My first experience with Chicken & Waffles was sooooo good. On a wonderful Friday I was training at the U of Chicago and pulled out my trusty yelp app to find this lone four star rated restaurant in the area. I took a bunch of my new coworkers here and we all had some great brunch/soul food. Since I have never had chicken and waffles before that day, there was nothing stopping me from getting it. Their wings are very well seasoned, a little overly salty but I had no qualms since it was a perfect complement to the large, warm and fluffy waffle. Those wings come piping hot and crispy, and with every bite I thought to myself how much tastier these wings are than the ones at BWW. My finished plate was a sad sight since all I wanted was to eat more delicious wings. However, I couldn't get myself to order more since I had ordered an extra side of biscuits which are HUGE and are only like a $1.60 for two. If I am ever in the area again, a biscuits and gravy meal is a high priority. My friends were extremely pleased with their meals. One friend (Alvarez I see you) called the mac and cheese "the dankest." She didn't share much with the rest of the table. Also the service was awesome and our server introduced us to the owner who thanked us for coming in. I only wish that every dining experience was as satisfying as this one!

I love this place. The people are kind and professional yet personable. The food is delicious.

Get biscuits. Whatever you do, just make sure you get their biscuits. They're soooo good! Fluffy and tender and soft, just a bit crusty outside.... I'm also a fan of their breakfast skillets (huge portions) and chicken and waffles, of course! When the place is crowded, it can be a bit difficult to get prompt service, but the food is always great.

Some people use the term "Ghetto" in way thats not politically correct to describe a person or a place. But when being used to describe a person, Chicago has its own unique stereotypical ghetto invidual. If you want to see this stereotypical Chicago ghettoness, go to this restaurant. This restaurant is also in the heart of the ghetto. The food here is good. The portions are large. When you walk in sit wherever you want and a waitress will be right with you. The restaurant smells like bleach, which is good I guess. I ordered the 7 wings with hash brown and eggs. The wings, though flavorful, are nowhere near the best I've had in Chicago. To those yelpers who say these wings are the best in Chicago, my advice is you need to get out more. It was a nice experience but I probably wont go back.

First time here. Immediately received a warm greeting upon entry. Food was good. The prices are reasonable. I will return for more authentic soul food.
(4)David R.
Deliciously satisfying food, generous portions, very reasonably priced, and friendly service!
(5)Janelle H.
I was thoroughly satisfied across the board from the service to the value of the food PLUS the actual taste of the food. I must say, I'll have to go back either on a Friday or Sunday to taste the Mac & Cheese. And more of the cornbread muffins!! I can't wait to get back!!
(5)Charlene C.
Yummy yummy food. I appreciated the service and the flavor of the food. I will definitely return.
(5)Chantay J.
I wouldn't try their beef liver anymore.. My opinion is its very skimpy cut thin and rubbery. Walking out the door I noticed a guy with some delicious looking chicken and waffles

Here's a hidden gem in the community. Parking was a bit sparse however for the time being many opt to park in a vacant lot across the street from a construction project down the block. Beware they do tow from that lot. The restaurant has a cool diner feel. Everything i tried has been good. Their salmon croquets were good and had a hint of spicy at the end. Their French toast didn't disappoint at all. Good prices too!
(4)D W.
Make it past the "street vendors" outside, selling everything from socks to 'loose squares', and you'll find a neighborhood place that's been serving up breakfast goodness for more than a century. The biscuits are great and the breakfast skillet is done to perfection. The sausage is kissed with sage, just as it should be, but the pancakes were just a bit inconsistent. Definitely worth a visit, outside appearances notwithstanding.

Daly's is my comfort spot for the turbulent surroundings. All of the waiters are always nice and the food, particularly breakfast is good, affordable, and fast.
(3)Dionne M.
Food was REALLY good (I ordered Chicken & Waffle combo. Taste tested fried fish, Spinach & Feta omelette and biscuits and gravy....ALL EXCELLENT). Service was friendly and I loved how all the employees helped each other out. #TeamWork
(5)Jakia L.
The food is delicious. I had the salmon, greens, yams and corn muffins. It was amazing. Our server was great. I wi b definitely going back. The neighborhood is alittle scary but for that meal it's worth it.
(4)Molly H.
