This was my first time eating Little Caesars in at least 10 years and it's no secret why it took me so long to come back. It was super busy, but this is cheap pizza, so it's no wonder. I got a deep dish pizza and it was incredibly greasy. If you've ever had food that was deep fried, but the oil wasn't hot enough, you know exactly what I'm talking about. They lather the pan with grease then throw the dough in there. So that by the time the pizza is cooking, it's been sitting in grease for a while. The crazy bread was disappointing too. I always had fond memories of it, but those memories are dead now. They take some premade dough and just throw it in the pizza oven and put some garlic butter and parmesan cheese on it when it is done. All the breadsticks are attached to one another, so you know it's a factory made product. And the worst part is that the bread was super soft. There was no crispness to the bread at all. It tasted like one of those bread products that comes in the can that you pop open and then not cook all the way.

Moving day A bunch of hungry volunteers. Called and got 6 $5 pizzas in 25 minutes. Hot and filled the bill. Not great pizza but for $5 you can't go wrong.

I will never go to this location again. The first time I attended I ordered the lunch special, $5 pizza. Not only was the customer service poor quality because the cashier looked like he was half sleep and didn't know how to greet a customer but it took 30 minutes just for me to get my order, which was my entire lunch break. So I didn't even get a chance to enjoy the food. I figured I would give it a second chance but this time I would call ahead and order. Now the second time, I figured a would call. I knew the lunch special ended at 2 but it took me 10 minutes just to get through the phone line because it was busy. I finally got through at 2:01 and when the person answered the phone she simply Said hello. UM WHERE IS YOUR GREETING?! I proceeded to ask was this little Cesar's and I guess her brain tuned in and realized that she has a script to follow when she answers the phone. I explained to her that I was trying to call in prior but the lines were tied and wanted to lunch special. She didn't say anything I guess she just handed the phone to the manager. The manager got on the line screaming something (couldn't understand anything he said due to his screaming and talking so fast) I told him I didn't understand him and ask if he could slow down his talking and he just screamed again "lunch ended, no other specials, bye!" HOW RUDE! The customer service level is very poor at this location from all staffed positions and that's very unfortunate. If you don't have the proper attitude to work in customer service don't choose the field. Definitely don't be rude to customers whom invest money into the company, nobody told you to apply to work there. Hopefully they find better management and employees that know there role.

In Short: Employee puts her dirty foot inside the stack of pizza pans. Full Story: I was waiting to order watching the employee remove pizza's from the oven, After removing the pizza from the pan, they put the hot pan on the bottom shelf of the counter. She didn't get the pan all way in to the stack so she put the bottom of her sneaker into the pan to adjust it and move them down. Again not on the outside of the pan but the bottom that comes into contact with all the crust. I asked to speak with her manager. The manager apologized and said sometimes things happen and insisted they are very clean. There was no reprimand for the employee. I will not be eating here anymore.

Went to this location last Friday I ordered the new $5 special lunch. I love the crazy bread and cheese bread and they didn't disappoint. But I wanted a $5 cheese pizza for the kids he instructed me that they had no cheese pizzas ready and that it would take about 6-7 mins. Well six to seven mins ended up turning into a half hour we sat here for a half hour for a cheese pizza a special lunch which was cheese and cheese bread. I've been to the little Caesars on 63rd and I prefer that store more then this one. Hands down. Although the employee that took my order was very polite. Props for that and gave cookies to the kids.

This review is for the Plainfield location, off of Route 59 and 135th Street. Pizza is good here, I don't understand why people complain about a pizza (which can feed 2-4 people) that is $5. You can't expect Lou Malnati quality here. It's better than frozen pizza though, and a "good" frozen pizza is more than $5. Little Caesar's is already cooked and hot! If they're out of what you want (pizzas are already made, and kept in an oven), they will make one for you. Takes about 5-10 minutes longer. Mostly staffed by teenagers, but who cares? You go in, order a pizza, and leave. Employees aren't overly friendly - and why should they be? But they aren't rude either. Crazy bread is good too. Try it with the garlic butter sauce, or jalapeno cheese. The marinara is terrible, and the buffalo isn't as great as you'd expect. One pizza, crazy bread, and some sauce? All less than $8. Perfect for those on budgets, and nights that you don't feel like cooking or going out.

Yeah, Yeah, I know being from Chicago and all, chain pizza places really suck and all. But Little Caesar's is my one guilty, if not mostly tasteless pleasure. Nothing beats my cardboard with cheese and tomato sauce cravings like the $5 large pizzas. You don't even have to call ahead, everything is already prepared as soon as you walk in, and hot and quasi-fresh under heating lamps! Customer service at this location is non-existent, for whomever is at the counter cannot speak English very well. But even after all of this, I still can't help but say "Hail Caesar!"
