Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

I reserve five stars for outstanding places. That said, the meat lovers pizza never disappoints and is loaded with strips of thick cut bacon. This place is also really good for slices. You can get a jumbo slice and drink for 6 bucks and considering the slice is good for 1.5 or two meals it's a pretty good deal too. Their crust is really thin so it doesn't dry out like a lot of places that serve slices that sit out, theirs are almost like a freshly made pizza. If your in the area I wouldn't hesitate to stop by. The staff is always really nice too.

This place is great. Not only do they have great tasting pizzas, the owner is great too.
(4)Carol M.
It sure is pizza! Not the best I've ever had. Not the worst I've ever had. Kinda reminds me of the concession stand at the local pool where I grew up. And they sell 'Za by the slice!
(3)Reggie P.
Paula and Monica's has one of the better thin crust pizzas in Chi-town (a rarity in here), very generous portions for their 'slice'- 3 slices and a pop for $5, a great deal. Agree with other reviews, their crust is tasty. Paula and Monica's also has a nice selection of other options- including Italian Beef, some salads and other sandwiches (with are merely average).
(4)Kyla R.
I ordered a jumbo thin slice of pizza sausage on a Friday night at around 10:30 pm. The person behind the counter wasn't friendly at all. The pizza was super thin, the sauce was very plain, the topping of sausage was scarce. I got a pop, and when i filled it up the soda spilled all over me, a girl ordering there told me that machine spill all the time =p. Overall didn't like it.

My family and I just had the most delicious pizza! Freshly made, nice and hot. The sauce was just right and the crust delectable. They were curteous and provided excellent service. Looking foward to visiting again!
(5)Jackie S.
Really good pizza. I love there veggie, and their pizza and sausage. They also serve slices that are really good. I have gotten take out and delivery.
(5)Chan K.
I came in ordered a slice that was lukewarm and the crust was not crispy at all. Pretty tasty pizza, but improper reheating is a big no-no. This is definitely a carry out place - there's limited seating and the dining area is chilly.
(2)Bill T.
VERY GOOD BEEF...The help is friendly and helpful NICEST person I have met in YEARS...Pizza was Wonderful....Thank You - Thank You to this place....
(5)Samuel E.
The gold standard thin crust but not too thin crust pizza in Chicago right now. Delicious and economical.
(5)Samantha H.
Finally! NYC slices! Take the 66 bus to Chicago and Ashland (or maybe one stop East). Exit the bus, enter amazing pizza. If you don't have a car or a bus pass, you are in luck! They deliver within 3 miles of their shop. Don't expect waiter service or table clothes, but do anticipate excellent pizza! When you order a slice (for around $4.50 you'll get a soda too) you will be rewarded with three pieces of delicious, satisfying, piping hot pizza. It goes straight from your order to the oven, not under a waning heat lamp. I read about this place on Chicago magazine's best pizza list and I was not disappointed!

1/22/14 Upgreeeyyyyyed: Quality/Taste metric updated to 4 out of 5 because of their specialty pizzas. They don't skimp on the bacon on the meat lovers, and the margarita while not truly "authentic" was tasty and well rounded. Price bumped up to 4 out of 5 as well. With the Eat24 online site, the coupon deals are reeeeediculously good. Overall, gets bumped up to a 4.
(4)Alex K.
The pizza is soooooooooooooo good! I got a small one with cheese and green peppers and it was delicious. The cheese was so melty. They make 2 kinds thin crust and thick. The thin crust was perfect. It was thin and crunchy and not burned. I was excited to finally have a pizza place conveniently located to me. That was tasty and delicious. They just opened today - july 15th. The owner is really nice and all the guys behind the counter were super friendly.
(5)Thomas O.
I love this place and I am going to miss it when I move out of the city. Give it a try.
(5)Allison W.
Best deep dish I've had in Chicago so far. Meat lovers was awesome! The crust is what makes it. It's perfect. Friendly staff and is great for ordering out. Seats if you can't wait until you get home.
(5)Rachel B.
Terrible experience ordering delivery from here- so bad that I held off a month to settle down so I didn't unfairly blast this business in anger. After cooling off, I still think this place deserves a 1-star review, so here goes. I order a half cheese, half Italian beef and giardiniera pizza- the cheese part being for my vegetarian friend. My first complaint was the delivery took forever- not sure why because we didn't order during peak hours or anything. Second complaint was the pizza upon arrival- as you can tell from the pic I posted, it was not a half-and-half pizza like we ordered; the entire thing was covered in ingredients, making it "inedible" for my vegetarian friend. Also, the Italian beef was not Italian beef- it was like brisket or something and really, really dry. To top it off, the pizza was soggy and clearly undercooked. I ate half a piece and we threw the rest away- it was that disgusting (I should mention I grew up poor and do NOT throw away food, so this was a drastic measure). I called to complain and no answer, so I submitted a complaint via email through their website, requesting a refund and for a manager to call. No one ever did. With a pizza place in every block, there are much better options- avoid this place at all costs.

Great food, nice people and I feel proud to not support a chain. It's nice to have a place to go to that has quality pizza that's non wood fired. BBQ pizza and meat lovers are ones not to miss.
(5)Ben H.
Pizza was fantastic. And as a ny style , you won't feel like you've swallowed a loaf of bread and wheel of cheese for days. Do not deliver. Took 90 mins. Worth the trip to pick up though. Had a veggie. Phenomenal.
(5)Daniel N.
So yes it was a little odd when we first walked into the place. My wife, who has a much keener sense of smell than myself, identified the small as a bit moldy. I just thought it smelled off. Regardless, we didn't eat there, we took it to go. I ordered the large pizza slice $6 with a can of soda and she a medium pizza slice at $4. I am pretty sure the pizza slices were actually the same size, just cut differently. But I felt they were really tasty slices! I will definitely come back for more slices especially since the pickings in the area for slices are thin (just like the crust!). Oh yes, it was thin sliced which is my preferred slice. Nice and toasty with cornbread bottom. There were plenty of pepperoni, not drowning in it but also not short of a cheese. I read the cheese is the best there so I need to check that out. BYOB too yo! And internet! So bring a six pack and your tablet and hang out I guess.
(3)Marissa D.