Great soul food! Tons of food for your money. Corn bread muffins are yummy, and fried perch was pretty fresh, sweet potato pie is the best I've had! Broccoli cheddar soup is phenomenal! The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is two of my sides (Mac and cheese and green beans) were kind of cold. Service and atmosphere is very good and welcoming!
(4)Peter Y.
They have salmon cakes. At a brunch place. How awesome is that? Anyways, Daley's is a long-time neighborhood fixture offering simple, comfort food at affordable prices. Their Belgian waffles are really good, and they have some great salmon cakes. The trip here might be a bit sketch, but it's definitely worth it.
(4)Chuck L.
The good: excellent fried whole catfish. Tasty, pungent greens. The bad: Main ingredient in sweet potato side was not sweet potato but sugar. Main ingredient in roast turkey was not turkey but salt. Macaroni and cheese nothing to write home about, chewy and artificial-tasting. "Home-made" peach cobbler was a bright orange soup with canned peaches and some strips of soggy white dough floating in it. Other: The neighborhood is fine, typical south side but not particularly bad as some reviews suggest,. at least during the day.
(2)Joe P.
Old school, simple mom-'n-pop breakfast joint, with traditional booths that make you wish the waiters still wore aprons when bringing you food. Cheap as a grease-spoon, but with solid well cooked (see not sopping in heart death) food.
(5)Elizabeth M.
This place isn't really all that it was said to be. i thought that this was gonna be really good here, but i was again, disappointed. I don't understand why people don't stick to real , hearty and authentic soul food anymore. We get to the place and its packed. You sit where ever you want, so we sat, looked at the menu and ordered. I got my usual perch , mac and greens. My fiance and MIL had the crispy chicken breast sandwich, which was really good. But my food was really disappointing . Just sad.....macaroni was lukewarm and not baked, and greens were almost cold. The perch was good , but again the sides sucked ass, and that's a deal breaker. the service was okay, but the food wasn't as good as the service. I wont go back to that place again.
(2)Tina P.
I have been eating at Daley's restaurant since the 1970's. This is great soul food. My two favorite things on the menu are the collard greens and the hotlinks with rice. Everything on the menu however is good. The french toast and all of the breakfast items are DELICIOUS. The coffee is ALWAYS fresh. If you stop by Daleys, tell them "soul brother's baby" sent you!
(5)Yo U.
Pros: * friendly service and patrons; * fantastic value, particularly if you go for one of the daily dinner specials; and * fresh ingredients. Cons: *while good, the fried chicken was a bit bland -- the batter could do with being a bit more seasoned; * the string beans were extremely overcooked; and * service was a little slower and more inattentive than I would like. Overall, Daley's is a good place and it's worth checking out if you're in the neighborhood. I do wonder if the area around the restaurant might be a bit unsafe at night, though.
(3)Chuuk T.
This is a great diner! What a friendly and helpful wait staff. Biscuits were great and the waffles were perfectly prepared... melts in your mouth! Get going!
(4)Peter F.
I suppose it's not technically a diner, but I'd still rate it the South Side's best. Rumor has it, it's the oldest eatery in the entire city too, established somewhere in the late 19th century, probably in the early 1890s, by John Daley (not of the mayoral family), although the sign outside claims that it's been there only since 1917 (this isn't true). The place is filled with interesting old photos, and the booth tables are all covered with a collage of old photos of the neighborhood--pictures of the World Fair's White City, the incredibly ornate Tivoli Theatre (a movie palace modeled on the chapel at Versailles which stood next door until 1962), pictures of the 63rd St Green Line stop in the 19th century, etc. It's also almost always filled with hungry patrons from the neighborhood, since this is the only sit down restaurant around (that is, west of the Metra line by the lakefront). The place is in good shape, with lots of comfy booths, and is a really pleasant place to sit over a drawn out brunch with great coffee, a newspaper, donuts, pancakes, oatmeal, you name it. The food is mostly really good--in my experience especially the Belgian waffles, greens, eggs, pancakes, and salmon patties. Avoid the salt pork, though, other places nearby do it much better. I've found the service top-notch too, although I hit it up on off hours. It's open 5AM to 9PM every day, and shouldn't cost a single person with a big appetite more than $10 unless you're getting a steak for dinner. It's also really easy to visit, since it's right underneath the 63rd St L stop (which unfortunately sees a disproportionate amount of violent crime), and there's usually on street parking like right in front of the place.
(5)Phaedra L.
