Decent prices, decent food with a nice ambiance that isn't too fancy but not too casual either. The staff and service was incredibly nice and accomodating.

There is one particular manager, I never got her name-but she has been the saving grace the last 2x we have visited this Longhorn. I keep getting suckered back into going here w/friends b/c it's the "newest restaurant" opened by the mall. This is my 3rd time visiting this Longhorn and again, the particular manager made the experience worthwhile. After my first visit and the atrocious customer service from the 2 bartenders-I was done with this place. Our 2nd visit was turning into the same thing. We sat in the bar area and again the bartender acted a damn fool. But, here come this manager to save the day. She more than made up for the service of the bartenders. She was polite, attentive, patient, and calm. She did her job effortlessly. Thank you to the manager who saved the day!

This was my first really bad experience at Longhorn. Had the Outlaw Ribeye (bone-in) and 3/4 of it was fat and grizzle. The bone was 1/2 the size of my little finger--seriously. I gave my dog 3/4 of the steak. It was a business dinner or else I would have complained on several notes. The service was pathetic--15 minutes for drinks!! My salad was brought out 15 minutes later, my husbands soup--really. It was one of the worst "decent restaurants" experiences I have ever had. Anyone know of a good steakhouse?

Well let me first say that I'm not a big red meat eater. That being said I've passed this place on several occasions in different locations. In my mind I was thinking just another steak place. So when a friend invited me to celebrate her birthday here, I was like okay I guess I'll finally get to try this place. Boy am I glad I did finally get to try it. First of all the waiters we had were very friendly and personable. And brought us some bread as soon as we sat down. The bread was warm slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. after perusing the menu for a bit we ordered appetizers, all of which were delicious. We had the calamari, shrimp and stuffed mushrooms. We also ordered martinis which were very tasty and not weak, which is usually the norm at restaurants. Having had ample time to enjoy our appetizers and drinks we then ordered our main course. I must say that I like that the menus laid out the different cuts of meat and their lean and fat content as well described the different ways you can have them cooked, and how much pink or lack of there would be. I ended up ordering the stuffed steak, medium well. which wasn't really stuffed, it was wrapped in bacon with cheese in top. But it was cooked perfectly. And was very flavorful, I did not need to use any kind of steak sauce on it at all. It came with mashed potatoes, which I ordered the loaded mashed potatoes, for a little bit extra. They were creamy and delicious. When it came time for dessert, I couldn't eat another bite. They had some delicious sounding optiona though. I did taste the birthday girls ice cream, it was rich and flavorful. So all in all it was a great experience, and I know this is one steak place I will be returning to in the near future. Oh and on a side note they do. OT take reservations, so keep this in mind when deciding to stop here and eat.

Finally had the opportunity to try out the Longhorn Steakhouse in the Cermak Plaza!!! Im not new to Longhorn Steakhouses though it was my first time at this particular location. It was DELICIOUS!!!! My steak was PERFECT.Very tasty and tender.I had really good service as well. They checked on me every so often to make sure everything was ok or if I needed anything.I will most definitely return. Its a pretty casual steakhouse that won't break the bank and it has a nice atmosphere to it.Im glad I had the opportunity to come in and try their delicious food!!!

If you you have not eaten all day and you are looking for a meal that will put you to sleep, I recommend visiting Longhorn steakhouse, depending on your beverages the tab can get a little steep but the food will not disappoint you TRUST me..

I had gotten the 6 oz steak & shrimp with asparagus with an extra side of onion soup. Everything was perfect except the steak... A bit dry & over cooked. The shrimp was amazing I had both grilled and fried but the fried shrimp was amazingly delicious! Service was wonderful.