It's not quite Chicago Style but it's good! The Pizza was made to order and took twenty minutes to cook. By the time we walked it home it was the perfect temperature not to hot and not cold. I really enjoyed every piece of it. :-D
(4)Kate C.
Delicious and super friendly.
(4)Elli T.
Hands-down best thin crust pizza in Chicago. It will blow your mind.
(5)Riley W.
Just visiting Chicago for a couple nights and were looking for a pizza place in walking distance. We were specifically looking for pizza-by-the-slice and saw that they did that here. $6 gets you a "jumbo" slice, which is huge. Nice they cut it into 4 smaller slices for you. When we finished the guy in back asked how everything was. We told him great and he was very appreciative. I would recommend this place.
(4)Kat T.
BEST PIZZA IN CHICAGO! Cam upon this place by accident, and crave their pizza constantly. Whenever I have a party, I order their pizza, and everyone is dying to know where I got it.
(5)Jenna C.
Popped into this small pizza spot for a quick bite with a friend. The pizza is NY style and there are a lot of different sizes to choose from, including by the slice. They also have appetizers, salads, and sandwiches. I got the medium pepperoni slice for $3 (see picture for idea of size). The pizza was pretty good, the crust nice and crisp. My friend got garlic bread and I tried some but didn't like it. One drawback was they didn't have a soda fountain, so if you want water you have to buy a bottle. But the owner is really friendly, and location is convenient right on Chicago ave.
(3)Brisa T.
Pizza is just ok for the price, but good none the less.
(3)Pascual F.
Very good pizza like the cheese n the crust the jumbo slice was just perfect for me happy to find this place
(5)Angie M.
Sometimes when the Pizza Monster calls, you have to answer. I experienced a fierce pizza craving no Lean Pocket could tame, so I decided to bypass my old standby D'Ags and try something new. I was in the mood for thin crust and decided to give Paul and Monica's a try. I'm not going to sit here and wax intellectual about real NY slices. I'm a Chicagoan. If it's thin, folds in half and doesn't require a knife and fork to eat it, it's a NY slice. This is what's happening at P&M's. The crust was soft and chewy and delicious. The cheese wasn't overbearing. It was pretty tasty. The only problem is the sauce. I don't really know what's going on there, but it tastes kind of off. Maybe too bland? Kind of like ketchup? I figured it was a good thing P&M's doesn't go overboard on the sauce. It certainly wasn't offensive enough to not eat the 'za, but it definitely required an extra dose of red pepper flakes to spice things up a bit. Delivery was fast and easy via Grub Hub. Work on that sauce, yo, and you'll be UP THERE with my go-to delivery spots.
(3)Dan R.
Paula and Monica's pizza is damn good pizza!! I eat pizza about 5 times a month and would put their thin crust cheese in my top 5 Chicago pizzas. Their sauce and cheese go together great, and their crust is always cooked just enough. I would recommend carry out or delivery and I can't wait to try their pan pizza!!
(5)David S.
This place has the best pan pizza in Chicago. The jumbo slice special is priced very low and they offer a bunch of other items instead of just pizza. If you are in the area definitely check this place out!
(5)Bryan H.
Good pizza... Problem is for that price point we won't ever order again unless we get a half off coupon. It was $22 and some change for a thin crust 14" pizza that can't feed 3 people. Good pizza but way over priced.
(4)Roaya N.
Best pizza in Chicago hands down. In the past week I've ordered pizza from here 3 times. If it were up to me I would eat their pizza all day everyday. Paula and Monica's pizza is simplicity at it's finest. Their crust is thin, the sauce is flavorful, and the portions are generous. I've tried many different pizza places in the surrounding area and NOTHING compares to Paula and Monica's. It's my new favorite pizza place.
(5)Justin L.
This place is in decline. I love that they make thin crust pizza, but they got rid of their soda fountain so now you have to buy cans. The most recent pizza I had was simply awful. I could taste the cheapness of the ingredients. Paula & Monica need to stop cutting corners and step up their game!
(2)Keith A.
now this is some quality pizza. Like, it was really damn good and I ended up snarfing about half the 14 inch pie down before I figured I should slowdown. I was in the area running a bunch of errands. Paula&Monica's has been on my thin crust hit list for a while after being mentioned in chicago magazine last summer. So, when life gives you lemons, you're making lemonade. I called ahead to get a ham, ground beef, and onion pie. I had to go thin crust as well since I find that its easy to goof it up if you don't know what you're doing. Well, they knew what they were doing. The crust was great and the toppings were all over the pie. It was nice to get some big slices of ham on there instead of the normal small chopped stuff. The onions were also pretty substantial as well. The real kicker though was the sauce. The sauce really made the pizza for me. It was slightly sweet and a whole lot of awesome. While P&Ms wasn't the cheapest (about $22 for the pie), I am generally a believer that you get what you pay for. It was definitely worth paying a bit extra to get this.
(4)Steve M.
Deeeeeeeelicious! Not sure I'd call it straight-up NY-style pizza, but the thin crust is crunchy, the cheese is tasty and salty, and the sausage and onions I ordered were killer. This was, honestly, some of the best thin crust pie I've had here. Delivery was fast and the guy who took my order on the phone was super courteous. This pizza I will be ordering again for sure. Paula and Monica, I'm glad I got your number(s)!
(4)Ashley C.
3.5 stars. We stumbled upon Paula and Monica's Pizzeria when we wanted delivery and needed a new place. They were reasonably priced and quick (emphasis on the quick). Their execution on the food could use some improvement. We ordered the thin crust pepperoni and bacon pizza. It was good, but next time I would skip the bacon, or at the very least, tell them to make it crispy. (Yet, when heating it up in a toaster oven, it did crisp up.) I did like their pepperoni and thought they had a different sauce. We also tried their Italian sandwich and I found it to be very tasty, however, they need to double check their ingredients. One of my tomatoes was clearly not ripe. However, they nailed the fresh bread and I would definitely get it again. Strangely enough, the delivery guy called and demanded us to meet him downstairs (we do have a doorman) and was a bit rude. Between that and their minor snags, I knocked them down. I will try them again though!
(3)Rebekka T.
Best thin crust. BEST.
(5)Jenn R.
