Not the Starbucks perfect experience at 5:30 in the morning. The staff is a bit grumpy to start their day. They seemed to perk up over the next 2 hours (I was working and killing time).

I would give this Starbucks zero stars if possible. They might get the drink right, but the drive thru takes 15 minutes sometimes, and they never make the drink well. My sister's coffee wasn't even mixed once!

Great at taking the order but... Initially-3-but-slipped-to-2 due to unorganized product delivery and this takes away from the respite Starbuck's offers. This store, in comparison to other stores, often struggles getting product to inside customers no matter how many or few customers inside or at drive through. I routinely (not always but enough to be noticed) wait 10 or more minutes with missed and confused orders. In Seinfeld-reminiscent fashion, they "are very good at taking the order, they just aren't all that great at successfully delivering the order." There seems to be one manager that stays on top of expediting providing direction to less organized staff and will step in to fulfill customer expectations of Starbuck's brand and quality. She saves this store for me. Not that I'm in a great rush on the weekend, exactly the opposite which us why I come, but the product prep is not rocket science, and, I'd much rather be quietly, blissfully sitting and sipping versus standing and waiting. Otherwise, drink/food/product quality is good, as expected. Starbuck's, see the previous one and two-star reviews...any theme here?

Absolutely every time I stop here it requires atleast 10 minutes in drive thru.. Horribly slow.. and I ordered an iced espresso black so how can it not be ready after 10 minutes? Wow.. still not done.. about 15min.. I thought I had plenty of time before work but I'll have to give myself more time if I have to stop here next time

This is a four star Starbucks, very clean, good service, and friendly. I had my usual cappuccino and the results were the usual flavorful Starbucks drink. I would recommend this location, nice people and good drinks.

Nice to be acknowledged when the wait was a long time because of pour overs.Good customer service can make all the difference at a chain. Happy with my drink. Actually very happy with my drinkydrink...sugar free mocha and a couple splenda is like dessert to this fluffy who is has lost 53 lbs and counting.

Eduardo who may have been training, did a great job, my drink took a little longer, though he was very polite and sported a big smile, Giselle's was even bigger! I haven't been to this location in a while, I dig it, lots of people kickin' back.

Waited literally 20 minutes to get out drinks. Only one person making drinks for the store and the drive thru while 3 other employees stood around and talked. Drive thru customers definitely have first priority. There wasn't anyone even in front of us!

I normally wouldn't think to write a review for Starbucks--because usually they're a dime a dozen. But this location was the absolute bomb-diggity! From the moment I walked in the staff was very attentive and helpful. Drinks were made promptly and correctly. Lot's of parking, lots of seating inside and outside. It was a little difficult to get to from the promenade area that we were in--but all in all A-OK!

In the ten minutes I was there (I'm leaving the parking lot now [don't worry, I'm not driving]), the following happened: 1. A customer had to tell the staff that there wasn't anymore toilet paper in the ladies' room. Imagine if she hadn't checked before going! 2. Several customers had to ask the staff to re-stock the straws. 3. I left the store only to come back in and ask they remake my drink as my macchiato seemed to be 99% milk. 4. I got back out to the car w my new drink wondering if a) I should go back in and just ask for my money back bc my drink was the same (if not worse) and b) the barista was ever trained on making macchiatos. An extra star only bc I really liked the cashier - he was the only one who seemed to actually be at work today.

I'm sure that all Starbucks use the same concoctions when making drinks; however, I am convinced that this one (at this location) serves the best non-fat skinny vanillas. Kudos to the staff (for their knowledge of preparing the bean and also for the service at the drive-through window)!

I'll always have a special place in my heart for this Starbucks as this is one of the spots my now-husband and I went on our first date. Awww for the nostalgia factor. Most Starbucks are one in the same and this one's not that much different from the rest. That being said, there's some good and bad that I've noticed about this particular location. The good: -The tables are really nice and there's lots of sockets to plug in. It was a great spot to get some work done there for a few hours today. -The drinks were tasty. Today, I had a cinnamon dolce latte and it was as good as all the other locations that I've tried it at. -The barista that waited on us was really friendly. -Free wifi! Need I say more? The meh: -The complaints about it being a little cold or drafty were right. It was a little frigid, but then again it's freezing outside so I can't get too upset about the chill factor. The doors were opening every 30 seconds. Just keep your jacket on and it's not like you'll have purple lips. The bad: -I don't know why, but one of the drive-thru baristas was being SO loud and borderline unprofessional. I think her co-workers noticed it because they were talking extra quiet to try and hint that she needed to settle down. I'll attribute it to too much caffeine as I've never seen or heard any of the other baristas acting like that. It was a little annoying when trying to focus on work.

Really friendly employees and quick service. 5 stars for inside service; 3 for drive-thru. I always cringe when one employee in particular is working the window in the morning because my (not complicated) order is made wrong about 75% of the time when she rings it. Also a great location to stop and do work - while generally buzzing I've never been here when it was super loud or too full to find a table.

Nothing fancy. Just regular coffie shop. Had no problems what so ever. Was evning time and was bizzy, I guess they doing somthing right. Wuld give five stars if the location be better. Bu it is what it it. Love caramel Frappuccino.

I come here like 3 times a week when I'm in school and service is always great. Everyone is so sweet and friendly and my order is never ever messed up. The line is decent fast too considering how long the line can get at times! The only complaint I have is that you guys run out of stuff really quickly!

I wasn't even done ordering my second beverage before my first one was ready at the counter. Now that's some service I can get down with. This location is quiet, has free wifi and a drive though. The interior is a little sterile for me and the parking here is kind of a big pain but for a quick little chai tea latte, it's a pretty good option.