Normally a chain restaurant would not come near a 5-star using my personal rating system. But this place (any location actually) is one of my wife's favorite restaurants. When we were driving down Harlem last year I thought she was going to jump out of the car when she saw the Longhorn construction sign at the corner. This is just right down the street and previously we'd have to make a shopping trip to Woodfield to find one. And I can't argue with her. I've never had a bad meal at any of them, the selection includes some good entrees outside of a seared cow and their sides and desserts are always good. Service has also been great and at this location specifically our last trip there was no exception. Management even came out and gave us a free dessert, large enough for a group of 8 to share, when they heard it was my grandfather's 95th birthday that we were celebrating. So 4 stars from me, and 1 extra on behalf of my wife :)

We came here for lunch on a Saturday during Father's Day weekend. It was pretty quiet which surprised me because I thought it was going to be very busy. We came around 1130-1145am. Service was slow..it was our waitress's first lunch ever so she didn't get our order correct and forgot our other dish we ordered. My husband and I were fine because we understand how it's like being your first lunch so we were easy going about it. The manager came by to ensure we were okay so that was nice. As for the food it's decent. We started with the chili cheese fries as appetizer. It was not a share-able item but my husband and I felt it was a good portion for both of us. I had the beef steak tomato and bacon salad.. it was just okay - a little below average for my liking. My dish was suppose to have grilled chicken but it's alright. My husband had the prime rib melt..and he thought it was just okay. Lots of breading.. decent food. He was so full he couldnt finish the side of fries that came with his entree. Overall food is decent.

I would enjoy awarding 4 stars to this Longhorn, but the service lost a star... almost 2! The food is actually very good, and I know national chains get a bad rap, but I have been here many times and have been quite satisfied and feel it is a good value for your money. The steaks are great, as is the chicken and salmon dishes. Sides are a little skimpy, but are good. The mac and cheese gets 4 stars! The service? meh. it is random that you get one that is on his or her game. I usually have to ask a second time for something that was forgotten. During the day there is server that forgets something I order every time, and I get stuck at his table. Nest time I am asking ho the server is and if it is him, I am asking for somebody else. Amanda is really good, but it seems she is in the evenings more often than days. Longhorn - maybe have the server(s) write the order down???? Like amanda does?

Bad service waiter did not know what he was doing We asked for medium well steaks and we got dry over cooked steak. They need to retrain there cooks and waiters. Don't waste your time. At this longhorn go to another one

Decided to take my boyfriend out for dinner and we ended up here, I went to utilize there restroom and it was horrible, looked as though it hadn't been cleaned since yesterday, ok got pass that Kristina was fairly nice a little busy but she was attentive to our needs, I ordered the French onion soup which was not so good but I was hungry so what ever, my steak was ok but the baked potato was the worst ever, tasted like it was cooked in the microwave. Overall I wouldn't visit this location again. P.S. I also had to add sanitizer to the damn menu because it was so disgusting. This location is unkept. I've been to other Longhorn location and this is by far the worst I've ever been to.

We had a really wonderful experience here tonight with our waitress Kirsten and the manager Jamie. Our steaks came out undercooked, all three of them, and they made it right. The service was wonderful, our food delicious, and the conversation with Kirsten and Jamie wonderful. We've been to this location a few times since they opened and we've consistently had great service and food. I highly recommend the strawberry pecan salad I had tonight, it was heaven. We also really like the brownie sundae, the Lil one basically ate the whole thing Herself. :)

Very pleased with their soft opening. The food was cooked perfect, our server (Mayeli) was very polite , efficient, and helpful. Cocktail drinks where really good and there was variety to choose from. Not only was our sever taking care of us Managers, corporate trainers , food runners, where constantly checking up on us asking for feedback and opinions. Our drinks where always full and taken care of. Very happy with our dinning experience , and excited to come back when it officially opens for business. (Try the homemade steak sauce !!! It's worth the extra charge ! && bathrooms where really clean and kept up with

When I first got there and sat down they brought me some bread and butter. The bread was tasteless and I found a piece of paper in my butter. However, the 12 ounce prime rib was very tasty.