I remember 2 years ago when I lived in the area and this pizza was awesome. The tastiest sauce, perfectly hot. I just got it for delivery tonight and I have to say I was really disappointed. The pizza was definitely on par with Little Caesar's, like another reviewer goes on to say. The cheese was thick, hard to digest, the pepperoni was undercooked, half of the pizza was overcooked and half of it was undercooked. The delivery guy was very nice but called multiple times to find my address with many corrections given with clear direction. I really only recommend getting a slice here. Your money is better spent on tastier pizza in Chicago.
(2)Samantha K.
I just tried Paula and Monica's this past weekend and only experienced their pizza, but I know I will be back for more (and possibly upping them a star). While I do enjoy deep dish, it is not a pre-drink dinner. It is a pre-nap dinner which on a Weekend night I must avoid. Thin crust is not often discussed in Chicago but this one is worthy of discussion! We ordered a sausage and small veggie and they did not disappoint. Most people scoff at a veggie pizza but this one was more of a meal then the sausage! They load on the spinach, olives, onion, green peppers and whole slices of flavorful and fresh tomato to fill you up but not leave you in a coma. I can't wait to try it again and perhaps build my own.
(4)Tim H.
Nice little hole in the wall. Good pizza and friendly staff. Clean and a good deal. Great for carry out. Their member club is petty cool.
(4)Brent W.
on the inconceivable front, i came back after a previous fairly lackluster experience....however, my coming back was due to circumstances completely beyond my control (read: I was in the area around lunchtime, starving, mind, and was in serious need of a pizza fix, the only thing that would satisfy my high end appetite was just a smack you in the face flavor slice of pizza...if you understand that then you can totes relate...if you can't, it's a DNA thing i guess. I should also mention a few yelps i happen to respect pizza-wise have sang P and M's praises so figured they deserved another shot..also, they both talk about the pizza slices (which I intended to get) and not the whole pizza and/or delivery....TRUST me there is a considerable difference! The "slice" of sausage I ordered looked and tasted NOTHING like that of the 10" Sausage, Pepperoni, Onion and Green Pepper pie I chose for delivery, which rang in at an outrageous $22 (just read the earlier review to see what i'm talking about). In actuality this "slice" was divided into 3 good sized slices and i kid you not was at min a Small Sized Pizza. This was exactly what I was looking for that late Spring day and i reiterate bared "Robert Downey Jr" resemblance, both in look and taste (that is to say it had "Less than Zero!" resemblance to my previous P and M pizza. Now here's the goods...it was FIVE BUCKS...*with pop*. Something is wrong w. this picture...or right as it were. Anyway, go to P and M's for the slice(S) but skip the delivery. You will not be disappointed, at both taste and price, which is ostensibly inversely proportionate at this pizza joint.
(4)Caity F.
Was desperate for delivery pizza and have never gotten it since moving out here - partially because I would feel like a fatty ordering a whole pie for just me, and also because I had no idea what to expect. But this past week I was worn out from work just enough to go for delivery from an obscure, hole in the wall pizza place. This place won out because it is literally around the corner from our place and we were absolutely starving (hoping for fast delivery), plus it had good reviews. Delivery was timely and it was the hot, greasy, cheesy pizza I craved. Not quite like home, but we will be ordering again. AND also trying this slice/soda deal for dine in... intriguing.
(4)Santiago A.
I was going to give them the benefits of the doubt and assume my gf and I got a few bad slices. I was also going to give them an extra star, because 3 slices and a soda for $5 isn't a bad deal. However... I couldn't give this more than the minimum 1-star. Why? We were both pretty tipsy. She went to the corner to get more beer for home, and I went in to get the pizza. Now, in all my years of drinking and late night eating, I've NEVER come across pizza that didn't taste good drunk. [Enter Paula and Monica's Pizzeria] Please refrain from making anymore pies until you get a different sauce... preferably one that doesn't taste like rancid ketchup. I usually try to avoid making my reviews too harsh, but then again... when was the last time you saw a drunk person leave half his pizza uneaten because it tasted so terrible?
(1)Derrick T.
We had a craving for pizza... and the question was, where to? Yelpers rated this place a wonderful four stars, so we decided to give it a whirl. Ordered up a pizza for takeout, vegeterian pizza, as it was Thursday and my roomie cannot eat meat. We arrived 20 minutes later, as the person on the phone suggested, only to find that it took closer to 35 minutes to get the pizza. The box opened up as stomachs grumbled, and the pizza looked wonderful, smelled delicious, and had us drooling. We dived in for the first slice, and that's where things fell apart... The crust with cornmeal, while good, did not hold well in the middle. It didn't seem to be a problem of oversaucing, but rather the liquid from the veggies and the massive amount of veggies put on weighed it down to the point that the middle of the pizza was floppy and soggy. The outer edge crust, however, was great. The sauce was fairly neutral and didn't seem to stand out. Verdict: Timing is off, so if you're getting take out, take your time getting there. Fresh ingredients, and lots of them. Outer crust, is perfect on the thin crust pizza. Center was soggy and ruined the experience a bit. $18 ain't bad, but ain't cheap. You can likely get something a bit better for the same price.
(3)Sam M.
Decent little spot which was a stone's throw away from my old apartment. Since I'm not a fan of the signature Chicago deep dish pizza, I frequented this place. Good service, friendly owners and a decent salad too. Pizza was always cooked long enough and wasn't greasy. That's usually my main complaint about pizza. If you live in Noble Square or West Town, check this place out.
(4)Ali Z.
Meh. I must have eaten at a different Paula and Monica's because my experience was nothing like what the other reviewers described. I'll give them a star for the friendly service but the pizza itself was terrible. The jumbo slice (actually 4 slices after they cut it up) was so greasy and tasteless it reminded me of high school cafeteria pizza. This is definitely not NY style thin crust...it may look like it but that's where the similarities end. The crust was hard and crunchy and had neither the taste nor texture of NY street slices do. $5 for a huge slice and drink would be a great deal if their pizza weren't so crappy.
(1)Lesley S.
the pizza here is fine, lets get that out of the way. we were there last night grabbing a couple of slices and the delivery driver was parked out front knocking back a modelo negro in his delivery car, I don't know of a better place to have a beer than at work where your primary responsibility is to drive. There was also a guy inside with his like 8 year old son who went out to the delivery car to have a beer with the driver while the kid sat inside and watched them. the real kicker was when the homeless man with rickets that lives under the old natalinos outdoor dining awning ran inside with a filthy cup and used the fountain drink machine and ran back out. We just looked down at our drinks like wtf. won't be back paula and monicas, can't stomach sharing your drink machine with someone who uses a cup that looks like it doubles as a urinal and your drunk driving delivery man.