The best place for chicken and waffles. Hands down. Last year I finished the south shore tri and headed here. Best Turkey sausage. Yummm. If I'm not making my own breakfast, this is one of my go to spots for breakfast. I've never had a dinner meal.
(4)R'Mel C.
While the service is a little slow the food is pretty good and cheaply priced. My grandparents owned a laundrymat at 62nd and Kimbark. This neighborhood was not alway as it appears now. I hope it'll stay open after the University finishes gentrifing the area
(3)Deborah M.
I love me some Daley's. I have their Julienne salad as often as I can. They use real meat in their salads and give u plenty of it. Big ups to Daley's!
(3)R J.
Well I'll be honest. My dad and I were the only two white boys in the restaurant but that is how I knew it was going to be good. Having never had soul food before I jumped right in and ordered chicken and waffles with a side of biscuits. The fried chicken was the best I have ever had. Breaded perfectly and fried to a golden brown hue, the meat literally fell right off each wing. The waffle was great, and the home made biscuits that we ordered were the softest most scrumptious biscuits I have ever tasted. Though the service was a little bit slow, I really didn't care because the food was so good. If I lived next to this place I would probably gain 50 lbs weekly. With classic diner ambiance and food to die for you really can't go wrong with this place. I will be going back for sure.

So I want Chicken and Waffles, but the Waffle house in oak park and apparently the chicken and waffle house on mlk has rubbery flat dense waffles. No bueno! So on my search for chicken and waffles I assumed id look for a place that does waffles well. ALong came along Daleys restaurant in my search and I was pleased by the waffles in various photos and when looking at the menu i noticed they had a new item on the menu. five fried wings with waffle! Chicken and waffles here i come! So i went with my fancy lady and decided to give this place a shot. So we pull up and the street is packed with cars all patrons of daleys. So far a good sign, and so we got in and ordered biscuits with wings and waffles. The wings were made to order and a lil wait but all the worth it! The biscuits were awesome and so was the food servicd, and atnosphere. Will be coming back ASAP hit that chicken and waffle craving YUM!
(4)Shun M.
The food is good. The wait was kind of long and I really like the chicken wings. I'll go back. But it's worth the wait.
(4)Diamond W.
The food was good but wasn't warm enough. The waiter and busboy were nice and courteous but a little slow. I went in a group and on a busy day, hopefully the next time it's better.

Chicken & Waffles, go here for that. This place has been around for over 100 years. Love that. I also love that I took a colleague from Turkeyneck, Arkansas here an he has only seen black people in movies. So that was entertaining. He did not know how to interact. Snicker. Also my uptight regional guy was trying to show me how adventurous he could be by ordering the dumplings and gravy. Not a good choice, but here are the good ones: Chicken wings and waffles - I originally just said "Chicken and waffles" then the waitress asked if I meant wings and waffles. I saw a little note on the menu that says they make them fresh to order, I was sold. Yes. These were some of the best wings i have had in recent memory. And the waffle was none to shabby. Golden brown and smothered in butter and syrup. This is the stuff dreams are made of. BBQ Brisket sandwich - the guy from Jawbone, Virginia and my other associate got this, one with cheese (American, gag) and one without. Also came with fries. Being the fat pile that I am, I promptly ate the remainder of both their fries in addition to whatever meat was left on their plate. It was scrumptious. Weird thing though, they serve the sammy on two pieces of regular bread, open face. Seemed strange at the time but as I write it it sounds normal. I ordered a sweet tea but the lady never brought it out. Parking is somewhat difficult as it is street only, and right under a train track, with varying degrees of poverty surrounding you; from the man selling socks and dress shoes to the people begging for money. As we were getting back into the car, a lady approached us and asked if we had 63 cents. The dude from Maynardsville, Kentucky was speechless and just kind of stared at the ground, wide-eyed. I said, "Sorry, no." and got in the Chevy Volt. Our rustic friend, after about 15 minutes of riding in silence asked, "Why did she ask for such a specific amount?" I turned to to face him in the back seat and said, "Because she can."

I visit this local neighborhood restaurant quite frequently-almost to the level of a "regular" customer. The food is consistently good but, the SERVICE NEEDS TO DRAMATICALLY IMPROVE!!
(3)Sharina R.
