Anyone walking through the doors of a White Castle knows what he/she is getting into -- A razor thin slice of beef from unknown origins, steamed on a bed of reconstituted onions and water atop a grill with an unusual brown patina and a slice of pickle on a warm yet soft square bun. That's it. Period. If you are expecting anything else, then you are out of luck. It takes about 12 of the above described sliders to curtail even the slightest of hunger pangs. They taste great going down, but three hours later, you begin having second thoughts that only a bottle of Pepcid and a porcelain throne can address. Yet we continue to go back, over and over again. This particular White Castle is relatively new. The facility is in good shape and the kitchen always seems to be clean and in order. Occasionally, I catch a waft of bleach in the air, which for me, is a good thing, so long as it isn't in the food. On the service side of things, they are HORRIBLY SLOW! I guess you get what you pay for, but how long does it take to cook up a few sliders? I've waited 10-15 minutes at the drivethru before on a relatively quiet day. That's not acceptable. I've also waited an equal amount of time by going in to the counter. Bottom line is that the staff at this White Castle does not operate swiftly or efficiently. Most likely, a management issue, but how does one complain when you are there for a 10 pound tray of food for which you pay $8? It's just not worth it. From a food perspective, everything they have served up is exactly what I have come to expect from a White Castle.

It's generic White Castle food wise. Kinda hard to get to if you're not from around here. You have to turn into Aldi's parking lot. They're not 24/7, which I didn't know existed. Frustrating, but whatever. Finally stopped in during the day today and they were super nice at first, but when the order came up they had it as sit down instead of to go. Again, no big deal. Except when the worker turned around she started bitching to her coworker. Not sure if they thought we couldn't hear or what, but we could, and it's very rude.

I don't come here often and I don't like their beef sliders but of the times I have been to this location, the service has always been fast and friendly. I tried their waffles yesterday and I was not impressed, about what you can expect from a fast food place. The waffles had a soggy texture and were a little on the dense side for a waffle. I ordered the strawberry and plain, I was hoping the plain would come with syrup but it didn't. Very disappointing. On another note, I do appreciate that white castle has kept the veggie slider on the menu.

That SUV who ordered $30+ dollars of food and drove through without paying of picking up was me. If you make me sit in my truck for nearly 7 minutes then it's no longer fast food.

Steamed beef patties. That just sounds so unappetizing. Must sound like eating hot garbage to someone who hasn't the pleasure of having one. Fortunately, those of us in the know, know that what sounds like a disgusting excuse for a sandwich is actually a pretty tasty facsimile of something resembling a hamburger. Yes, you can only really have a love or hate relationship with White Castle. I don't know anyone that is just kind of "meh" regarding their feelings towards sliders. There is no wish-washy attitiude, no indifference to White Castle as far as I can tell. You either seek it out, or avoid it altogether. I for one, am one of those who seeks the Slider. It's What You Crave. Hell, it's what I crave! My earliest memory of White Castle involves a family member saying he was going to buy everyone in my family and extended family lunch(I have a huge extended family.) Then he brought a giant box of White Castle. Everyone groaned in disappointment, but not me. The box represented all that is great about America and fast food restaurants... And since then, the franchise has remained largely unchanged. Grilled onions that stay with you forever, questionable beef patty, and a bun that is only good for the first 15 minutes after purchase before you have to "re-steam" them in your microwave with a damp paper towel. What is it about them? I couldn't say. I do love them though, and am glad they added the Jalapeno cheeseburger to their repertoire, as well as the Fish nibblers for a Lenten excuse to eat poorly. White Castle will always be a late night option for me and my wife, however this location is not 24 hours which is the reason for one star off. To be honest, I don't remember the last time I went to the Castle when the sun was up. That's not to say that I won't visit White Castle during daylight hours, anytime is a great time to fill that craving. As far as fourth meals go though, I prefer the Castle.

Everyone knows White Castle for their sliders, you can love 'em or hate 'em - I just crave 'em! :) But what is it that I really love about White Castle, you ask? Their 'Breakfast Sliders'! Freshly fired egg and bacon on the pillow-soft buns - De-lish! Why go to McD's and have an egg McMuffin on a hard english muffin or a sausage and 'egg' (liquid egg bad omelette) on their dried our biscuits when you can have fresh eggs fried to order on the classic White Castle buns? I can't think of a reason! And now, you can eliminate the wait - they have an app for that! They have apps for all the phones (Android, iPhone and Windows) where you can order ahead! EVEN BETTER!!

White Castle Sliders are what I crave, ALL the time! I get full while paying under $5! I have X'd most fast food places out of my life, but that will never ever happen to my oh so loved White Castle. I always order the Jalapeno Jack Cheese Burgers with fry and coke. Their Dusseldorf mustard is a must! They even sell it by the bottle. The White Castle drive thru attendants are always very pleasant to me, no matter which restaurant I pop in to. I frequent this location the most & they have always been quick, nice and the sliders/fries are fresh.