(1)Julie A.
This pizza has a great crust, and its more NYC style - thin and cut in a triangle. That yummy burnt edge - so good. We ordered the 14 inch with tomato + garlic, and I felt like it wasn't cooked as long as I would like, but it was still good. Only two drawbacks - no delivery on Sunday nights ( I called at 8:30 at they wouldn't deliver) and it is a little pricey. After tax + tip + delivery, it came to $25 or so. But honestly, its damn good pizza. The first time I ordered, though, the pizza came within 40 minutes, which was awesome. I'm sure this will be a stand-by for me when I have a little more $$ in my pocket.
(4)Amanda Z.
I liked it. I mean, I like pizza. All kinds. Be it Chicago, fatty-style, wood-fired (personal favorite alert), brick oven or hand-tossed, I'm likely to toss some red pepper flakes and some parmesan and gototowndotcom on it. P&M probably most closely aligns with the New York style, given it's large slicing tendencies, throwing it back in the oven upon ordering and "Jumbo slice and a pop" deal. Although I don't know if they call it "pop" in New York. Me? I like to watch my girlish figure AND my wallet, so I appreciate that I can get a measly single slice (read: non-jumbo) for a similarly measly $2. Nice, right? The pepperoni was yummy, the cheese-to-meat ratio was good, and the service was quick and friendly. While it might not be my favorite 'za in the world, I wouldn't be opposed to ordering delivery or popping in for a slice when the mood strikes me.
(3)Parker G.
Awesome pizza. Super friendly staff. Owner is usually there when I go in for lunch and is always a super pleasant guy.
(5)Lisa D.
i got a Groupon deal to pick up a large pizza and salad from here and I'm so glad. I never noticed the place driving by and now I'm glad to be familiar with it. The pizza was great and at a good price. I love the large NY triangular cut. Do not park illegally outside thinking you will only be in there for five minutes. Those parking guys over there are swift. :(
(4)Jessica G.
We had delivery from Paula and Monica's - the pizza was okay. I didn't like it (the sauce was very tomatoey and sweet, not like pizza sauce) but my husband thought it was good. Cannolis were okay, but tasted like they used peanuts (dyed green) instead of pistachios.
(3)Ian B.
It's bizarre that this is my first 5 star review, but shit, man, this pizza hit the spot. Walked in to grab carryout and it just smelled like a really solid pizzeria, a little nostalgic for some reason. Got home and was so ultra pleased to bite into this gooey, cheesy, saucy, deliciousness. Sausage was perfectly sausage-y and the garlic had perfectly saturated the sauce. Compelling, really. A reminder of why pizza is America's pastime.
(5)Jenn R.
Love this place! Happened upon while my mom was in town, such a find! The thin crust and the pan pizzas are both amazing! The owner is the sweetest and the annual membership is a pretty good deal. My mouth is watering just typing this out!
(5)Jessica S.
I need to add another star because I failed to see how excellent the customer service is here. After my initial 4 star review, George, the owner, asks me each and every time I come in if he remembered to thank me for my "kind words on Yelp". So adorable. And usually when I stop in I'm with the little boy I nanny for so the last time we were there George told me to go wait in my car out front and he would bring out my lunch to me so we wouldn't have to wait inside. HOW GREAT IS THAT? Dammit, now I'm craving pizza again....
(5)Mandy M.
Their in restaurant prices are 3 dollars more than the website. Not worth the extra money
(2)Mathew S.
Ordered delivery through Grub Hub on a Tuesday night around 830. Took under 40 minutes from order to delivery. Great sauce flavor and good thin crust flavor with a crust on the softer side of things. Will definitely order again.
(5)Dina E.
The worst pizza I ever had. We ordered a thin crust half pepperoni/half veggie. Both sides were extremely bland and flavorless. The crust was chewy and rubbery, and the cheese was congealed like wax. Disgusting. Yelp is usually accurate, but way off the mark with this place.
(1)Gary E.
I was really excited to try this place out given all of the amazing reviews and the mention of "NY style". I'm thoroughly convinced that people in the Midwest consider any thin slice of pizza cut into a triangle to be NY style and all of you couldn't be any more wrong. NY style isn't just about size and shape - it's about the sauce, the cheese, the consistency, etc so please stop throwing this term around as you're not only misrepresenting what the food actually is, you're also unnecessarily toying with the pizza emotions of actual NY people living in Chicago who are on an endless search for something even remotely comparable. Whew. So - we ordered a pie half cheese/ half pepperoni. The delivery was fairly prompt and arrived in under an hour. (Oh yeah, in NYC delivery comes in 20 minutes). When I opened the box I knew off the bat that this wasn't what I expected. Sure, maybe it had the appearance of NYC pizza but I could tell it was going to be anything but. The flavor itself was actually good so I wouldn't rule this place out again but if I'm not getting the real deal, I'd rather stick with any of the other million options for mediocre pizza in Chicago. The price was cheap too so another + there. If my expectations weren't so severely disappointed, I'd probably throw on an extra star but alas, if you're looking for NYC pizza and get food from P&M you too will be foiled. The delivery guy was nice but when I left my place a little later that night, I noticed that he had bombed the elevators and floors of my condo with menus for not only P&M but some other coffee place in Bucktown. This is pretty tacky and my guess it's something the owners encourage him to do. At least take the time to slip menus under people's doors or in the mail room as opposed to leaving them on the floor in the elevator and hallways. K, thanks.
(3)Nikki C.
not NY pizza. but damn good Chicago thin crust pizza. NIce Crispy crust with a little layer of fluffy light tasty dough to help hold up the nicely piled layer of cheese and goodness. Large slice and a pop for under $6 which is enough to feed 2 normal sized snackers or 1 really stoned muncher. One of your better choices for the za called pi in the hood. also a Monia Vie distributor
(4)Debbie P.
