Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

I stopped by for lunch. I might have to say it was one of the best I have had. I liked the deep dish Chicago style. The food was good but the waitress was not the best. I don't like to ask for a refill when my glass sits empty. We ate at the downtown west Jackson location. Never figured out why they so see your glass empty and they ask if you want a refill? Not only was the food good but the smell of the restaurant inside was very nice. I hate musty places. A good smelling place is a sign of a clean restaurant. Go to an old Pizza Hut and smell. If you can find one.

I have to give it three stars because we ordered 2 deep dish pizzas and we were delivered 2 pan pizzas. Despite being delivered the wrong pizza. The delivery was quick. The pizza was hot. The delivery guy was very nice and the pizza was really good. The sauce was very nice. We will order again because we'd still like to try the deep dish. Hopefully, the second time around, we will receive the correct food.

Good food. Crunchy fries. Thin burger, not really juicy. Their cannolli is good too but I wish they'd give you more than 1 for $2.50.. good for a quick bite. Very quick delivery.

I gave 3 stars because of the price and the fact they are open late!! Pizza's are just ok. VERY saucy with little to no cheese and a sprinkle of sausage to boot... Disappointed

They have the BEST thin crust pizza! I always order the same thing, which is the medium pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and jalepeno with cream cheese jalepeno poppers. The ingredients are good quality. The thin crust pizza is actually thin and not doughy which I love, although I always order mine extra thin & extra crispy because that's how I like it. The sauce isn't sweet, but is savory yet flavorful. I love ordering from here when I have visitors because everyone loves it. This is a small mom & pop place that I used to order from many years ago when my sis used to live in the area and now that I live in the area, I order from them. My parents used to have a small pizza place like this back in the day, so it brings back fond memories. Anyways, I hope others order from here as well. Its very reasonably priced and they have great deals!

Really good pizza. Its a toss up between colutas, giovannis, and sorrentos. They are all completely different as far as their sauces are concerned, but all very good in their own way. Really small joint. One or two tables in here. Parking can be a pain. Really nice folks that own the place. Delivery has always been fast.

Awesome thin crust pepperoni pizza! Also customer service was great! It's a small joint, but good food. I would give it 5 stars, but parking is terrible. You have to park around the corner to go eat there if you drove.

Epic Pizza options abound in and around Chicago's Montclare neighborhood, and Giovanni's is a standout. It is the epitome of the old school pizza place that we ordered from as kids - limited menu (which is a good thing :-) classic selections, great ingredients, consistent and careful preparation, prompt & friendly service. But Giovanni's has that extra measure of awesomeness that they've been delivering up for decades. They're probably best known for their deep dish pizza - but their stuffed & thin crust are equally noteworthy. Crusts are all perfect - rich, crisp - setting off the ingredients of your choice. Cheese is the buttery cheese pull cheese of your best pizza dreams, as my husband says "they use the GOOD stuff"! Perfect balance of cheese, toppings, sauce & crust on all styles of pizza. Sandwiches - the sausage is amazing & tastes homemade, eggplant parm sammy is to die for, with the lightly breaded eggplant cooked to perfection. Fries are crisp & well cooked. Calamari - not the best item to order for delivery, but theirs stands up. Lasagna - like mama used to make! Can't miss with Giovanni's, so glad it's in my neighborhood!

First off, let me say how I love the inside of this place. It had that old run down pizzeria motif which I found very charming. It reminded me of Sal's pizza parlor in Spike Lee's movie "Do the Right Thing" only alot smaller. There's only room for a few tables and high countertops with tall chairs. Its definitely an ambiance that isn't seen too much. I ordered the 14" stuffed pizza ($15) which took about 35-40 minutes. It seemed like it was just old man Giovanni and his 2 short helpers that ran the operation. I never had a stuffed style pizza that was so unmessy and easy to eat. It didn't leave grease blotches everywhere and the tomato sauce didn't fall off my slice either. There was also so much cheese on it that it made the sauce pretty secondary, which is a first for me. Crust was chewy and the sauce was inbetween chunky and smooth which was great. Pizza was overall good, but might be too cheesy and rich for some people. There's no private lot so be prepared to park in the residential area behind the place.

This was my second time ordering from Giovanni's and I am very pleased again. My order arrived 30 minutes earlier than told. Pizza was hot and delicious!! Strongly recommend the pizza.

I love the pizza from this place. I lived only a couple of houses from there and I tried almost the whole menu. But seriously I love the pizza and lasagna. It's a cute neighborhood pizza joint. Ooooooohhh! Also they just came out with a mexican pizza. It is absolutely delicious!

$2.50 for an enormous slice of yummy pizza. And I can walk to this place. Enough said.

Pretty good pizza and seriously ridiculously FAST (almost creepy). Not the absolute best in the world but good enough to go back. Reasonably priced. BUT the delivery guys never want to actually come up the stairs...is this laziness? fear? Who knows. worth trying anyway.

When we used to live in the area this is the place we would order from and not because it was close but because they have great pizza for great prices. Collect 20 coupons and get a free pizza. I love everything about them from the sauce to the crust to the cheese. I don't think it's a great as La Villa's pizza but it comes pretty close and they have a great delivery time too. Oh yeah if you just want a slice, stop and get one. I actually just had this the other day, and it still holds up to the quality that I have always gotten from them.

If u are lookin' 4 DEEP DISH pizza. This is where it's @. I swear the crust is like home-made cornbread & I don't neva eat the crust on NO pizza. It's A MUST wheneva u n da CHI

This is the pizza place that me and my family have been ordering from since I was a kid. The pizza is great in my opinion. Since I'm close, I get my pizza in about 20-25 minutes on average. I usually order cheese and mushroom. They have good meatball sandwiches too (although sometimes the meatballs are more bread-crumbs than actual meat!). The ravioli and mostacolli are always good. Their lasagna is tasty. They give you a free garden salad with entrees, but skip it--it's terrible! I've never ate inside the place (it's really small), but they mainly do carry-out and delivery.