This is the best Starbucks I go to by far, and it's because of the wonderful staff here. Whenever my husband and I go in, the staff is always remarkably friendly to us. And if they make a mistake, they aren't stingy about giving out a coupon for a free drink on your next visit. Once they were out of soy milk and had to run to Meijer to get some so they gave us 2 free drinks, and once my husband's drink was skipped in the queue so we had to wait an extra 2 minutes or so so we got a free drink coupon. I wouldn't have even asked for free drinks in those instances, they weren't a big deal, but it shows that the staff is conscientious. Mind you, those instances were like a year and a half apart, normally there's no issue with getting drinks. Last week we stopped in and ordered chais. The barista asked if we'd ever tried hazelnut chais and we said no, so she said if we waited she'd make a sample for us to try. It was delicious, and next time we stop in, we'll have to get a hazelnut chai! Little things like those make me really appreciate what a great staff works here.

Starbucks is always there when you need a cup of coffee on the go!!! well it's everywhere (standalone, Macy's, Barnes and Noble) Did you know there is like 3 in the Bolingbrook area.....ALL inside the damn mall!!! If there were as many Dunkin Donuts around, I'd be going there instead. But Starbucks will do when Dunkin isn't. I got a coupon deal $1 off so I used it to my advantage. We all know how expensive Starbucks can be. What a rip off. But you'll have to do what you have near you when your on the run!

I'm embarrassed to admit how much I depend on Starbucks. Just call me Starbitch if I don't get my morning coffee. Another confession: I'm late for everything. I would recommend arriving 10-15 minutes late for my funeral. Thank you Bolingbrook Starbucks for never making me any later and always getting me in and out super fast. Even when late I will still make the stop. See: Starbitch. The staff are always in a good mood. Even though you only spend 10 seconds with them, it's a pleasurable 10 seconds. I think every one of them has complemented my hair- bonus points. They also never mess up my order- double bonus points. The entrance to the drive-thru is very strange so watch for cars coming from all directions. Also don't be a jerk and block traffic. It's easy to do with this setup.

Bonus points for adorable cashier Joshua. He and I actually had a little conversation, bonding over IKEA and closet space since there was no line behind me in the drive-thru. Such a bummer he doesn't live in the city -I would crown him my BFF and totally go shopping with him and dish about fashion and decor. He mentioned he was from Plainfield (I think ?) and was helping out at that store on that particular day. (Honey, when you move to the big, bad city, look me up!) I loved that there was no line and they had everything I wanted. I have to give it to Starbucks -they must have a really good recruiting model because they always get really top notch, customer focused and professional workers. I am happy with my experience at this location!

I usually come here before work, because it's across the street from my house and close to 355. And after giving them numerous chances, I have sworn of this location for good. Strike 1: I order my coffee in the drive thru (on my way to work) and I get up to the window and they tell me it's a few dollars more than it usually is, however I had substitutions and requests that could bump up the price. I pay and she reaches out with 2 coffees. I told her I ordered only one. Someone from the back comes to the window and says "I'm sorry, I forgot to make yours". They refunded me the money I had paid for the wrong order and gave me MY coffee for free. So I gave them another chance. Strike 2: smart\rude remarks from person at window. Multiple times. Strike 3: I got a Carmel frap. I put it in my cup holder and drive to work. Get to work, take my coffee in and look at my hands which are covered in chocolate. Why is there chocolate on my cup? Overall, poor/lazy service. I'll be going elsewhere for my coffee.

Not all Starbucks are created equal. I learned that this weekend. After being in the sleet/rain/snow/ice storm that was going on Saturday afternoon we decided to stop in here for something to warm us up. My friend orders her drink, I order mine (same order) the girl taking our order asks us again what we wanted, we tell her, she repeats back the wrong drinks, we tell her again she gets mine correct but not my friends drink. No big deal, my friend corrects her and says "no, I wanted skim milk" order taker ROLLS HER EYES and throws the cup down, grabs another one to write on and writes down what we believe to be the correct drink order. My friend is buying, she pays I am checking out the coffee mugs. One more eye roll from the chick and I know my friend will probably launch over the counter. But she paid and we waited for our drinks. Time to get our drink (10 mins later) friends drink is totally wrong. Not just a little wrong, more like maybe the girl was hearing voices wrong. They gave her a white chocolate gingerbread latte but she really ordered a pumpkin spice latte...where did the white chocolate come from? Also does pumpkin spice sound a little like gingerbread? Maybe, sure ok. They finally give her the correct drink. She is happy. I get my drink, I am happy now, I put my Splenda's in and walk out the door. I say a quick goodbye to my friend, get into my car and drive away. Then, I take a sip. What in the world? I have no idea what my drink was. Something with almond in it? I don't know. It was completely gross and completely NOT what I ordered. I was thankful today for my speedy regular Barista's who get everything right. I guess I am just Starbucks spoiled.

Brand new store location. I went in there the other morning to kill time before an appointment I had. Unlike most Starbucks which are low lit, with at least a few comfy chairs scattered about, this place was almost hospital-like with its lighting, and the chairs were hard plastic, also like hospital waiting room chairs. The Dulce de Leche latte I ordered was phenomenal, but the breakfast sandwich could have used major improvements. I tried to sit down and relax, but the temperature in the store was somewhere around 45 degrees. I had to go outside to warm up. The only thing that saved this location was the staff itself. They were nice to their customers, but the way the interacted with each other was wonderful, and set a nice and friendly tone. I have to be amazed by any crew that can work that well together. The place itself kind of blows, but the camaraderie of the staff is way beyond five star level.