I like my pizza thin-crusted, with sauce that could not be mistaken for tomato paste with sugar, and doused with a good mound of oozing cheese. Bonus points if there's some sort of mystery "italian seasoning" sprinkled on top. Paula and Monica's delivered just that. It's just YUMMY. We don't live far from here (Wicker Park/Noble Square), and why we didn't discover this place before, I do not know. Probably because when we go to Grub Hub I automatically filter results by "Coupon available". It's not super cheap, but somehow a lot of pizza joints nowadays have decided it's fine if they charge way, way too much. Probably because people like me still buy it - if it's GOOD, like Paula and Monica's!

This pizza is great! I used to live right behind them and ordered for the convenience when I first moved in. To this day it's my favorite thin crust in the city. No bells and whistles, just great food.
(4)Mike S.
For pizza by the slice, there are few better values in Chicago. Great prices and a good option for delivery, too.
(5)Misi P.
Dear Paula and/or Monica: Please stop lacing the pizza sauce with crack and shoving half-pizzas in my face trying to pass them off as "slices". Thanks, Misi Okay I am ADDICTED to Paula and Monica's pizza. Ever since Humboldt Pie closed I've been looking for a delicious thin crust replacement within a 2 mile radius of my house and Paula and Monica's won out. I'm the kind of person who is required to eat pizza at least once a week for survival, so knowing that I can pick up a slice on the way home from work as an alternative to slaving over my General Electric is a very comforting feeling and keeps my hard earned dollars pretty loyal to P&M. Oh and their chopped salad...nothing special about it, but it's so gooooood.....
(4)John H.
Great Pizza. It folds and tastes as close to New York slices as I have had in Chicago. The cheese covers the slice perfectly and with enough cheese to make the slice a pizza instead of a bread stick with cheese on it. The salad is fresh, but they put anchovies on it. This was not for me and they should have asked if I wanted anchovies in the salad so I did not give five stars. To me, this is a service issue and they should know that anchovies are a special preference item. They could make a better Cesar salad that just lettuce and croutons. The pizza was ready on time and was perfectly made. Excellent customer service.

Ok, I usually hate these kind of reviews, but... Tried to order delivery for the first time from here with a 20% off coupon. Apparently my coupon was the wrong COLOR and they would not accept it. They claimed that the coupon was expired but there was no expiration date written anywhere on the coupon. I don't care what your pizza tastes like, if you have customer service policies that suck I will not give you my money. Or, here's a suggestion - put an expiration date on your friggin' coupon.
(1)Laur N.
Haven't been in a few months but was back the other night with a friend and my sister. Got two "slices" (aka their usual 3 in 1 jumbo "slice") and we had enough to share a snack among 5 people. Tasted as great as last time....... just thinking about it now makes me want to go back!!!! Seriously skip the Bacci or whatever else... This pizza is THE Best on the Block. yummmmm!!!!!
(5)Taylor S.
Up there with Piece Brewery for best thin crust in the city.... If you are looking for solid delivery pizza (real pizza, not crappy squares), this is definitely a good bet. Great sauce, always brick-oven crispy but not stiff, and melty cheese! I will have to agree with another review that they have some policy/coupon issues.... there are no expiration dates on them and there tend to be many excuses for why you can't use it - watch out for that sheisty-ness (even though they are pretty nice on the phone). However, even though it's not cheap delivery pizza, I find the quality is worth the price. They usually over-estimate the delivery time, so I find it a nice sort of surprise when it arrives early.

This pizzeria has been open for less than a year, but these ladies have their pie figured out! Paula and .... (I keep wanting to call this place Paula and Monicals - but it's a LOT better than Monicals, for those of you who have experienced that French dressing covered slop of pissa pi) ... Well, P&Ms is great. I've only had their delivery, but delivery is tough, right? It's never as good as if you go and pick it up. It can be cold, old, soggy or hard...nuh uh. Not here. Piping hot and delicious. My favorite thing about this place is that everything costs the same. 14' thin or pan cheese pizza - $17. The same size pizza with sausage, Italian beef, hot peppers and garlic - $17. Easy peasy! They go easy on the sauce, but I'm not complaining. Just an observation. Yes, I like this not-Monicals pizza very much.
(4)Chow H.
Great pizza! I love the thin crust here. This is a consistant take out pizza place for me. They have fixed up the inside and did a nice job.
(4)Matt P.
I stumbled in last week and the pizza was delicious and inexpensive.

FINALLY. A decent pizza in the land of no good pizza. [I have been unsure for a while why Chicago even considers itself reputable for pizza (quoth Anthony Bourdain, "The generic 'deep dish' stuff? At worst, it's 'tomato/cheese pie'--or maybe 'egg-less tomato quiche'--or 'pizza for people who just aren't fat enough'".) It's not even just the stuffed/deep dish variety - all the thin-crust pizzas are basically dry saltine crackers layered with disproportionate amounts of rubbery cheese and cut into squares. Horrible. Even the South, hardly reputable for pizza, surpasses Chicago by a landslide.] I have sworn by Whole Foods of all places as the only pizza in this city that I will go near, but now I can order from Paula and Monica's knowing that I will get a perfect triangle-sliced pie with a chewy, slightly raised crust speckled with corn meal with perfect proportions of cheese, sauce and toppings. I ate nearly half of a 14" pizza in a matter of minutes, that's how good it was. Is this kind of pie that hard to make in Chicago? I have tried many, many pizzas since moving here (and judged at Pizza Fest, too), and nearly all of them have failed to meet my [relatively low] expectations. I think the majoritively 4 and 5 star reviews for this place say it all - Chicago needs a pizza makeover.
(5)Brandon G.
The Pizza was very good, especially if you like greasy thin crust. The 14 inch large is very big and cut in 8 slices. I would definitely order this place again next time I get pizza delivered.
(5)Ashley K.
This is similar to pizza you'd get at a state fair. The sauce is thick and possibly canned (tomato paste?) and is put on heavily. The crustis thin, slightly reminiscent of the old Domino's. The mushrooms are sauteed (in butter?) before they are put on the pizza. People love that the slices here are huge and are a good deal, but for a whole pie I wouldn't recommend it. Note that a 14" is pretty small and would probably feed 3 (or 4 if you are light eaters).
(2)Carri A.
