Back when I had a full head of hair Buffalo Chicken sandwiches flowed like water, but not so much anymore. I call up about once a month and get a takeout order and it's usually said chicken sandwich, but I always mix it up. When I pick it up at the bar, the bartender is always nice and the food is hot. The Buffalo chicken holds up surprisingly well on the car ride home. The chicken is hot and flavored well and the bun is hearty enough to hold the sandwich while never being overly chewy. Everything else is ok for a chain restaurant. Nothing more or less than what you'd expect. The only complaint I've had so far is that they use the Coke Freestyle machine and every time I get a coke to go, you can taste some of the leftover drink from the previous order.

I love this Chili's! The food is always great, and the people are always extremely friendly. There is a location much closer to where I live, but I come to this Chili's because it is much more of a friendly atmosphere than the location near me.

I was in there last night with my wife and newborn. The place was super busy. The manager was making his rounds between helping the servers out and he stopped by our table to make sure we were having a great experience. He really went above and beyond to see that our dining experience was great. Food was good. Tables were clean. Nice menu selection. The manager truly cares about the guests experience.

I was kind of sad that I had to go to Chili's to begin with. My well-loved TGI Friday's location down the road closed up without any warning, so I figured in a pinch, Chili's would have to do. The bar area was well populated and rather noisy, so we chose to sit in the regular dining area. Although we were seated promptly, our server took a while to come over and take our drink order. The spotty service continued throughout the meal. For starters, a Tex-Mex place shouldn't serve a basket of crumbly and semi stale tortilla chips. Thankfully there was a bit of saving grace to be had in the salsa. For an appetizer we had the skillet queso, which was more like chili than having anything to do with queso. It came with another basket of chips, this one being at least fresh. Although having previously eaten their dry rub ribs and highly enjoyed them, I split a fajita combo with my husband. The steak and chicken were good, but the shrimp were outstanding. They were served with the expected bell peppers and onions, warm flour tortillas, and very small amounts of toppings served in tiny cups in a cute tower. While there was plenty of food for two, there was just no room on our little two person table. Our food was brought out, but none of our appetizer plates or dishes were removed. We resorted to putting the empty plates and dishes on top of the short wall that our table was against. We were visually berated by another employee for that action, but we didn't have much of a choice. Our server did put in a guest appearance near the end of the meal to refill our long since empty drinks, and then to settle the bill.

I am torn with my rating because Chilis doesn't deserve this rating but I have to speak the truth! How have I not reviewed this restaurant!? Upon coming here with the girls after to grab a drink and a few apps after seeing out Fifty Shades of Grey movie it was quite crappy that we got stuck with this waitress from hell who was pissed or had major attitude she had to stay for us?? We should have just asked for another server!? It was quite obvious she didn't want to wait on us! Which really do you think you are going to make a decent tip then?? You may as well make the most of it, smile and hope for the best!!? One good thing was we discovered they have fried pickles which since Smash Burger closed I haven't been able to get anywhere! Another Smashburger possibly but there is not one close by!!

My salmon was terribly overcooked (crunchy!) and devoid of flavor. Despite adding garlic butter (on part) and salsa (on another), this fish was a total disaster. The manager did NOTHING to fix the problem. I must've heard every server use the word "sorry" at least once per conversation. Major changes need to happen before I eat here again.

My husband, daughter, and I went to lunch here on Sunday afternoon. The restaurant did not appear to be very busy at this time since there were many open tables and we were seated right away. It took awhile for our waitress to arrive at our table to take drink and food orders and to bring our food once the orders were ready. The cheese dip for our appetizer arrived much later than our chips and salsa and our waitress was not very nice or attentive. She mentioned the kitchen was very backed up and had to take our own glasses back for drink refills as they ran out of glasses as well. Our food however, tasted very good! It was full of flavor and was the right temperature when it arrived to our table even with the kitchen being backed up. All in all it was a decent visit but I was not blown away. We will try again next time and see if we have a better experience with our service.

When the manager wont make it right, whos knows what else is going on. You wont know the arrogance of a bad manager unless you need something resolved. If everything is ok it will look like its properly run. But when the drinks tasted bad and food was cold, the manager didnt care and walked away.

Always an amazing experience. There is a Chili's closer to my house, that has seem to go down hill lately, so I drive out of the way to come to this one. Never had a problem. The food is always excellent and the staff is very friendly and always make me feel welcome. You can tell that management is really on point here

This was from a couple months ago but a couple friends and I went out to lunch. Everything was fine till we got the checks. We paid and left. A couple days later I checked my bank account and it looked like she had switched the cards because we different totals. Granted it wasn't a big deal only a few dollars but still the principal. I called and spoke to a manager, he apologized and promised to send a gift card for my troubles. Well guess what? 2 mknths later and still no gift card.

