i agree, Yolanda the manager on ogden and oak park is rude and disrespectful. i placed an order last week and she was was rushing through my order and kept rolling her eyes during the time, she twisted her lip when i was looking for my credit card i felt awkward. when my order was ready it wasn't what i had ordered you think she would apologize about it...nope..not only did i have another 20 min for my order she never apologized. she said here's your pizza nice and hot. nice and hot an hour later. i felt this place didn't appreciate my business. not coming back to this little caesars.

Can I give ZERO stars? ABSOLUTELY THE WORST service I have ever had at any establishment. 6 minute wait ended up a 45 minute wait for one pizza and crazy bread! People came and went, another waiting 60 minutes! All the girl would say is "I have to go according to the list"...what kind of list has no order whatsoever and was missing my and another customers order altogether???? NEVER returning to this location again, and certainly do not recommend it!

The pizza is never ready! They always say it's a 10 minute wait, but I end up waiting 15 minutes. They should really reconsider changing their "hot n ready" sign.

Horrible staff and management... It's going to be hard to believe that this staff will ever go anywhere else other than this dump. Rude and just plain obnoxious. Do yourself a favor and buy a Home Run Inn pizza from the frozen food section.

If it was possible I would give this place 0 stars. Half ass service from the teenage staff and opened up my bag of crazy bread to find a dead fly! Stay away!
