I went through the drive through on a weekday, in the afternoon. I drove in and through it and made it out in a minute or two. The 2 people I interacted with were friendly, despite not being able to hear me say my order 5 times. I thought it was because it was windy that there was some poor communication, but I also had trouble hearing them through the speaker. Maybe they need a new speaker. The coffee was hot and did the trick so no complaints there.

The worst Dunkin Donuts ever, they always give you the wrong things, I use the drive thru and 1 out 2 they screw up your order, the place could be pack with customers but you always find the manager outside smoking and playing with her phone, I called few weeks ago to complaint about an uncooked meat sandwich that was also missing the egg and her answer was "WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO" . I went this morning to get the coffee and after the girl repeated the order back to me 3 times which was dark roast with 2 sweet and low she gave me vanilla . This happens all the time. I get coffee in the morning on my way in to work and in the evening for all the employees at the dealership but I am sick and tired of that place and again the worst thing is that the manager there does not care, she spends more time outside smoking than making sure her employees know what they are doing. I love your coffee but I hate that place so much that I am trying to find another coffee shop. I have been your customer for the last 27 years but that is about to change, please do something about it!!!!

Always an issue with service. Numerous times I've been here and cappuccino blast is never available, never blended right (chunky ice) or mixed right. Other times they make you pull forward and wait so they can service the vehicle behind you. Last time I come here, too many times of continuous disappointment.

This DD seriously blows. Take the extra 5 minutes to go to the one in the Mobile on Harlem if you want your order right.

This baskins was awesome because their customer service was great!! We came in and asked for a brownie sundae and they were out so they gave us a free sundae to make up for that!!! Anytime we are in the area and we want ice cream or donuts we will be going back!!!

I've been back to this Dunkin Donuts a couple times and here is something I find disturbing: Why do every single one of the female employees have really bad cursive tattoos of their boyfriend's names on the necks. Big tattoos... Okay, I do know what that is all about ya'll. Just saying - Hey Dunkin Donuts! You might want to make neckerchiefs mandatory at this joint!

Im done with this place!!!!!!!!! No one answered at the drive thru speaker, and i drive up to the window and the girls get all pissy with me. They seriously made my coffee taste bad on purpose bc it has tasted exactly the same for over 10 years. Im calling coorporate on this one bc its all the time with these chicks. Stop talking and pay attention to your job