This is one of those places you see on the street and drive past due to the amount of crackheads hanging around the vicinity. I was highly skeptical to come here, but due to the reviews, I knew I had to try it atleast once. I came here with my boyfriend and we both got the chicken and waffles. The waffle was great and the chicken was well seasoned, but the wings were TINY to say the least. We ordered hashbrowns with cheese and peppers, and when it came, I was like what the hell? The placed a single slice of cheese on top of my hashbrowns, which is something a 3 year old can do. While I can say the food was good, it wasn't really enough to make me full. Next time, I would probably try something else.
(3)Antonio M.
I live right around the corner and I would pass Daley's all the time, but it was never the right time to go. After catching the el after a long night, I got off the green line at around 6:10, saw Daley's and knew it was time to go. I walk in, sit down, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I ordered eggs, grits, chocolate chip pancakes, bacon, and sausages. Everything was phenomenal, the pancakes were unbelievable. The only issue I had was they did not have chocolate milk, my default breakfast drink. However, everything else was fantastic. It was near empty when I arrived, but by the time I left it was already half full.
(5)Vincent Y.
Came here for breakfast. 5-Pieces of fried chicken with waffles. The waffles were crispy, golden melt-in-your-moth and the fried chicken wings were oh, so good with the hot sauce. I'm so glad Daley's is here.
(5)Deborah P.
Actually, this restaurant is a mix of 2 star and 5 star cooking. The fried wings and french toast are superb. We mixed one part syrup and two parts hot sauce and poured if over the dish. The fried chicken was juicy and perfectly fried. The scrambled eggs were the best I've ever had - creamy, rich and moist. And the hot biscuits were great. Went there for lunch and had amazing chicken rice soup - really like homemade. On the other hand, the salmon croquettes were dry, the hash browns were undercooked and both the fish and the french fries were poorly fried - not crispy at all. A restaurant like this should be good at fried foods, these lapses were disappointing. The turkey dinner consisted of juicy turkey paired with leaden stuffing that was inedible. So, I will definitely go back for breakfast - and know that there are probably some gems on the dinner menu - it is just hit or miss. It is a fun place to go to with a great neighborhood vibe. And the service is very friendly.
(3)Kayla S.
I REALLY hate to give this place only 3 stars but I really had to weigh the pros and cons. The food (though admittedly I have only once tried anything besides the breakfast) is very good. Especially... the biscuits. They are. SO. FRIGGIN. DELICIOUS. If heaven serves biscuits, I'm guessing they taste like the ones at Daley's. The breakfast is always fresh, made just right and not over or under seasoned. And they're pretty quick with the coffee. The real reason this restaurant couldn't get more than three stars is A. The service and B. The fight for a table. Some (not all) of the waitresses are rather short with you and not very attentive. You really have to work to get their attention sometimes which is a definite check minus for me. As for the tables, I like that you get to seat yourself, the only problem is that you have to run for a table as soon as it opens up or someone else will nab it. This sometimes results in you squashing yourself into a booth that still has someone else's dirty dishes on it. All in all, if you just want a quick, hearty and SUPER affordable meal, Daley's is the place.
(3)Bob D.
Been back three times this winter. It is a consensus from the entire family that this is as good as a traditional American style breakfast gets. When you arrive just seat yourself. If it seams you have been missed it isn't so, they will be there in a flash. Once they do arrive I have found the service to be intense and quite efficient. That is right up my alley. Our new favorite is the wings and pancakes. 6 perfectly fried chicken wings, always cooked to order, always awesome. Served with "home made syrup", I asked what is home made syrup? and I got what I deserved, "we make it here" I was told. I still am not sure what they are referring to, I see no maple trees, I see no room for giant vats of reducing syrup, but I will say it is the best damn syrup I have had. I like to take the "home made syrup" mix it with the hot sauce about equal parts and this is a damn fine dipping sauce for your perfectly fried wings. The other half of this dish, the pancakes are perfect, light, fluffy, with a slight crunch on the edges, there is no off flavor from too much leavening agent, like I said perfect. I am still a big fan of the biscuits, the hot links are unparalleled. Spicy, sweet, porky I am salivating thinking of these. Eggs are always as you like. This is the kind of breakfast you eat so much more than you should and yet feel no guilt. Like a last meal, a once in a lifetime feast you will keep cramming unjustifiable amounts of food down your gullet until you realize people are watching, shrug your shoulders and then eat some more. When dining at Daleys you will be crammed into your table, good luck fitting four or more at a table with winter coats, you will have to sit on each others laps to make it work, but you will, yes you will.