I dined here with a friend this past Sunday and we were severely disappointed. I understand waiting for a table to become available is the norm, but waiting for a table when there were at least 5 booths and a few tables available is ridiculous. After being seating we were given sticky disgusting menus with food stuck to the insides. We ordered the Longhorn sampler as an appetizer (I do not recommend) and we each ordered steak meals as entrees. 30 minutes into being seated we had only received the complimentary bread and water, keep in mind we ordered the appetizer and drink 5 minutes into being seated. At the 40 minute mark, the waitress came over to let us know she had no idea where our appetizers went off to but if we wanted to put in the entree order we could, which we did. We finally received the sampler but were less than disappointed. The manager brought them over personally and stated he would "take care of this" due to the long wait. On the picture the mushrooms appeared to be fresh with parmesan toasted stuffing. The mushrooms we received were disproportionate in size, topped with non-toasted shredded cheese, lukewarm and canned. The shrimp were also very greasy. Since this was an hour into the dinning experience, I figured this had to be a fluke that they must scrambling to deal with the large amount of customers they were now seating. The ceaser salad from my entree arrived, with a large purple stain on the bowl. The waitress informed me that the stain "might" be from an onion resting on the bowl but she brought me another salad. Finally the Flo's filet and shrimp arrived. Just based on visuals, the shrimp were over done and the mashed potatoes were swimming in a pool of butter, however, the shrimp tasted fine. The steak prepared medium-well as requested, but lacked flavor. All in all, this experience was a let down. I'm hoping they just had an off night and that the food is not normally like this. I had such high hopes for the food in general because of it reputation.

Our wait was not as long as expected, as a party of 20 had just been seated before we arrived. (We were told 45 minutes, but the wait was less than 20 minutes. Each guest is given a "pager" which lights up and vibrates when the table is ready). As we waited at the bar with our O'Doul's (our favorite non-alcohol beer), we found that we were able to transfer our drink tab to our dinner tab without difficulty. Our orders were quickly taken and a small loaf of freshly baked bread arrived followed by our salads. My wife had the Renegade Sirloin & Redrock Grilled Shrimp, Caesar salad and ranch dressing, with a side of loaded baked potato and I had the Flat Iron Steak with Mixed Green Salad, raspberry vinaigrette dressing and a side of Rice Pilaf. We had asked the potato to be served without sour cream, but one came with sour cream, but this was corrected to our satisfaction. Both our meals were deliciously hot and flavorful and we finished our plates to the last bite. The waiter was pleasant and attentive, although it was a busy night. All-in-all a wonderful first visit and this steakhouse goes on our list for our special occasion dinners!

The food was good but one of the bartenders was a bigoted jerk. I went here a week or so ago with my friend around her birthday and there was a long wait for a table. So we decided to get drinks at the bar. We got drinks from this old grey haired dude with glasses that did not even greet us when we sat down. He asked us what we wanted, proceeded to give us our drinks, and slapped down a receipt as if we were just two black bums that were loitering. I wanted another drink but the old guy was very inattentive and acted as if he did not want to serve us. Next thing you know this white dude with a bad wig on sat down next to us and he treated him like royalty. He gave him a smile, told him the specials and kept refilling his drink. He was really giving this guy the royal treatment and he treated us like two wet rags. Moreover, to add insult to injury, when our table was ready we wanted to take our drinks with us. This fool proceeds to shout "ladies ladies you have to pay at the bar"! He acted as if we were going to run out in the dead of winter with their glasses. It was obvious that we were going to be dining with them but he acted as if we were going to steal something. On the flip side, we did have a very good waiter that had good customer service skills and seemed to know what the best things on the menu were. In addition, there was a Hispanic guy and a younger white dude that was nice. They were very good with getting our drinks and they did not have an attitude problem. That is the only reason I am giving it three stars. In addition, to note, I tipped the waiter and the two bartenders but I made it a point not to tip the old dude. "I should have put on the tip line "Get a clue Boo." But he wasn't even worth all of that. Overall, this place would have gotten 4 1/2 stars if it were not for that old dude. They need to get rid of him he is a major jerk. BTW this was the restaurant in Berwyn IL.

Ate here for the first time yesterday 29/15 where do I begin..I HAVE TO SAY THIS PLACE IS VERY POORLY MANAGED!! Waited for a table when there were lots of open tables... staff seemed really busy doing nothing.. they were also really loud..they sat us next to the kitchen.. it made it really hard to enjoy the meal...hearing about their personal life and swearing just not what you wanna hear while enjoying a meal! Waitress was really nice... the strawberry margarita I ordered took FOREVER to get to the table..the bar wasn't even busy... the porterhouse for two was the most tasteless piece of steak EVER! It was really charred which made it taste burnt.. the firecracker wrap appetizer was the best thing on the table..it made me want tacos which was what we should have went to eat cause this place was horrible!

