Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Fast service, your food will be ready within minutes. The crab rangoons are delicious, the kind pao shrimp is delicious, and the menu is extensive. The hostess/cashier is slightly rude but no other complaints.

Love their food! They have fair prices and they are fast in delivery. Friendly people. Best Chinese food!

Love the shrimp egg rolls and the jumbo shrimp fried rice. If you're into spicy food try the spicy orange chicken and the jalapeño fried rice. One of my personal favorites is the salt and pepper shrimp.

Wouldn't go back. Cheap generic flavorless Chinese food. Barely ate any of it because you can taste all the msg and how old the oil is they use. Not fresh. Best part was the tapioca in the smoothie which wasn't great itself either. Disappointed yelpers.

I placed an order for delivery and they were very prompt. I ordered orange chicken, vegetable egg foo young, crab rangoon and a mango smoothie. The food is good. The prices are reasonable and the portions are pretty good. I'm sure I'll order from here again.

Love this place! Food is great! But I gave it 4 starts because the delivery service sucks really bad! 1 and 45 min wait for 2 meals! Ridiculous! It's order for pick up the way to go or dine in.

Im not really sure what people see in this place. I decided to give it a chance based on the reviews, but I will never trust a single review ever again. This wasn't even authentic chinese, and the fried rice was just white rice covered in soy sauce! The food went right through me, it was a horrible experience. You're much better off visiting china town.

Fast service. Clean facilities. Great food. The price isn't bad either. We always order from here because of the service and the taste of food. There is another place near 45th and kedzie that has similar menu items, but Hong Kong is the best on the South Side.

Best chinese food on the south side! For real! I usually order the wontons and dumplings. So damn good.

Always on point! I've lived in Gage Park since I was 7 and have tried other places but they aren't as good. Always consistent with the quality and the people are friendly. Not much of a set up inside but the the food speaks for itself.

Best Chinese food restaurant in gage park, never disappoints me. when ordering they have good understanding of what i want i had never had a wrong order.

For $4.20, I got two huge Vegetable Egg Foo Young patties and a box of steamed rice (this was the "small" version)...Score! Quick and friendly service at pick-up. Maybe the best bang for your buck I've ever had.

This restaurant has very good Chinese food. I'm especially a fan of their Crab Rangoon and Shrimp Fried Rice. My parents have been ordering from here since they got married. In fact, I recently learned that this is the first place that my parents went to eat (*sarcasm* how romantic). My dad always gets take-out, so I don't remember ever going inside the restaurant. Its a definite choice for Chinese if you live in the area.

The Best There Is, The Best There Was, The Best There Ever Will Be Nothing comes close they are the KINGS of the Block and the Best Orange chicken and Shrimp Fried Rice you can eat and best of all it's still a family business and the owner is a true gentlemen and keeps this place Alive and Delicious.