(5)Enchantra D.
This place has good home cooked style foods, with great prices. You get plenty on your plate too, so don't over order. I would say that this is like Roscoes Chicken & Waffles but Chicago style. And they're doing a good job. It's clientele and employees are real down to earth people. So if you're too cool for school, maybe this place isn't for you. But I loved the food and the cost. Beware, the neighborhood is a bit shady, so be aware of what's going on. I was solicited to buy some watches and shoes on my way in. I declined so I made it out full and safe, Lol....
(5)Juli A.
Been here twice in the past two weeks - consistently good service and delicious food both times. Their breakfast options are fantastic - crispy hash browns, unbelievable pancakes and French toast and spot on fried chicken. Will be back to try the daily specials next. Just remember if you see an open table you like go sit down they will be with you in a jiffy and if you are Caucasian you are neither rare nor special no matter what other posts may suggest. The diners and the waitstaff don't care if you're purple.
(3)Adele n.
If you love diners (like me) you'll dig this spot big time. Daley is an old-fashioned charmer that hits all the right notes: fast. cheap, friendly, greasy, delicious. They've got a counter, which scores bonus points on the diner rating scale. My over-easy eggs were perfection.
(4)Glenn H.
I have traveled past this place at least 1,000 times (bypassing the herd of hoodlums, crackheads and creatures of the day and night) and decided, along with my girlfriend, to give this place a shot. I AM GLAD WE DID! We both ordered chicken and waffles, while the chicken wings were small they had lots of flavor and the waffle was nice and crisp. The decor of the place suits the older crowd but the environment inside is still tolerable. I do have one slight though, we ordered hash brown with cheese, onions and green peppers, while it was good they placed a regular Kraft cheese slice on top. My 7 year old niece can do that. But all and all its a very good place to dine.
(4)Nicole H.
Wow-I must confess that I'm surprised to see Daley's here. Their food is pretty good. I have had probably the entire menu(I used to work across the street-okay)! I have to say though, I'd do some real traveling for their patty melts-yes they are that good! I remember they had a take-out Daley's along 63rd that made a mean taco salad! Here I am, 10 years later, still trying to lose that weight!
(3)Dylan R.
This place is a total hidden gem. I ate here with my girlfriend, and when you first walk in, they tell you to sit anywhere. At first glance you may be thinking, "What did I get myself into," because the floors are dirty and it truly is a diner in its essence. But once we sat our butts in a booth, we were greeted by an extremely friendly server. Now when it comes to the menu, they have most of the soul food fixin's you can think of, and as most reviewers have said before, the Belgian waffles or French toast and chicken wings are absolutely delicious. Served with a bottle of hot sauce, they're extremely satisfying and not too much food. The next time I am in the area I will definitely be coming back here! You will think you died and went to heaven and back. And your pocket will love you as well. Just more money to go in the servers pocket because they sure do deserve it.
(5)Katie T.
I'm surprised this place only has 19 reviews. Daley's was a really great brunch/breakfast place that offers both a great atmosphere and a full menu; my friend and I went on a Saturday morning so the place was packed and service was a bit slow but well worth the wait. My friend got an omelet with hash browns and biscuits and I got pancakes. The pancakes and biscuits were so great. A definite great. For meat eaters which isn't me but it would behoove me to say there are a lot of options for you at this breakfast place. And fried chicken at 9am? Yes, also at Daley's.
(4)Seth P.
Solid. A Greek diner with soul food options for the neighborhood. I had the turkey neck special with rice and a side of peas, solid. Girlfriend had the burger, solid. Mom had the baked chicken (which comes out smothered) and cornbread stuffing. Mom said the chicken was OK, but it's hard to get good chicken anywhere anymore. But she really like the stuffing, and we both agreed that her lima bean side was delicious! It came in some kind of corn-based gravy. This place has very real history. The Greeks survived the '60s and everything that's happened since because they understood how to cater to the Blacks in a respectful manner. Black folks manage the place, the service is great, the place is a warm, comfortable, clean, sit-and-conversate-as-long-as-you-want diner oasis in the straight-up-watch-yo-back-and-everything-else 'hood. It's decorated with pictures and campaign posters and all kinds of mementos of the history to which it has been witness, as well as with teddy bears dressed up for Christmas. It may be Chicago's oldest restaurant. How many places in Chicago can claim existence in three different centuries? That's right, ladies and gents, this place has been here since 1892 - when the owners were Irish.