I'm updating my review to 5 stars based solely on Mark the Bartender. Tired of the sub-par table service, we decided to eat at the bar, and magic happened. Our order comes out on time, and correct. (Who would have imagined???) Mark remembers what wines we drink, and how much sour cream we like (an embarrassing amount, but he never judges). As a result, we eat here now once a week and only on days we know Mark the Bartender is working. We love him, a little.

So I went to this place been dying to go there since they open wow The food was amazing. The fillet literally melted in your mouth and the lobster was good. We wanted to try everything on the menu it was so good our waitress I think her name was Karin was extremely knowledgeable about the menu the food the drinks! I definitely found my new favorite drink with the ginger( Montana mule). I had 2 of them wish I could've taken them to go. Are ultimate brownie was to die for. Definitely would go again and cannot wait to go again! Finally a restaurant in Berwyn that I love!!i love this place

I've not ever been to one of these restaurants before, but my wife and I like to shop local so we decided to give it a go for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised! The burger we had was very flavorful and juicy. The fries are nice and big and well seasoned. I was most impressed with the wait staff. The company must have an excellent training program because these people were so nice and on the ball. The food came out fast and the server was right there when we needed her. The burger was cooked perfectly. All in all it is a great new option for Berwynites. Ample parking and lots of choices on the menu regardless of your budget. We will be back.

The customer service here is one of the BEST when it comes to dining in Berwyn. I have worked in the service industry and I will never do it again because people are hard to deal with. So I come from a place of understanding with waiters/waitresses. I had this lovely chick, I can't remember her name for the life of me, but she was adorable. 5'4, no older than 25, pin up hair style bright red lipstick and loved to joke around - none of that phony "I'm you're servant what can I get for you." If anyone knows who she is, contact me, and I'll make sure to add her name, in case she wants to show off to her bosses. (; The lighting and the table space and the bar, all put together very nicely. Parking was crammed, but everything in Berwyn in crammed. My boyfriend ordered steak, he wanted it medium with 'a little bit of pink' in the middle (for the record, I told him he should order medium rare...) but there was no pink at all. We're not ones to send our food back, so he just dealt with it. I ordered a salad, which was fantastic - and I wasn't there to eat, I wanted to taste some of their drinks and they were REALLY good. I got the blackberry firefly tea and it was sweet and quenched my thirst for something sweet AND liquor filled. All in all, good dining here. Hopefully it doesn't get bad as the months go on. The only reason they do not get 5 stars is because I did order an appetizer, which never came, but I didn't end up needing it anyway - the way I see it is she helped me not take in so many calories!

Whoever hired the staff for this location did an excellent job. The staff were very professional as far as I could see with handling tough customers. I had a few people in my party that seemed to take issue with things. I have no complaints about my meal, the lamb chops were perfectly cooked. However, the rest of my party didn't get the correct orders and one person didn't get her order at all, but the staff fixed the situation in the end. While I think the orders of the complaining party members was jacked on purpose when things were called to attention attitudes didn't flare and I loved that. It allowed me to continue to enjoy my experience. I will have to try this location again with a smaller party.

Oh my goodness my steak was delicious! Wow...yumm...and so good! Had the ribeye steak medium well with a side of the macaroni and cheese which you have to absolutely try; it is amazing! They're still new having just opened recently; speaking with the waitresses we found out they don't have all the equipment they need to do proper floor service however they did the best they could. We saw a lot of teamwork. We did have one problem with one of our meals however our server Melissa was really good about it immediately took care of it; manager came over and made sure that we were happy with the adjustment which we were; would definitely return. Bartenders were really nice, the bar manager made sure that we were happy with our orders, overall very professional and very enthusiastic about their jobs.

