Every time I order from this Starbucks, my drinks always turn out absolutely horrible tasting. I don't know why I return. They make the drinks so sweet - it literally gave me the worst headache. I always end up throwing my drink away, not even touching it. I waste my money and my time driving out of my way to go there. I never have this problem with Chicago Starbucks.

Terrible service. I waited 20 minutes to be served a soupy Frappuccino. The barista spent that time yelling at employees and complaining to customers about how busy the were. They seemed to get the cars through the drive-up just fine, but I guess it was ok somehow to make the inside customers wait 20 minutes.

Love my Starbucks, but not from this location. Always a 10-15 minute wait, even on a simple cup of coffee. I know they have to make drinks in the order the come in, but orders from inside and the drive thru should be separated in terms of order.

Found myself in the area about a week ago and stopped in. The service and staff save this place as the coffee was not very good...I'm not a huge coffee guy, but it seems like Starbucks is pretty inconsistent as a whole.

The worst service ever!! Wow.. And I'm a huge Starbucks costumer.. First off, I ordered a banana walnut warm, they gave it to me cold.. I ordered a cafe latte w coconut milk & the girl gave me the scorching hot cup with no sleeve!!! What is she thinking.. And I had to wait to ask her for a sleeve, she was bothered of course. Then the stoppers were no where to be found, so I had to ask for that and at this time they all smirked with a sarcastic tone & it just made me feel so uncomfortable.. I'm the customer! Your the one behind the counter, I shouldn't feel like that! Last time I go there. I rather to into target across the street and not even get my points.. Those kids & people in there really need some training! I don't even call them baristas.. What a shame!!

2pm at the drive-thru. I am the only car. Killing time while my kids are car-napping. I know Starbucks doesn't brew Blonde Roast after noon, but this is the only Starbucks that's never offered me a pour-over, so I figure I'll try it one more time. I think it was the same rude barista, maybe even a manager, because a male voice started taking my order but then a female voice cut in and it may have been the same unfriendly voice from last time. "Could I get a Blonde Roast pour-over?" I ask after being told it's not brewed after noon, though every other drive-thru I've gone to has offered me this by this point in the transaction. "You'd have to come inside. It takes six minutes." Clearly this barista missed the training day about being friendly, not to mention the "just say yes" day. I took the training. I know the policy. "Okay, thank you," I say, as I drove away, the extra few miles to my favorite local coffee shop, where I got out of my car to get a coffee. All she had to do was be a little more friendly and I would have come inside, but that's clearly never going to happen, just as I will never again return to this location.

Restaurant Review Just another starbucks! At least the service here is comparable to other locations. I was concern that I would get a subpar drink and even worse a barista with a attitude given the location, but I was pleasantly suprised. I came in here and they took my order quickly and the chai chocolate tea was up to specs. This is the closest location to Loyola hospital so when I need coffee I will be driving out to this location. Barista was friendly. There is also ample seating at this location. Pro- friendly service, good drink quality, drive thru available Con- small parking lot Hidden deal- Use your starbucks card to earn points for a free drink. You get any drink at for your birthday

I probably get starbucks everyday (usually downtown on the way to work) and I stopped at this starbucks on the way to my parents. Very long lines at 1pm on a Sunday after waiting in line, the voice that took my order was confused and annoyed. (Not a good start) waiting another 10 minutes I finally pay and she hands my drink. My drink was dripping all over the place so she places a second cup to catch the drips (which it did not). She gives me the drink and it spills all over the inside of my car and on my new jacket! I look up and she says "sorry". Never offered to make me a new drink, hand me extra napkins to clean my car. I like going to starbucks because I get great service and my coffee is always the way I like it. I will avoid the Starbucks at all cost, really disappointing.

Always great service! I went to the Starbucks in LaGrange and asked for the reusable to go cups they had sold me 7 cups and no lids so when I went to this location the manager Maria was kind enough to give me the lids. Every time I come here there so helpful & friendly!

Love the drive through option, but I also like the inside as well. It's cozy with different seating options (tables with benches, soft chairs, etc.) and I've done homework there. It's close by and quiet most of the time. Plus, I love their Teavana Lemonade Shakers! Oh, and I like to share a large cookie with my favorite guy.

This is my go to starbucks. It's close by my house and has a drive thru (which is usually what I use). The drinks are always made well and the service is always good. They don't always have the best pasteries though. Whenever I go there it's always hit or miss on whether or not their stuff looks fresh or if they even have the scones or coffee cakes that I like. I realize they order from a bakery but I would suggest maybe they try making their orders a little earlier or something. Their space is beautiful and definitatly a diamond in the ruff for that area. I've been in their plenty of times to work on my laptop and to have crafting classes. The staff is always courtieous, and willing to answer questions. The location is a little hard to find, but if you live in the area stop by, and check them out. It's not scenic but they do make a mean skinny vanilla latte!

Saw the long line of cars in drive thru so decided to go in - not good idea. I'm still a fan of Starbucks, just not the slow pace of the person behind the counter - maybe she is new as I've seen several new faces there. The drive thru with 10 cars in it was faster than the inside line with 3 people. By the time my order was taken there were 6 people behind me and I had already seen the car I would've been behind go past the window. Inside was rather slow.

So I have been in this Starbucks before and every time I come in here I always feel like the people are in a hurry and it is never crowded. So since I am on the sugar free thing these days I figure I would run by Starbucks and get some vanilla sugar free syrup for my coffee in the mornings. I am browsing the for sale items my back completely turned away from the counter. All of a sudden a voice behind me says in a very loud voice that totally scared me..."Can I get a drink started for you?" I'm thinking to myself WTF! Lady I am looking at mugs and not to mention someone is waiting to get a drink made and you are concerning yourself with me? Uhhh I don't know but I don't want to think that this chick was thinking I was going to run out with a mug or something but I felt that way. So then I am standing in line to pay for my syrup and she proceeds to take the people in back of me. I'm like "uhhh excuse me I was next". She then says "oh I'm sorry". I am still baffled by this experience don't think I will be back to this location. There is a Starbucks in Target across the street I think I will go there for now on. Not to mention the staff is much nicer.