(4)Sandra S.
This place has the best french toast and fried chicken wings omg!!!ItAnd they offer flavored creamers with your coffee.Prices are very reasonable .A lot of people are sleep on this place. Now i tend to be a restaurant snob. The truth is the food is cravable and so good.Yes its has a lot of neigborhood folks in there.
(3)Nicole P.
I just want to say this place has the best chicken wings I've tried in a long time. The hot sauce they give you with them is a must for dipping too. Mix that with waffles or french toast.....OMG amazing! We were the only white people in the whole place, but nobody treated us like outcasts. You just get the whole "southern hospitality" feel from everyone working there. Looking over the menu, they had a lot of soul/comfort food. I love it! I had to try the chicken and waffles after seeing all of the Yelp reviews though. You can tell this is a neighborhood go-to spot, because the employees knew just about everyone that walked through the door. The only reason this place doesn't receive 5 stars is because of the cleanliness of the establishment. The floors were really dirty and the bathroom seemed pretty unsanitary. If you can look past a dirty restaurant, then you can enjoy some amazing food!
(4)Nolan H.
Good breakfast better dinner....a little dirty but great prices!...not fond of the area.
(3)Sam K.
Black people south of Hyde Park: isn't there a single one of you on yelp? Why is it that when I choose to review any place that's bustling but also south of U of C, I'm one of the first reviewers? Anyway, Daley's is well known and always full. I first came across it when checking out an awesome nonprofit upstairs ( stopchicago.org - you should check it out; they do good work) And I must say: best scrambled eggs EVER. Truly fantastic. Pretty decent pancakes as well. They have a lot of fried fish dishes on the menu, but you can request them grilled or broiled and they're still great. I'm a fan. The service is okay - warm and friendly and prompt, but inattentive. There's a woman who sits at the counter as soon as you walk in - she might yell at you for no reason, but if you laugh it off or have a quick witty response she'll respond by being super nice. I love south Chicago man.
(4)Colleen B.
Great ambiance and great food. OK service. Had the chicken and waffles. Both chicken and waffles were crispy and brown. The chicken was perfectly seasoned to pair with the waffles. A classic diner on the south side.
(4)Andrea G.
I. LOVE. THIS. RESTAURANT. Besides the adorable kids at the House of Hope, this is one of the few things that will get me south of 61st street. This has been a staple of Woodlawn for years, and once gentrification takes over because of New Dorm, I'm hoping this will still be here. It's the best cholesterol-increaser in the whole damned city of Chicago. 5-course soul food meal for $12.99? YES PLEASE! I'll be honest, it's always a little uncomfortable being one of the few white people in here and you always get stared at, but nobody really cares because you're all there for the same thing: because the food is just that good. This place is a fabulous hangover cure, a place to get a filling and cheap meal on a Saturday night, and a great reason to get your friends to cross the Midway.
(5)Colonel M.
Not bad... I think eat-in might be better... One day I might endevor to find out... But can think of plenty more convient places to go first...Their buscuts and gravy could be better
(2)Brandon S.
Very busy place, but good food! I just hate the intersection (63rd and Cottage Grove)--not the safest part of town. Breakfast is definitely their specialty.
(4)Kara M.
i guess i really can't comment on too much i went here to grab some quick food and i had the bacon and cheese omelet and coffee...it's a diner with a lot of history but other than that it just didn't seem that WOW to me...maybe i'll have to go back and try some other things on the menu, esp the chicken and waffles, in order to get the full effect
(3)Jackie B.
Ordered a salad today delicious julienne ham and turkey the restaurant is cozy and homey with seems like regulars that come in all the time for a great home cooked meal and I mean the meals I seen at tables were home cook smelled delicious looked delicious but the customer service those waitress and order taker gave was completely horrible ATTITUDE and horrible ones almost didnt wanna order just mean and rushing people they need to change their staff there cause they are horrible loud and rude. When I first came in I stood in front to place my order for carryout and she looked at me like I was stupid and said carryouts are taken in the back like I seen the sign way in the back (mind you it was my first time there) just rude I'm sure they know new faces and if someone come in like I did and place a carryout ordering the front and not got straight to the back it must be their first time duh! Well anyway besides that food was good they are not stingy with portions and I will go back to order some of that soul food but I will continue to carryout