This steakhouse joins a number of other fast casual operations on a rapidly developing strip of Cermak. I'd never been to a LongHorn before. Apps were OK: Kettle chips were overpriced for being potato chips with BBQ sauce, and the spicy chicken wraps are a wan attempt to duplicate Chili's Southwestern Egg Rolls. I had the Prime Time Burger, and it was properly cooked (if dry and crumbly), the mushrooms were flavorful and the Swiss cheese was not overwhelming or "sauce-y". Others in our party thoroughly enjoyed the ribs and steaks on their plates. But note to LongHorn Steakhouse management: the fast-casual segment is a dog-eat-burger-eat-steak world, and if you don't mind the basics, you'll be somebody else's meal. As has been noted by others, the bathroom was atrociously maintained. This place has been open only six months, and the bathroom stank, the floors were sticky, the stalls were out of TP and the sink was nearly out of paper towels, and the soap dispenser was operational, but part of it had broken off. Basically, this looked like a restroom for a dive bar, not a family operation, let alone one charging up to $39.99 for an entree. Even McDonald's knows, you make sure the bathroom is immaculate. Our server at LongHorn Steakhouse was attentive and knowledgeable, our seating was quick and comfortable and I liked the ambience. But knowing what the bathroom looks like, and smells like, I'd have to think twice before agreeing to come here again.

Horrific. Run. 20 minute wait so we sat at the bar. Bartender was a space cadet, rude, inattentive, and condescending. Empty drinks for 20 minutes. Took another 20 minutes for him to close my check out. Also, I kind of felt bad for him because the pick-up customers were seriously the most disgusting people. The manager was over at the bar dealing with the complaints from these people and the bartenders inability to communicate. Get it together Longhorn.

I would give them 2.5 stars, but I don't have that option. This place was just OK. Nothing to write home about. My daughter and I waited 20 minutes for a table. Not bad for it to be busy. I wasn't too crazy about the waiter. He had nasty looking dreds and had me wondering where in the hell was his hairnet. Anyways, I ordered the steak and my daughter ordered the chicken tenders. The steak was good, but the tenders were waaayyy over salted! I would try them again, but they need to make their servers wear hair nets!

My girlfriend and I have eaten here twice so far and both times we loved it! On my first visit, I had the porterhouse. Second time, I tried the outlaw ribeye. I ordered both medium doneness and both times they were just how I like them. Both times we had calamari for an appetizers and they were delish. The staff is great and helpful. Shout out to Thomas, who was a great server on our last visit! We will definitely be eating here regularly.

Went on a cold Thursday night and the place was chaos inc! We walked in and saw tons of people standing in various parts of (the front of) restaurant. there was no rhyme or reason or organization, people were not even sitting in the waiting area (benches). We asked for how long the waiting was we were told 20 to 30 minutes. As we waited more people came in and I must mention there was a section by the door that was empty and the majority of the people waiting could fit or be seated in this section. So why they weren't was beyond me. As we waited i noticed the waitstaff didn't seem to energetic in taking care of their tables (different waitstaff from when I was there last) nor did they wipe off the menus when they brought them up to the front. I always love touching dirty menus that someone four or five sets of people may have handled and did god knows what to as they handled them, and then touch that big loaf of bread they bring out to you.. mmm good some stranger's germs, bread and butter. After noticing this for 34 minutes, not 20 not 30 we left. This might be one of those places you order online or over the phone and pick up to go home and eat your own germs. Totally unimpressed

Dined at LSH (Berwyn location) for the first time today and will definitely return. First, our server, Kirsten, was delightful. Funny, had knowledge about the menu, engaging without being pushy or overbearing. I may request her on my next visit. Second, we (2 adults and an 8yo) enjoyed the Corn Fritter appetizer. Simple but tasty. Main entree, we each had steak, kids sirloin, filet, and NY Strip. All cooked exactly the way we all prefer. Too many steak houses get it wrong. My only minor complaint is that the seasoned fries were a bit over seasoned and salty. I'll live. We had no room for dessert so no comment there. Third, menu is not gigantic but has enough variety for everyone. Even the kids menu has plenty of choices. Prices are pretty comparable with other steak houses. Three steaks, an appetizer, one soft drink, and four beers was about $80. Forth, clean and tidy restrooms with no funky odors. That's a big deal for me. Fifth, we sat in the bar area which while not huge, had enough room. Two large TV's with one that had an Infomercial playing. Huge bar faux pas, but, again, I'll live. Also, MY GOODNESS, NO GUINESS!? No Christmas card for LSH! Sixth, the building is in Cermak Plaza so plenty of parking. In closing, do yourself a favor and give LSH a try.

