This place is pretty fast when it comes to getting sandwiches done. Whether it's drive thru, walk in, or phone in they get it done. The place is clean and there's plenty of tables available. Staff is friendly and they get down to business. Overall I am satisfied when I come here for lunch.

I was there yesterday Thursday 26th. around 1pm. I was in crutches..couldn't walk that good. But dying for turkey tom. And a pickle..when I ordered..I had trouble with my cc and I was shocked...I used a card that i have cancelled a month ago...anyway the cashier was so nice and understanding...she had a guy bring my sandwich over to me and they even got my diet coke without a fuss. ..I will always be a jimmy johns fan no matter what...im a senior advisor for Yelp.com and I give this business 5 stars by far. This location is great in my eyes, as it is never overcrowded. The staff is great, as they are always pleasant and efficient. My order is ALWAYS correct and they make your order FAST. Everything there is clean and orderly, and the location size is just right (not too small, not too big). The delivery guys are great as well, I've never had a problem with them. My only concern would be the volume of the music. While my daughter and I absolutely LOVED hearing music from the '80's (make sure you go on a Tuesday or Thursday, where the radio station plays 2 80's songs back to back!!), we had a problem with how freaking LOUD the music was. There were times we could barely hear each other over the music. That's just entirely too loud, especially when those Van Halen and Motley Crue guitar solos come on. I love Jimmy John's though and I love that they FINALLY opened up a Berwyn location.

Taking the time to review this JJ location because I watched a teenage employee meticulously scrub at a tile wall with a Mr. Clean magic eraser for the entire 30min that I had lunch there. WHILE smiling and chatting with his fellow employees, all of whom were extremely friendly, polite, and quick. JJ is my fast food of choice- I love how fresh their ingredients are- and wanted to give a quick shoutout to this new location :)

If you're heading west on cermak it's easier to access, it's a circus if you're heading East bound and want to get in. Super friendly and hard working staff got our on line order ready for pick up because UNFORTUNATELY they don't deliver to Stickney yet. The vegetarian sandwich is filling even for non-vegetarians.

I'm so glad they opened in Berrrrrrrwyn! I've always had to drive out to Lyons/ Riverside location on Ogden and now I don't have to travel far. No complaints! Very friendly & fast. I just wish others would take advantage of this location as it always seems empty. Stay! Sit! Eat!