First thing we need to establish is that their "slice" of pizza is actually 1/4 of a pizza, cut into three slices. I ordered one slice of spinach and one of cheese (clearly unaware of their size) but am happy to report that both were quite good. They just put the fresh spinach on a pre-made cheese slice and then threw some parmesan cheese on top - which I was totally fine with. Not the best spinach pizza I've ever had, but still very satisfying. Plus points for being around the corner from me, and the guys working were quite friendly. There are only a couple of tables because I'm thinking a lot of people get their pizza to go. I would suggest you do because it's pretty warm in there with the ovens going - though I think I'll appreciate that more when the temperature starts to plummet. Huge ass slice of cheese pizza and can of soda for less than $5 = Hell yeah!
(4)Phil S.
I'm having a hard time deciding between 4 and 5 stars here. I'm selecting 4, but you can consider this a 4.5 star review. I'm not afraid to say it--I'm a pizza snob. When someone from Chicago tells me that they ate pizza at Pizza Hut or got delivery from Dominos, I am deeply offended. Why would anyone order pizza from a national chain when we live in the pizza capital of the world? Anyway, it's a pizza joint, so I don't have THAT much to say. It's New York style, which is a nice change from what I call "Chicago Style Thin" (thin, crispy and usually square-cut). I think it's the best NY style pizza I have had in Chicago. It's our go-to place for delivery and pick-up in our neighborhood (Wicker Park/West Town).
(4)Ed R.
Got carryout from here a week ago. The pizza was good, not great. Tried the BLT pizza which had way too much lettuce and not enough of the good stuff. The crust is good though, as I always prefer thin. Price is about average, most large pizzas are 15-18. And this is enough to serve even 2 hearty eaters. The real downside was that the wait time was much longer than we were told, about double actually.
(3)K G.
Barbecue chicken sandwich on a pretzel roll. It is good. Eat it many times.
(4)Thomas r.
Nothing special here folks. I picked up the $5 slice and soda deal. Slices are large so this is a great value but overall the flavor and slice itself offered nothing beyond mediocre. I will continue the search elsewhere for thel 5 star slice. not bad not bad
(3)Amy S.
As a native New Jerseyan, I am a jerk about pizza. Santullos has been the only place that's been a reliable go-to for what I truly consider an acceptable slice. Bacci and Village are close and are therefore acceptable options, but they're really more like a booty call than a date if you catch my drift. With this in mind, I gave Paula and Monica's a shot and was pleasantly surprised. $4 for a huge slice and a soda! The cheese and sauce were great, as was the crust. The crust was a little thicker than I'd like it to be, but that's the pizza jerk talking more than any real gripe. I'm thrilled to have a new, real pizza option in the 'hood!
(5)Laura A.
I recall seeing a menu for Paula and Monica's floating around somewhere awhile back, but I didn't realize until last week that they had been up and running for months now! I walked over and picked up a cheese slice last weekend. 1/4 pizza is more like it! It's a healthy portion...too much for me for 1 meal. That and a soda for $4. Seems like a deal to me. I like this pizza. Good sauce, not too greasy cheese. I like the crust. We ordered delivery on a weeknight, (pathetic considering how close we live...but it was too cold and rainy for the walk) and it was here in under an hour. I do not recommend their Italian beef. It's yucky. But the roll it was on was good. Next time, I will try a sub sandwich. People working there seem nice enough, and it's a pleasant, clean store front for pick up. This place will definitely go into our regular rotation. Another welcome addition to the neighborhood.

After reading a friend's Facebook status about waking up next to pizza (don't ask), I was suddenly struck with a post-gym need for cheese and sauce. I browsed Yelp to see what I could find. Miraculously, Paula & Monica's appeared. I remembered walking past on my way home from work and thinking I'd give it a try sometime - but later forgot. I am SO GLAD I REMEMBERED about this place. It was so delicious. If you're a fan of NY-style thin crust, this stuff's pretty killer, plus the gentleman on the phone was very nice, and it arrived in wayyyy under one hour. Can't wait to order again. P.S - If online ordering is your thing, I noticed you can order via GrubHub, too. Just sayin'.
(5)Kori M.
Decided I wanted to be a couch potato one day so I decided I'd order pizza. I usually order from Pauly's but last time the pizza was cold when I got it so I jumped on grubhub.com and searched for a place. Paula and Monica's had great reviews so I went with them. Pizza arrived piping hot! I ordered a pan cheese pizza and it looked soooo good. Ooey gooey cheesy goodness! The slice were huge. I know I ordered pan but it was a bit too doughy for me. It tasted really good though. I'm definitely going to order from them again. I think I'll stick to the thin crust though. :-)
(4)Sam L.
I pretty much lived off of Paula & Monica's over the summer since I lived two blocks from it. Their slices to go are really delicious and huge quantities for a steal! So tasty. Plus, they're such nice people!
(4)T M.
Super yummy!!! We got the Combo pizza, and it was mighty good. A new fav in da hood. The place is really new, but is off to the right start. We'll def order again. High five!
(5)Nycole H.
Yum. I was looking for some new pizza to give a try tonight. I got the regular thin crust with extra cheese. Had a really nice taste to it! I also ordered garlic bread it wasn't bad it was liken long strips of bread. There was some type of seasoning really standing out that wasn't garlic and it kind of threw me off. Maybe basil? Nothing special or outstanding about the meal but it was good. I'd eat it again.
(3)Kimberly K.
Just got back from my first trip to Paula and Monica's and I'm stuffed! The husband and I shared a 10" and it was plenty. The veggie pizza is packed with vegetables and flavor. The crust is super crispy and also has a great taste. The huge NY style slices are also a pretty good deal, but you can only get cheese, sausage, or pepperoni. It would be nice to have a green pepper or olive option for vegetarians who want a topping. This is my new "go to" pizza place in Noble Square.
(4)Natro I.
For what it is, cheap carry out pizza by the slice, this is a good option. One of their huge $5 slices can feed a hungry couple - especially if you have a salad waiting for you at home. Slices are hard to find in Chicago so I'm glad to know that Paula and Monica's is carrying the baton.
(4)Jason V.
by far one of the best pizza places, and i am so lucky that it happens to be in my neighborhood. we have been ordering it for the last few years and it is has never disappointed. regardless of the number of people, you need to order the jumbo pizza, it really has the right ratio of dough:cheese: sauce. we have been to most of the high end pizza places in town, and paula and monica always outshine them.
(5)Sarah S.