Expect an hour wait on a Saturday night, but completely worth it. We headed to the bar for a black and blue margarita for me and a dirty martin for him. After we were seated, we ordered out chesse stuffed mushroom appetizer that was free since I signed up online to their club. I then ordered the 10 oz salmon on bed of rice with a side and salad. He had the ribeye which everything was cooked perfect. Prompt service. My only complaint was that my fries were cold and they gave me broccoli instead of green beans but fixed it and let me keep the broccoli. Definitely will be back. For how packed it was, they were all on it.

For a first day of business at this new location, the service ran quite efficiently. The sirloin was cooked to perfection, and melted in my mouth. The lobster macaroni and cheese was excellent. My mum had a cheeseburger, that was perfect, the fries in her opinion were slightly over seasoned, but to me were spot on. I will highly recommend this place.

Great service once you get seated. We had Jamie as our serve and she was on top of everything. I visited on a busy Thursday night. We waited about 45 minutes to be seated. We ordered drinks and they are strong. I had he matgarita and mojito. My friend had the mule and loved it! We had the artichoke dip with chips, which was big and filling. I ordered a 6oz steak with portobello mushrooms and a baked potatoe well done. My steak was amazing with the dark crust that I love and cooked all the way through. I couldn't finish my potatoe, so I took it to go. My son had the kids rib tips and they were actually 1/2 a slab of ribs and they were so tasty. He ate most of them and his fries. My husband had a medium steak, he ordered the 8oz and he thought it was too much food for him to eat. We were very satisfied with our visit and can't wait to return!

I normally refuse to review large chains, but I felt the need to review this location. My family and I stopped by Sunday March 1st around 5pm. First issue of the day, the buzzers to alert you when your table is ready were malfunctioning. Mine went off 3 times and I was given a new one twice because they apparently wasn't working. When I finally did get seated, we were placed next to a extremely large party that required all of the servers attention. I was quickly brought out my appetizers and salad, then had to wait a full hr to get my steaks. Worse the food was rushed when prepared. Myself and my wife both got Ill. She began vomiting before we made it home, and I was unable to eat anything for the next 36 hrs because I was extremely sick with food poisoning. My review is not a reflection of Longhorn as a whole, rather this location. My advise to Longhorn cravers would be to visit another locale and avoid this one.

Went back after talking to there office about the service. Took me some time todo it but we did go back. I will say tha this time was 1000 times better. And there bartender Mark was great and very helpful as he even gave a menu to look at. As for service at table it was great I will take back how bad it was as now it is a great place to go.

I came with a guest for the soft opening / friend/family weekend. I have never been to a LongHorn Steakhouse before so it was a great experience from music to decor. Menu is great - enough variety for a gluten sensitive person like myself. I had Flo's 8 oz filet with mashed potatoes and my guest had the prime rib and risotto. We started with spinach artichoke dip. All the food came out very well and delicious. Both cuts of steak melted in your mouth and we left quite satisfied. Try their cocktail menu out too! During the soft opening, they donated (I'm not sure if all of the proceeds) to local Boys and Girls Club (if not the B & G Club then some similar organization which was pretty cool). Service was top notch, warm, friendly, and helpful! Christa/Krista was great! This is a great addition to all the new food spots coming up in the Berwyn/Riverside area. Will definitely be back.

Asked for bread 3 times was told it was on its way. Waiter suggested Apple juice for my son told him no thanks and he brought it anyway. Ordered two of the shrimp guacamole apps only one had guacamole on it. Ordered bourbon glazed pork chop from chef specialty section of the menu and was told they don't have that anymore. Ordered the champagne lobster which was the other chef selection, surprise!!! Don't have that either. Menu isn't that big if something isn't available x it out or cover it up. Wife ordered a citrus cocktail only to find out 15 minutes later they don't have the ingredients for it at the bar. Did I mention this was at 4:00 in the afternoon and the restaurant wasn't even half full and there was only one patron at the bar on her computer. My wife asked for a drink suggestion and was brought a strawberry margarita 15 minutes later. That's 30 minutes probably closer to 40 for a cocktail. Food was good steak was good. Can't get over poor service, inconsistent appetizers and the long wait time for our drinks and food during a non-busy time when they were well staffed. Would not return to this location.

