Ok so I have been wanting to try one of these thick burgers for a while now. Why... They are one of the worst things for you on my fitness pal so I just have to try one. Not knowing this location had opened my coworker and I headed to McDonalds for lunch. When he saw the Hardee's we made a quick turn and went there instead. This location was a old burger king but you wouldn't ever know it. Being completely redone this location is clean and nicely laid out (With one exception the garbage cans are on the opposite side of the drink station. The guy working the register was very friendly and patient while we looked over the menu. I decided to go with the 1/3 pound cheese burger large fries and a drink. Holy crap that was a lot of food. The food was all fresh though. My fries were nice and hot. The burger had a ok taste but could use more cheese. Over all a good experiance for a fast food chain. Still not up to par with Portillios but over all good for a change. This location seems to have it together also which is a big plus since it just opened.

You better have a lot of time to spare!! This place is slow slow slow!! Which sucks because I live right down the street but I would rather go somewhere else !

First Time there, and they already messed up my order. However, I didn't know until I got home. I called but the only number that is listed is a fax machine. I'm ten minutes away and don't feel like going back to get my complete order because its been a long day, and would of assumed a new restaurant with no customers there wouldn't of messed up order. Will not be going back there and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I am soooo glad that they opened this Hardee's in Batavia. The only drive thru that was in the downtown was McDonalds, otherwise you had to head to Randall Rd. Hardee's is so much better, where do I even begin?? You are greeted by pretty much the entire staff when you walk in. They are all smiles and seem to enjoy being there. You place your order and they give you a number to put on your table so you don't have to stand at the counter and wait. Culver's does that too and I've always thought it was nice. The food is WAY better quality than 'you know who' down the street. My daughter and I each got the Atlantic Cod sandwich. It was great. Not fishy at all, charbroiled instead of fried, and had a great multigrain bun. We also had the option of curly fries which are my daughter's favorite. The people next to us had burgers, they looked big and juicy, like a patty should. Employees regularly stopped by our table to ask if they could take our tray or to see if we needed refills on our pop. Nice touch! I wouldn't usually give a fast food joint five stars, but I just can't think of any reasons not to. They really go above and beyond, at least at this location. They are pricier than McDonalds or Burger King, but they have coupons all the time so just keep an eye out for them.

Requested to have hash browns at almost 7 PM even though it is a breakfast item. Gladly filled out order an gave us a few extra because we had to wait for them to be made fresh. Will be returning. :) Fast service and friendly staff.

I like Hardee's and I really want them to succeed here, but they are in no hurry to cook your food at this location. I've visited this one three times now and have always had to wait a long time for my "to go" order. Today I stood there waiting nearly 15 minutes for my food. It's not a good thing when the cashier has to say "sorry for the wait" before you order food. Maybe that's a hint that it's going to be a while...

Their friendliness is contagious, especially the cashier I see frequently. They completed my orders very quickly the last two times, so management must have read their poor reviews for slowness.

Oh my goodness are they SLOW!! I thought it was fast food? Waited 15 minutes before I decided to leave without my food. Work nearby and it is always slow but this time it was ridiculous!

The people here are always so nice, it was a nice hot breakfast this morning through the drive thru. Always friendly and its great to support Batavia business's. Also, I like how they offer no ice because other wise it gets watered down like mcdonalds does to drinks.

Oh how I use to love Hardee's food. Today not at all! When Hardee's left Illinois many years ago I was so sad to see them leaving taking my favorite burger, the Frisco burger with them. When I heard they were coming back I couldn't wait. When the first Hardee's opened in West Chicago I was there ordering my beloved burger. I ended up getting a Frisco breakfast(whats that?). I took it back and said BURGER. I got the breakfast again. After asking for the manager I finally got the burger. What a disappointment. Cold soggy creepy tasty bread. Not good. I retired to my car thinking where did this place go wrong. Several weeks later I spy the Batavia, Illinois Hardee's. Maybe the first burger was a fluke, that burger use to be good. I'll try it again! It was bad. The fries were cold. Not a pleasant experience. The third times the charm. Stopped in again and had the fish sandwich. That fish was so over cooked that the fish was like eating a tough steak. Terrible to put it nicely. I tried talking to the manager but he wasn't there. All young kids working there. Complained to the main office but never heard back from them. Hardee's web site has post after post of complaints and they don't even address them. Hardee's isn't going to be around long. The food is crap, the management and workers don't care. Slap it together, put in my time and get out of there. Same thing I'm going to do...get out of there and stay out. There's to many good burger joints to waste my money at Hardee's. Next time it's Culvers for me!

This is in the old Burger King building, I'm glad to see Hardee's re-purposed the building, and so soon. The employee that took my order was so cheery and helpful that I may have to kick Ronald McDonald to the curb...... It also helps that Hardee's isn't shy with the bacon either!

Went through the drive through, around 2:30 on a Sunday, and it was pretty slow, only one car ahead of me. And for taking so long they the meal was terrible. - No ice in my drink - Fries seemed fresh, but not salted - Texas toast for my burger was brushed with butter or oil or whatever, but not toasted, so the bread was just soggy. I like Hardee's food, but this was just sad, especially for not being busy.

I really want to like this location, but every time I go it's an exercise in patience and I've about had enough. The food is quite good tasting, for fast food, and it's one of the few 24 hour restaurants in the area. However the service there is awful. Every time I've gone there my order has been screwed up. I've ordered sandwiches no mayo and they come drenched in it, paid extra for curly fries and been given regular ones, and I've just been missing items too. The thing that gets me really upset is ordering a five piece chicken tender and getting four instead. They take the fourth one, tear it in half, and try to pass it off as five (picture posted). This has happened to me multiple times and a coworker as well. I'd have them re-make the meal, but with an average wait time of 20 mins I just don't have the time. Also, good luck with calling to complain, the number isn't on the receipts or website.
