I have been here a few times, and I have yet to have a bad experience! Lately, the same guy is working when I come in, and he has a "generous pour" with the donuts. I ordered munchkins the last two times, and he really hooks a sister up! :) (And I like these powdered munchkins better than others I have had--these had WAY more powdered sugar and weren't dried out at all-YUM!) Their ice cream selection is always good--they have un-typical flavors that you don't see everywhere. I *always* appreciate a good selection! Go online and take the survey that you get at the bottom of your receipt--you get a free coffee!

It's Dunkin' Donuts..... nothing fancy. But we were in the area and decided to grab some munchkins for breakfast (which my kids LOVED and devoured). Not much else to say .... just, short and sweet.

The friendliest Dunkin Dougnuts in the area. Nice to see a genuine smile, have a little small talk and hear a sincere, "thank you...you have a nice morning!"

I had gone through the drive thru countless times without issues other than the bagels not tasting like typical Dunkin Donut bagels. I always order my bagels not toasted so if they are stale it is noticeable. Their bagels always seem stale. On my most recent (and last ever) visit, I went inside for the first time. It was early on a Saturday morning so there was no one in the restaurant. When we went to sit down and moved some child booster seats that were on the floor behind my chair, I found a dead rat. I reported the issue to the manager and she didn't seem too surprised. As I was returning my food for a refund I started to notice how filthy the entire restaurant was. Food crumbs and dust around the entire perimeter of the restaurant like it hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. Food crumbs and dirt on every surface (even vertically) behind the counter. I reported all of this to the Kane County Env Health & Safety Dept so hopefully they clean things up.

A few friends and I went to Chipotle for lunch. When it came to the Tobasco sauce, we made the wrong choice and our burrito bowls turned out way too spicy. It was then clear that we needed some ice cream to wash it down. We headed towards Culvers, just south of Huntley road, craving a Mixer. Then, on the horizon, we noticed the orange and purple oasis in DD-BR, and instantly opted for the choice of 31 delectable flavors over the lowly 2 from Culvers. "This has got to be the greatest decision anyone has ever made on Thursday," we thought. Plus, there was a drive-thru, much to the surprise of our driver - who, by the way, doesn't like ice cream. WTF? One of us knew what we wanted, and that person is me... Peanut Butter Chocolate for the win. The other did not, so she asked the drive thru operator to give a rundown. Instead of being hit with a mesmerizing flurry of names for several dozen sweet and savory ice cream flavors, my friend was told that that's not doable because there were over 20. Being the only car in line, we didn't think that was a problem. The bigger problem, in our minds, was that there are actually over 30 flavors, and our attendant apparently didn't know that. Like, for real, the only thing more well-known than that fact is that 15 minutes can save you 15% or more on car insurance. It's a given. Again, WTF? But, I digress. "What do you have with chocolate, then?" "Normal chocolate, peanut butter chocolate, choco-". "Ooo, I'll have the peanut butter chocolate". Apparently the question was pointless to begin with. My friend added hot fudge and chocolate chips, which I thought was a great call. But, Baskin Robbins does not carry chocolate chips, only chocolate sprinkles which aren't nearly as good. So, a sundae it was, sans sprinkles (obviously) and whipped cream. Great delivery on the delivery. Plenty of napkins and sufficient spoons, plus a feedback card from our attendant Azra. Who takes the time to do those anyway? Long story long, we had our double scoops, which were actually more like quad scoops, but I'm not complaining. What I am complaining about is the fact that it's been 4 hours and I still have yet to poop. I really want to poop, but my body isn't telling me to poop... even through I'm extremely full and would love a good poop. So, ya, something is wrong. Three stars.

Worst drive-through in the Chicagoland area. Slow - every time and still likely to mess up your order!

Zero stars. I have tried to give this location a chance many times, but today was the final one. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a bagel w butter. They gave me cream cheese. I went in to have it changed and they remade itWITH CREAM CHEESE AGAIN!!. They clearly do not listen to customer orders. I took a refund and headed to Starbucks- where they actually get orders correct!!

I have visited this location many times and have never been overly impressed but today was horrible. They are doing the $1 deal between 3-6pm and I figured I'd take advantage of that today while doing errands. I ordered caramel two iced coffees with cream and sugar and asked for one to not have ice in it since I wanted to take it to work the next day and didn't it want it all watered down. The woman taking my order gave me attitude about iced coffee having ice in it and I asked again for one not to. There was a car at the window when I pulled up at 5:55. I waited there for 5 minutes, pulled to the window and was rung out at full price. I asked about the deal and she looked at her computer and said "It's 6:01". I reminded her that I placed the order 5 minutes prior to be told rudely that "there was a line." She ended up discounting one of them but really?! She then handed me one regular iced coffee with cream and sugar (no caramel) and forgot the cream and sugar in the second (which had ice also). After I had both coffees and she closed the window I waited there for another minute until she came back. I had to ask for straws for the coffees that were not made correctly and were extremely rudely charged. I will not be returning and will be driving out of my way for coffee next time since I know it will be made correctly.