The steaks and lobster tails are good however their customer service is terrible in this restaurant. The restaurant is very disorganized and chaotic. It is not a very hospitable place. The wait staffs were not the friendliest. The bartenders just stood up without asking any of the customers what they want. One bartender was busy fixing his hair. Some servers were texting on their phones while customers were waiting to be seated and served. There are good places to eat around Berwyn but customer service is bad in this restaurant. Food is good, but customer service is poor. I am willing to try this restaurant again but their customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

A friend and I tried this place on Friday for lunch. I called ahead to see if we could order in advance so that our food might be ready when we got there. We were both on a 35 minute lunch break so it was going to be tight. The hostess checked with the manager, but would not allow us to order ahead. That was off-putting because every sit down restaurant in that area has allowed us to call in our order ahead of time so we don't have to rush through our meal. When we arrived at the restaurant I explained our situation to the hostess, explained that we already knew what we wanted, etc. she assured us that she would send our server over right away. Well, it was downhill from there. The server did not come over right away, she did not put our order in right away because she visited two tables after taking our order before she went to the computer, and when we asked for the bill and told her that we had to leave it took her 10 minutes (!!!!!) to return with the check! Epic fail! If I were the hostess in this situation I would have taken my order for the server and had somebody enter it right away. If I were the server I would have offered the check once the food was dropped. Unfortunately this place just lost tons of potential lunch business from teachers in the area because we can't call ahead. We'll just have to go back to the other area restaurants who can guarantee that we'll be able to eat in 35 minutes. I was very dissatisfied with the visit. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the food was very good!

The food came after an hour, it was cold. We were about to leave and he gave us a gift card. I guess it was worth it.

Sat at the bar waiting for a table to be ready. Bartender was horrible. Then when finally seated took about 15 min before anyone took our order. Mind you, this was on a Monday night. Not packed, not crowded. Sorry will never come here again. Food was nothing to brag about.

We came here for dinner on New Year's Eve for the first time. We were extremely satisfied with our food and service. Our server, Danielle M, was friendly and very welcoming. We ordered the Flo' s fillet with the lobster tail and it was cooked as per our liking, both were perfectly seasoned. We would definitely be back. Another big plus is they have a kid's menu.