I wish I remembered or servers name but we dined here a week or two ago and had a great experience. We were sat immediately on a Saturday night around 7 o'clock and it was packed. We were greeted quickly and got our drinks in a reasonable amount of time also. Started off with sweet potato fries. They were awesome! Chowed them down and contemplated getting a second order. Was greeted by a pleasant girl at the door. Waitress was above average. However, the food was bad. I ordered the chicken fajitas which comes with a side of cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo etc. The cheese appeared to be moldy with dark, almost black spots mainly on the tips. I showed this to the waitress and she said that it was pepperjack cheese. I asked for a different cheese because I wasn't comfortable with eating it. Next we order the molten chocolate dessert. This desert was turning heads because it looked SO delicious. Needless to say, my wife & kids began to devour it. But once they got to the bottom, we found a large black hair that was stuck to the bottom of the desert. I was so disgusted!!! I have to admit that this is my first time writing a bad review for a resturant. But Honestly, I do not feel guitly. Also, I made no attempts to get anything removed from my bill (Even though I should've). But as a result, I will never return to this resurant nor do I recommend that anyone goes till they get thier act straight!

I 've been here a few times. Food seems the same, not bad. They could have put a little more tequila in my Margarita, I hardly tasted any alcohol. I always tip 20% of my bill even if the service is not great. I have to ask for water that should be automatically served. I checked in via Foursquare and I got free chips and salsa which was not much to talk about, I could have skip that. Overall, just A-OK! Maybe it'll be better next time I go back. Btw, I like the kiosk where u can pay at the table!

I have been to several Chili's over the years and this one since it opened. I think for the most part it has the same basic menu since conception which is not bad considering the type of place. They keep trying to think of new ways to re-invent themselves with frequent dining cards, and log on line and maybe win a prize type of stuff. The latest is they now have a remote unit on the table that you can review the specials, play games, order desert and pay the bill. Let me see, can ordering dinner be far behind? The waitress thought that this would be next and she would be out of a job, don't fear though, they still need someone to bring it to the table, or will I be doing that as well. Anyway, I am not sure this is helping because they must have cut staff to pay for the gizmo on the table, it seemed that our waitress was hopping all around the place, the table next to us got up and got their own to go box and things were a little on the slow side. When we ordered chips and salsa (a mainstay of Chili's) they were out of chips and had to make some-never I have been to a chili's and they were out of chips. The resturant was busy, but not packed. Our waitress was friendly, the food was as normal as Chili's can be, and we left with our normal feeling of stuffed with chips and salsa, wishing that we had not eaten so much, and never played one game on the gizmo.

I had a taste for Chili's and it was a good idea indeed. I went for the buffalo chicken chicken salad and was not disappointed. It was yummy. My friend got the quesadilla explosion. They were not lying, I tried some and it was equally as good. need to try the mesquite next time it looked and smelled good going by. We sat in the bar area service was fairly quick and friendly. And for the girls back at work I brought them the mini burgers big mouth bites and they squealed in delight.

I think that right now, Chili's is my favorite of all the "a little bit of everything" type restaurant chains (you know, like Fridays, Bennigans, Applebees...). First of all if I recall correctly they have Coke products (always a fan of whoever has those) and currently my favorite meal to get there is the Lettuce Wraps. Yummy peanut sauce and they add water chestnuts which really don't taste like anything but I enjoy the crunchiness factor. Anyway the service is always perfectly fine and they stay open later than a lot of the other chains so its a nice place to go if you're starting your dinner experience a little on the late side...

My son and I ate here on November 19, 2008 and it was terrible. The hostess didn't even greet us and I had to ask to be seated. The food took 35 minutes to reach our table. My chicken and shrimp fajitas were way overcooked and tasteless. The men's room floor was covered in water from an overflowing toilet and the Chilis employee walked through the water and THEN walked through the restaurant to get a mop. HIGHLY UNSANITARY. Remember that next time you drop a utensil and pick it up and use it. I'll never go back to Chilis again.

I'm a fan of Chili's, the wait staff is either really slow or stalking you throughout your meal. But it's okay as long as I get my food. I like the fajita quesedillas (very good beans and rice with it). But everything actually has a lot of flavor in it, and is very tastey. Not too pricey, and I like their mango tea. They have this amazing dessert... whats it called... not sure, but it's this chocolate cake shell with chocolate syrup stuff in the middle, and a huge scoop of icecream on top. It sounds so rich, but even when I'm stuffed I seem to be able to just gobble it right down. Very light
