Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Orange chicken is awesome. Fried rice and noodles are very plain. Worth the money though.

Panda is awesome. Get the orange chicken. Instead of all the carbs, you can get steamed veggies instead of fried rice or fried noodles. You can also go half veggies/ half rice if you'd like. Good value for $7.

Negative zero stars. Note: This review is not for the quality of food (pretty much if you've seen one Panda Express you've seen them all) but due to the service and line management. The location was not at all crowded, so there was no reason for such bad service. I wanted a protein (chicken) and steamed mixed vegetables. I thought this would be a reasonably straightforward order. How wrong I was! In the time I went through this line, and given the stress level, I almost felt like packing it in, leaving my food behind, and hightailing it to PF Chang's. I guess things got off to a bad start when a woman with a fake coach bag and her thick-necked male companion cut in front of me. I was willing to let this go - live and let live- but the fact that the two were chattering something fierce (and inane) about the orange chicken, and checking their phones, I reached my personal threshold. I called them on their lack of manners. Then, the woman behind the counter, in very broken English I might add, turns to me and (I guess?) prepares to take my order. I competently rattle off my order, and she is convinced I want shrimp. I probably wasn't being my best self, as Oprah would say, when I said chicken clearly and loudly - the third time I felt like I was yelling into the clown's face at a fast food drive thru. Overall, a needlessly stressful experience, especially when the female gorilla in line behind me - it didn't even concern her - told me to shut up. In short: NEVER GO HERE.

An okay Panda Express - I went during the lunch rush, and the noodles were still noticeably old (typical). Food was at least warm and flavorful, service was efficient and quick.

Haven't eaten at a fast food Chinese restaurant in a long time. After we connected to the recipes I thought I'd give it a try. I wasn't disappointed the food was served quickly with friendly service. The server realized that the fried rice was a little dried out so she served us from a fresh batch. We shared the three entrée meal and added an egg roll and cream cheese rangoons. The fried rice was moist and warm but a little bland though. It was an okay accompaniment for the other three options on our plate. We chose orange chicken, broccoli with beef and green bean chicken. When chicken is a little's is very tasty it's not too sweet and it was soft and freshly prepared. We are good but for me a little spicy. If you like spicy food you might not find it spicy at all though....i'm's I'm sensitive and got a little choked up over the spiciness. The green bean chicken was really good kind of reminded me of green bean casserole but better! My lunch companion described it well it's very good and the cream cheese rangoons were delicious. Overall a good meal and plenty to share for two.

Check the times then double check the times this place is open. Then call ahead to make sure. Then have a friend that lives closer than you make visual confirmation. The hours vary wildly day to day. The two times I have eaten here have been good, the 5 times I've showed up and they are closed at 11, and 5, and 6, left a bad taste in my mouth.

The food is great but this restaurant gets a little too busy sometimes. Today they had run out of orange chicken and there was a little delay, overall food is always good.

This is the newest Chinese fast food place in North Bridge Mall and one of the only ones in the area that's a step above the usual "mall Chinese" quality. Usually when you go into malls, there's that one Chinese fast food place that's named, "Chen's Noodle Express" or "Mrs. Wu's House of Happy Heartburn." But Panda Express food is always consistent. If you've eaten at other Panda Express locations, this one won't disappoint. It's the same yummy, non-MSG, cornstarch-heavy food other locations serve. The line moves quickly and efficiently, and they have a good selection of basic Chinese fast food entrees--Mongolian beef, orange flavored chicken, Beijing beef, chicken and string bean, beef broccoli...simple items. My only caveat is that they don't give free drink refills, unlike most of the other places in the food court. Advice: buy your Panda here, then walk next door to buy your refillable soda and use their drink machine to your heart's content.

Date of Visit: 12/10/10 Panda Express - OK, so it's a fast-food Chinese franchise in the mall. Some would say 'big deal.' But it brings a breath of fresh air to a food court that needed something different -- and at the way I see the lines sometimes (I have *never* seen crowd control for a mall restaurant before), the people are hungry for it. It's basically your standard fare that you can get at other Panda. The only pet-peeve I have is refills. It would be nice if they offered a free refill on drinks -- everyone else in the food court does it (but I guess I should count my lucky stars they don't serve the drinks in cans! (LOL) ). And if you're lucky, sometimes you get a bit of cabaret along with your food (there are times when Mrs. Wu (not her real name -- she's the one that greets you and wants to always give you a free sample - BTW - that slows down the line, Mrs. Wu) has an argument with a line worker! Ah well...what can you do.