All I can say is Winning...yes I know that's an old term now but that is how I felt when I took the first bite of my appetizer...Wild West Shrimp(awesome), Sweet Chili Calamari(ok...but the group loved it), Grilled White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms(awesome but not enough for a big group to enjoy)...It was 5 of us and we all got one...they taste so good you definitely need more than one mushroom....so order two...Yummy! I also had one of their signature drinks....mmmmmm so good Patron Margarita...worth the money(I think $9.99)...The second time we went I still had my Margarita but two other people raved about their drinks...I just can't remember what they had...lol because I was too busy enjoying mine...Oh Yes!!! The garden salad was fresh and I didn't eat mine until the next day because we had so much food coming to the table and it was no way I could have made it to my entrée'....Yes so fresh it tasted good with my leftover steak on top of it...another yum! A few got the Cesar Salad and well they gobbled it up with a smile. My second visit I got a chance to try the Shrimp and Lobster Chowder it was ok not that much Lobster pieces and I was spooning for Shrimp in order to find one...although the flavor was very good, I don't need to order this again at $5.49 a bowl...One taste was enough for me. Mostly because of the price point and the lack of Shrimp and Lobster. They also give you this fresh bread and butter...yeah you know...Yummy!! It is best when it's warm and they will keep bringing you bread to the table when you ask and we needed a lot the second time I went since it was so many of us at the table grabbing, pulling and spreading butter...lol all over that tasty fresh baked bread. The first time I came here for my sister's birthday I had the Flo's Filet and Lobster...the meat just melted in my mouth...I was sooooo glad I made this choice that night. I had no complaints at all...just a smile on my face and a full belly as people at the table tried to get a taste of Lobster...If you know me then you know that was a side eye moment because you can add a Lobster with your entrée' but everyone just wanted a taste of mine...smile Family what can I say...lol The second time I came to this location I got the T-bone steak...the first one they sent to the table was over done for my liking and the manager was very nice and accommodating...she took my steak back without any problems and they sent me back a perfectly cook medium steak that I enjoyed so much with every bite....My daughter who normally likes hers medium well even preferred my steak over the one she ordered that night...It was so tender and just melted in my mouth yet again...maybe even better the first visit. I also tried the loaded baked potato and mashed loaded potato( I like the loaded mash better) but they were both also yep...yum! The second time I went my granddaughter was with me and she had the grilled cheese sandwich off of the kid's menu and it was kind of dry...she really didn't eat it and that is saying a lot since she is a cheese kinda of girl...lol but she did gobble up the fries, drank her sweet tea and enjoyed her time here with family, but I don't think she will order their grilled cheese sandwich again. I wish I would have had room for the dessert both times because the sampler that I saw on menu made me say Yessssssss but made my stomach say No No No...not this time...lol both times...smiles Both times that we went we had excellent waiters and waitress...who made our experience that much better...which also made us want to come back!!! They do not do reservations although they can handle large groups I say get there early, because they can get packed which we found out the first time on a very busy Saturday evening. It wasn't as bad the second time which was in the middle of the week, but It is best if everyone in your party can get there at the same time especially if it's a weekend. The second time it was about 12 of us and our waitress made all of us feel comfortable...I wish I could remember her name because she was great and although we came in 30 minutes after our group showed up; she still smiled and made our experience just as great as the ones who came in and ordered before us....The first time I went it was about 5 of us and our waiter and his trainee was just as accommodating....Which is one of the reasons that we had a second visit. They also didn't add an automatic tip which we loved but we tipped our waiter and waitress what they were worth and they both were worth a lot in my opinion...When I find out their names...I will have an insert here moment...lol The food and the service gets a thumbs up and when I'm in the area again...I will visit this location....double yums up!!! You can bet you tender moist tasting steaks and great service on that...IMHO!!! Enjoy!!!

(5)Lele D.

&& bathrooms where really clean and kept up with
(5)LeAnn T.
When I first got there and sat down they brought me some bread and butter. The bread was tasteless and I found a piece of paper in my butter. However, the 12 ounce prime rib was very tasty.
(4)Dan B.
Came to the grand opening and it was awesome!!! Excellent staff that waited on us hand over foot from the manager to our waitress all were above and beyond. Our waitress was Mayeli she was top notch! Awesome food and great drinks this place is where you wanna be for steaks. Look forward to coming back! This place is awesome!!!!!

(1)Barry B.

(1)Copy V.

I have been here twice since they open , Both times got the ribete steak really good.My cusin got the filet he said it was one of the best steaks he has ever Had,and he has traveled all over the World. For the apps we Had firecracker cicken, and onion fried , the were ok,.And there garlic parm fries are amazing.

(3)Essie J.

Virgin Experience here at Long horn. But it's okay. I enjoyed myself and celebrated my mother's birthday. I loved the food and the service. I will definitely come back!!!
(5)Lisa S.

If you don't take reservations you should indicate that on your Yelp page, it currently says you do. Also, don't be so rude on the phone.
(1)Yolanda T.
(3)Eriika R.
Great service and the food was delicious! Drinks were awesome too. Glad they are right around the corner!
(4)Alejandro A.

Brand new to the area. Went within the first few months of this place opening. The staff was as disoriented and slow as an alzheimer's patient. Hopefully they are paid very little.

GREAT food. Salads, mains, everything. Service tonight wasn't as attentive as I would have liked

I read some of the reviews on yelp and thought we would give them a try. The food was wonderful and so was our server Melissa! She made sure our drinks were filled and she was very attentive. Great date night!

Stopped by for lunch today and was very pleased. Excellent waitress, quick service along with good steak and reasonable price. Definitely recommend!
