanted a samosa. So we walked around until we found this place. This looked like a good place to stop and get a samosa to go. We ordered 3 veggie samosas, and they were 75 cents a piece. They came with spicy and sweet sauce. But I thought they were delicious without the sauce. I think this was the highlight of my dinner.

I've been looking for a new place to get my desi snack fix ever since Tahoora's quality took a dive. Spinzer being just few doors down, I've decided to check it out. Samosas were delicious, beef samosa was better than Tahoora, pakoras were good, and chai was decent. However, I've made a big mistake of trying their sweets. Big Mistake! Stale and gross are the only two words to describe it. Service was no better than other places, and I came out smelling like grease. I'm happy to say I've tried Spinzer, but for the time being Tahoora remains the only place I will continue to go for my desi snacks and sweets fix.

Awesome place. I like the green chicken and the paratha rolls here. The falooda is heavenly!

This place was so disgusting. I literally spit out my burger. It tasted like ass and smoke combined into a damn patty. Idk what to even say..... never ever ever visiting again....

Good stuff, clean place, nice staff. I stopped in for a quick dinner carry-out. The guy at the counter helped me to choose what I wanted since I eat Indian food rarely. While I waited I had a chance to look around and the place was nice and pretty clean (though out of the corner of my eye I did see a bug of some sort on one of the counters) though that does happen and overall the place was very clean and well-lit. It seemed like there were a lot of regulars as well as new people and the only reason I do not give it 5 stars is that he forgot to give me my dessert and I am feeling a twinge of heartburn (though I cannot really blame them for latter of course)...Otherwise, I would recommend them.