I was so ready to NOT like this place. I like hole-in-the-walls. I really do. However, the wait seating here was one solitary fabric lawn chair (like the ones you'd take to the beach or Ravinia), and it was occupied by someone who worked there who was on a break. The walls weren't plasterboard - they were vinyl - something straight out of the '70s. I had no idea that they still made that stuff. So, I was hesitant. Still, my first exposure was at just before midnight (I was not drunk, I just have odd eating habits, and dinner comes at odd hours). I was hungry. I was not in the mood for hot dogs down the street or popcorn back at the house, and there is a dearth of eating options at that hour. I was super surprised at the awesomeness that was in that cardboard container for less than $5.00. First, I got a Coke that came with it. Second, I got like a 1/4 of a pizza (what the heck?!? That's AWESOME!). Third, it was a really good slice. Seriously. Good cheese, fresh sauce, fantastic crust. My other exposures have been through both takeout and delivery at more reasonable times of the evening. If you order the taco pizza, your salsa, sour cream and guac come in separate containers, and they're huge containers. I highly recommend it if you're into that sort of a pizza (we are). Service is speedy and they're really nice and considerate... and I swear that the whole place is run by 20-year-old guys (and their moms). Anyway, a good review. I like the homemade sauce - I do notice variations in it from time to time... but all good.
(4)Robert M.
I grew up my whole life with a Dad who ordered pizza every Friday night like clock work. Needless to say this turned me into a pizza fiend as well. I have been in Logan Square for almost a year and I am still in search of a few good "go to" Pizza places to satisfy my pizza fix every week or so. Paula and Monica's is not going to make it on my list. We had the pepperoni and ground beef and garlic. Both pizzas were mediocre at best. Pretty disappointing, the whole thing was just down right bland. Other people seem to like it here on Yelp but as a Pizza addicit I can not figure out why.
(2)Krista M.
This is my go-to place when ordering pizza in my neighborhood. It's a bit pricey for the size (the slices are on the small size to begin with and the large pie isn't really so large, especially split between several friends)... but anyway, it is DELICIOUS. Paula and Monica's managed to nail the crust to sauce to cheese to grease ratio perfectly.
(4)Jonathan C.
Nicest NY style pizza I've found so far in chicago. Light airy crust, crisp on the bottom, but with a little more heft than say a D.O.C. type of italian oven place. Good sauce and cheese, toppings are nice. Kind of soggy in the middle, but really the only non soggy crusts come from the crunchy Chicago style thins and deeps. This pizza travels well, as its always good eating out of the box when delivered.
(4)andrew s.
Great homemade-style thin crust, very large/fresh ingredients, almost had a rustic feel to it. Very low grease factor. Delivery was fine, took about 45 minutes, pizza arrived hot. Dare I say this is better than Piece? (Well, ok, they don't brew their own beer...)
(5)allison m.
Delicious pizza - The difference between this place and a lot of other pizza delivery places is that their pizza tastes more like homemade pizza company and less like a greasy delivery - fresh ingredients, good thin crust and overall fairly light in comparison..although pizza is pizza. I don't think it's my absolute favorite pizza ever, but that being said I will definitely order from here again - it's good. The price is also pretty nice. I had deliver so no idea what the place looks like.
(4)Georg S.
I'd agree with the other reviewers that this is not NY style pizza...and I really couldn't care less. It's delicious. I tried it a few times when they first opened and it was very hit or miss. Somehow, they've righted the ship because it's become my go to pizza lately and it never disappoints. The cheese and crust are very good, but the sauce is the star. It's got a real sweetness to it that reminds of some of my favorite childhood places Aurelio's and Sanfratello's...both south suburban staples. The rest of the menu is just okay, save for the Italian ice which is damn good.
(4)cj h.
I went twice, once for sandwich , once for pizza. Both times young kids working who seemed to be bothered by customers. First time I asked for pizza crust crispy. Denied. Then I got the chicken sandwich that seemed thrown together and bland. Reading reviews I am a little skeptical.
(2)Jen T.
I strolled in one day and was happy to see the special. Daily Special!!! The sauage jumbo slice was big enough to feed my husband, 2 year old and myself!! It also came with a bottle of water or can of coke. Great bargin at only $5.51. We'll be back! My only suggestion is to add a bit more Sauage on the slices
(4)Brad C.
Not even worth 1 star. I made them come back and get their food. 2 chicken ceasar salads and there was barely any chicken. Not even a small handful. 90% lettuce. I am not paying $9+ per salad on top of tax and delivery for this crap. And then the driver can't come to my door and ring the bell like a normal person but stands out in the street and yells my name loudly. What a joke!!!
(1)Kimberly H.
I picked this place based on good user reviews. I wanted to try something to see if it would be an alternative to Lou Malnati's near my neighborhood. My bill was $20 for a small pan pizza with 2 toppings, about the same as Lou's, and not as good. The disappointing part was that I called at 6:38 to place my order and was told it would be 45 minutes. They called at 8:03 to tell me my pizza was there. Kinda nerdy to use my cell phone times to yelp, but they took an hour and 25 minutes to deliver my small pizza! At least with Lou's you know what you're getting, and they're upfront with the wait time. Sorry, but "Meh. I've experienced better," is an accurate description.
(2)Jennifer M.
This place has great thin crust pizza at a good price. The crust is crispy, the cheese is layered nicely and the sauce is good. The price!!!! 5.00 for three large slices and a soda. Since they give you so much, I always go with someone else and give them the other two slices. This pizza can be a bit greasy so if you have a sensitive stomach, you might have to dab it a bit.
(4)Josh R.
Best by the slice place i've been to and i've been to a lot of the best known ones (ians, bacci, village, etc...). Paula and Monica's doesnt have the selection of by the slice that the others do, choices limited to the standard cheese pep sausage, but damn is it good. Also comes with a can of soda for 5 bucks. Prices similar to baccis and village but much better quality pizza. Def worth checkin out!
(5)Jimmy C.
This place makes a great thin crust pie with a great sauce! The cheese falls off the pizza as you lift your slice out of the box! I'm definitely a fan. :)
(4)Chris T.
