Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

First Chinese place we tried since moving to the area 2 months ago. Not disappointed. Moderately-priced dinner entrees (I should have taken advantage of lunch specials!). We ordered beef & broccoli, s & s pork, and general tso chicken. Everything very tasty! But the crab rangoons were the best - creamy & crispy! Will order again

Me and my fiancé ordered Spring Rolls, Beef with Mushroom, String Bean, Hot and Sour Soup, and Bubbles Milk Tea for delivery. When we ordered the food online, it was quoted an estimate time of 1 hour for the food to arrive. We didn't get our food until a full two hours later. The beef with mushroom and the string bean dishes were really tasty. I thought they were fairly authentic and we've been looking for a good chinese restaurant around the area for a while. We'd order these two dishes again. They also came with little boxes of rice which were cooked just right. The spring rolls weren't actually spring rolls...they were vegetarian egg rolls. We wouldn't get these again, they were a little bland. The Bubbles Milk Tea was okay. The tea itself was not bad but the boba/tapoica/bubbles were over cooked. The Hot and Sour Soup was pretty spicy (a little too hot for me but some people might like it). It was lacking in the sour department though, mainly just spicy. I'd skip this in the future. We'd probably order delivery from them again, but just order 2 hours before we wanted to eat.

Under new ownership. I found the lunch special were very reasonably priced at $6.50. The portions were huge and the quality was above average. My beef was not chewy and I found the veggies very fresh. It didn't suck and I'll go back for sure. Good service too.

Went here for lunch, was really blown away. Got the general tso chicken, my friend got tofu. Huge menu, food was excellent. Was less than 7 dollars for a lunch special, which is really good. Definitely my favorite chinese place in this area, also really like little panda in elgin

They were a little late opening up on Sunday for lunch, but my Chicken Mei Fun was great. Good ingredients. A la carte menu is a little pricy, but the combos are a good deal.

Place costs a bit more money for the food but give you excellent flavor pretty damn good stuff I've tried a lot of Chinese restaurants in the area mainly around Algonquin at Crystal Lake and they tend to suck but this place is worth the slightly longer drive you bring home food that you Will enjoy they have Singapore noodles which is really yummy Mongolian beef got a lot of beef and is really addicting General so chicken is yummy for staff is friendly always throws in a soda or two when I order a big order once in a while to make a mistake which really upsets them and they will do anything to make it right but overall I give this restaurant 4 stars. Try it once and you'll be back

This place is fantastic! It is in the same location as a previous Chinese food restaurant, but the food here is so much better! Great prices, great service, I would highly recommend giving this one a try.

The food here is great, and I love that they deliver in sturdy re-usable Tupperware-esque containers. Makes storing leftovers super easy.

This is our favorite Chinese take-out place, specializing in Madarin and Szechuan style cooking. The people we think are the owners are wonderful - very kind and always smiling. Sometimes the people on the counter (typically younger males, either senior high school, or, more likely college aged) can be a bit sullen and unfriendly (though that seems to be better in the last six months). The food is reliably good, with a good choice. Prices are reasonable and in-line with other places, but I think the quality of food is better. There are coupons on the menu that you can use to reduce the price on the next order (though personally I *never* remember this.) :-( Particularly good is the Special Pan Fried Noodle dish, with chicken/shrimp and beef. Yumalicious, and just as tasty as a left over meal the next day too. They have limited eat-in capacity (4 tables?) though I've never actually seen anyone eating there - mostly people just sit there to wait for their orders. (There's a steady stream of people coming in.) Decor is pretty standard for Chinese restaurant. Would I recommend - yes. Will I return - yes (I have, and will continue to return).

So the hubby was hankering for some chinese the other night, I don't usually crave this type of food as I'm very picky. We have tried this place several times and each time I have not liked it. So ok he wanted to go there, all I wanted was some egg drop soup. When he returned with our order I was so disappointed, while waiting for him to return I got a taste for my soup that was coming. When it arrived I was disgusted. The soup was thick and white. It had vegetables, chicken and I don't know what else, there certainly was very little egg. It was not the brothy yellow egg filled goodnes that I was hoping for. My hubby was also disappointed in his order this time. A small portion of beef and broccoli that also had a variety of vegetables included with the few pieces of beef and broccoli. In short we will never go here again. The search continues.
