Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

The place looks suspect from first look however I decided to give it a try. I was in the mood for Chinese food and this place pop up on yelp with some semi-decent reviews and I really don't know why they reviewed it the way they did! I had the beef low mein and it was ok but the portions was to big for my taste. I all most choked on the beef because they were cut so big. Don't get me wrong I love a lot of food but don't chok me with it. I was very upset with my Almond cookies. VERY UPSET! They were STALE to my surprise. I love my almond cookies and really look forward to eating them. If they're not up to par with my deserts i will not be a patron of your establishment.

Bistro? I think not, this is a regular run of the mill Chinese restaurant. Nothing upscale about this place. No nice chairs or tables. I just ordered a small curry supreme (it seemed to have gelatin in it, it was thick and not really flavorful. Not the traditional curry). With 2 pieces of shrimp and Jurassic Park size chicken and beef. I also got the combination low mein noodles. They had huge pieces of beef and chicken and I had 2 shrimp in my large order. The beef and chicken could have been chopped up better and I could have had more than 2 shrimp in a large order. The gravy was bland with no flavor. Lastly, I got the Orange chicken meal. The Orange sauce had too much ginger and not really good. However, the shrimp fried rice was pretty good. I also got some STALE almond cookies! They were horrible and soft. I will not visit this place again. Today was the first and last time. I won't even use the $5 off by ordering through grub hub.

After waiting 2 hours for my delivery, the food was cold as I suspected. Aside if being cold it was close to some of the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The fried rice had no flavor, the orange chicken was soggy but ok. The chicken and broccoli also had no flavor and the broccoli was mushy. The egg roll was the worst I've ever had. I can say that the crab ragoon was actually the only thing that was close to good. But over all a waste of $30.

I've been eating here since they opened, and I love it! The prices are great and everyone is very friendly. The delivery is usually pretty fast, about 15-20 minutes, unless the weather is bad. Mind you, I do live pretty close by, so delivery wouldn't take as long.

Food was okay. I usually get the same dinners, but they're never surprising; just steaming hot. Fountain drink machine was broken, so no refills. The older guy at the cashier is really nice and very helpful despite his thick accent, but on a regular basis I would get the younger looking kids who looked as if they'd rather die..
