Stopped here for lunch today and had a burger and soup and both were very good. The burger was one of the best I have had in a long time. The service couldn't be any better and the prices were reasonable.

This is the spot where the old Magic restaurant used to be . The magic was a nice neighborhood joint and this one is too. They have the same coffee which I was hoping would be a better more premium cup in this age of coffee lovers. They have free wifi which is great. I ordered A simple cheeseburger and split pea soup . The soup came out hot and very good. The burger came out perfect. A good looking burger and home made fries. It was great. I did ask the waitress why they don't put onion on the burger when you say everything on it and she gave me an adequate answer. Ask for onion on the burger next time. The service was great , prompt and attentive without the "hi , I am Bonnie and I will be your server today" spiel. The lunchtime Had a respectable crowd and I hope this place does well. They could have gotten 4 stars if they could upgrade the coffee. Overall though a nice meal.

Food was unremarkable. Service was barely existent. Price? Ridiculous. Forty bucks for a couple adults and a small child to eat breakfast is unjustifiable. It was a couple skillets, eggs with bacon, juice and coffee. Unless those unremarkable eggs were condor eggs, I feel ripped off. Never going back.

The Greek Skillet is amazing! The place has great food. They had a few things to work out in the beginning but now it's table service.

Food is decent. Atmosphere is awful. Cold and uninviting. No one was really there. Ok for a neighborhood breakfast place but I wouldn't go again. Nothing special.

Thought we'd try it for lunch after my son's basketball game on a Saturday. Arrived at 12:10. By 12:48 we were brought free soup (not what we ordered) because of the long wait...we were told it would be another 10 minutes by our meek waitress. She said only one chef and he's going as fast as he can...not my problem. Will not be back. BTW, we ordered eggs and a sandwich. Really??

I am hoping the owner reads these reviews and takes note. It is set up in a confusing way but I would love for this place to succeed. They are new and I will give them a chance to improve because the homemade soup was really good and so was the burger. This location is so good and would do well if the food and service were there.

Agree totally with previous reviewer as well. Confusing set up. We didn't know if we were to sit down ourselves, or wait to be seated. Our table didn't have any silverware as well. Clearly the servers are not assigned to any tables. We waited about 5 minutes before anyone came to our table. Ten minutes after we ordered, a diffrerent waitress came over with another table's order. We should have taken it. Ten minutes later our waitress asked us if we could "refresh her memory " on what we ordered. It took about another 15 minutes for them to produce our two, two-egg breakfast wtih hashbrowns and pankcakes. Really miss the former restaurant, "The Magic".

Tried this out as this Restaurant just opened recently. The prior restaurant at this location had terrific service and was great spot for breakfast after church. So decided to give it a shot. The set up is completely confused as you can't tell if you are ordering at the counter or being waited. Having got that straightened out,got a cup of coffee and glass of water served in a plastic cup. The coffee was horrible, no sweet and low on table and the cheap cream was not enough to mask the bitter taste. The cutlery and napkin came. No spoon as I already got a 3 inch plastic stir stick in the coffee. I ordered the Irish Skittle. While I waited, I spent some time trying to figure out if the cutlery was dirty or just damaged. The food arrived. The eggs and Greek Toast were fine the Corn Beef hash was horrid. It tasted like the potatoes had been boiled 5 days ago, cut up and thrown in a freezer. Corn Beef appeared to have gotten the same treatment with the meat being from red to brown. Took 2 bites and left it. When I went to pay my bill, 2 of the waitresses had to go into their purses to find 61 cents in change. Was really hoping this would be a great addition to the neighbourhood. They have a lot of work to do to get up to the quality of the previous restaurant which was a standing room only breakfast joint, and always worth the wait. ALSO for a new restaurant consider asking how everything was, particularly when your guest leaves most of their food and declines having what's left wrapped up.