The best New York Style pizza in Chicago. The crust is deliciously salty and crisp from the wood fired oven. The ingredients are fresh and distinguishable as the pizza isn't overly greasy. Their sauce leaves something to be desired, but is average and does not bring down the rest of the overall deliciousness. They put dried oregano on top of the pizza (a lot of it). If you are not a fan of oregano, just let them know and they will leave it off. I found the prices to be reasonable. Its a great next-day cold slice too! The staff there is friendly and you can usually walk in, order a pizza, and be out in 15 minutes.
(5)Joe K.
Didn't feel like pizza, so went with a cobb salad and the roasted chicken dinner. Bleh. The cobb was mediocre at best (rock hard avocado slices and 3 day old chicken bits) and the roasted chicken was nothing special. I might return for some pizza next time, but I doubt it.
(2)Patrick R.
I have to qualify my rating that I am going to give P&M's the benefit of the doubt . I ordered last night and it took 1 hour and 50 minutes to get my pizza. I ordered at the beginning of the Sox 1 game playoff so I will let them slide because the owner said my next order was on them. So... The pizza was very good. It is the best traveling pizza in the neighborhood. I have tried picking up Coalfire since they suspended BYOB and it isn't the same at home. If you like Piece, I think you will like P&M's more. The proportions of cheese/crust/sauce was very good and the ingredients were flavorful and seemed to be much better quality than average.
(4)m. d.
This place would have gotten 5 stars if it were a tad less greasy, but being an East Coast transplant to Chicago, I will contest this being some of the best pizza I've had in the Midwest. Friendly staff and a consistent quality product. And the portions are great...a huge slice of pizza and soda for under $5 (cheese), can't beat it.
(4)T S.
A friend clued me in to this new joint, and I am so excited to finally have a super-tasty pizza option in my neighborhood! We ordered a whole pie for delivery and it was so good, we wished the large was a little bit larger. Delicious sauce and a nice almost-wood-fired-meets-nyc-style crust. Yum!
(4)Audrey H.
I had a slice of cheese pizza that was already made, and it came with a free can of soda. The crust was slightly burnt, which I like, and was ready pretty quickly. It's down the street so I'll definitely go back. It seemed like the menu was was pretty big, but the only slices that were pre-made were cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. Very satisfying!
(4)Jenna l.
I gave their delivery a second chance, because I love the pizza so much. This time there were no problems, pizza arrived in under one hour, and it was amazing. We had toppings of pepperoni, olives, and giardiniera (which had just the right amount of heat for me, but probably too spicy for the normal mid-west palate).
(5)Christine T.
This is a great place to grab a huge slice after a night out. I didn't have such great luck with the delivery, but as long as you're out not too late, grab the slice and soda deal and you will not be sorry. It's just the right proportion of sauce, cheese, dough and crunch!
(4)Bobby D.
This low-key pizzeria is great. The nice, crispy crust ends. The crust is either raised or bubbly, But enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised. The garlic cheese or pizza bread ain't bad either. A star off for it's poor delivery method.
(4)Daniel B.
If you like New York pizza, this place is the best I've found in Chicago...... And I have searched!!!! The 20" is the best, but the 14" is as good as it gets scaling the NY pizza down. Fast delivery too.
(5)Chrissy W.
Reasonably priced, great crust, great sauce, really nice employees. The pineapple is a little hard to eat. We live within walking distance of this place and the pizza is always ready exactly when they say it will be, which is my major issue with some of the other places we could walk to. Love this place!
(5)J. I.
I really like this place. The veggie pizza from here is extraordinary - tons of fresh, yummy ingredients! Our favorite pizza is still from Salerno's on Grand Ave... but when we're in the mood for something healthier tasting - we go here.
(4)Erin R.
I have been eating this pizza for almost a year and it's had me in such a daze ever since so I couldn't get around to this review, I apologize o pizza gods!! Anyway, this place is pizza HEAVEN!!! Sauce perfect, crust, perfect, grease factor, freakin' phenomenal!! Not too much, just enough to make me realize why I LOVE pizza. I love pizza, all different sorts and kinds but haven't been such a big plain cheese pizza eater til now...their cheese pizza is excellent. But then so is the sausage and pepperoni. Keeping in mind I've never had anything from here besides their lunch special...their pizza is awesome. The special is a "slice" of pizza and a can of pop for under $6. Their slice is actually 3 huge slices of pizza, that I think they bake in a brick oven 'cuz the crust is super crispy like I like it. It fed me and my 12 year old for lunch one day, easily!! This joint is about 2 blocks from my job and it's worth the walk even in Chi-town snow to get what they have to offer. One day when I'm not craving their pizza, which I doubt is anytime soon...I'll venture outside my box but right now, I'm cozy and comfy in THEIR box sucking the grease off my fingers from their pizza. Get to Paula and Monica's and try their pizza today...and please close the door behind you 'cuz it sticks!! :-D
(5)Bob S.
Their pizza tastes to me of really fresh ingredients, great mozzarella, and a pretty decent thin crust. Their crust has an interesting taste to it, maybe it's lots of corn meal. It's pretty good though not great. The pizza on the whole, though, is some of the best I've had in this area. Service is prompt and friendly... when picking up my order.
(4)ABC D.
I sort of understand why everyone likes this place. The quality of the pizza was ABOVE AVERAGE, but it's hard to justify the cost. If you are looking for something that is off the beaten path, but still familiar - this pizza could be for you.
(3)david b.
i just ordered from here for the first time, i walk by it a couple of times a day . . and when i got home today from the office. . did not fee like cooking. . my order for delivery showed up in about thirty minutes. . and looked like it was fresh from the oven. .. i was just looking at some of the other reviews. . and i am glad that my pizza came so fast. . i just wish they had banana peppers. . i am sure i will order again soon!
(4)Bree A.
Contrary to other yelpers reviews, the pizza is definitely greasy. Aside from that, it's not a bad pie. Delivery was fast but I'd consider another joint the next time I'm looking for some comfort food.
(3)Dave J.
Paula and Monica's offers a gigantic slice of great pizza at a cheap price. The few times I have went I was not let down in any aspect what so ever. If your in the mood for good thin slice pizza, be sure to check them out
(4)Lulu L.
i hate to ding a new place, but this was not my fav pizza. i'm not a fan of the sauce, it reminded me of canned diced tomatoes...chunky instad of saucy. and our delivered pizza arrived with the cheese mushed to one side. pizza is a personal thing, i wasn't a fan of the sauce but you need to try it once to know if you like it or not.
