I don't know what people expect... It's dunkin donuts. You're paying less than $3 for a large coffee, suck it up people. They always get my order right and I've never had a "language barrier" while ordering at this location.

This is by far the worst Dunkin around ("sorry sir, you must specifically ask for the dark roast to get the $0.99 iced coffee") ("sorry sir, try using a spoon when you get home to get the caramel off the bottom of the cup") ("sorry sir, our scanner is broken, you cannot use your app or get the reward points"). From now I will go a bit out of my way, south down 59 to either Lake Street or Irving Park Road to go to a Dunkin that cares about their product.

Unreal this place. I was going to give them two stars, but for all the trauma I've experienced in the last two years, I changed it to 1. I keep telling myself I need to yelp this place. I just don't get mad enough. I guess today is the last straw. I've gotten so many messed up mochas here. It isn't that they aren't good. It is just they are all different. I decided to make my mocha not taste like milk, I had to double the mocha mix and add an extra shot of espresso. I decided I could just get away with an extra turbo shot. Today I asked for a mocha with an extra turbo shot and it tasted like milk. I don't think I got it. Sugar. Let's talk sugar. In this country, or at least in the world of Starbucks and coffee houses, mocha lattes have sugar in the mix. When we order one, we expect them to be sweetened. I guess at Dunkin, you can order without sugar. That is great. It is separate from the mix. for years at other Dunkins I got sugar in my mochas without asking. At this one, sometimes they put it in and sometimes they don't. They sometimes ask if you want sugar and I say to make them like they should be made with sugar. How much sugar they have asked. I don't effing know. Then for awhile, they get it right and then today, they asked me if I wanted sugar, when I asked for a turbo shot they tell me it comes with one and I say an EXTRA turbo shot and then I don't GET the turbo shot. It takes like milk with coffee (not expresso) and very little chocolate. I will go back because SB is too far away and I need coffee asap. So frustrating. They need a Marianos where Dominicks used to be.

Just came back from getting donuts. Ordered a Boston Cream. Eat donut. No cream. Basically a chocolate donut with no hole. What's the point? How hard is this?... To follow the franchise issued donut-making guidelines?

The people there are very nice, but I won't go back. Every Time I go there no matter the time they're out of almost everything. This morning at 7:00 I went there for munchkins for my kids & we got all chocolate and glazed because the cinnamon and powder sugar were out. They didn't even bother to tell me that was all I had to choose from. Last week I went and wanted to get donuts and the selection was nothing. No long johns at all, no strawberry frosted, no jelly, no nothing I asked for. This is becoming a regular thing with this store. There are so many other D&D, they really should do a better job of keeping a selection there.

Worst dunkin around. Closest one to my house but now we go to the one on lake st or stearns. The employees on the weekend are rude. I don't care if it's a $3 coffee or a $50 steak... Service matters. Manager is never there and replaced his staff with people who cannot communicate when ordering. The lady who works the drive on weekend mornings shoves your drink at you before the window is opened. When she once dropped it on my car the employee who spoke English said the manager told her to do it because it moves the line quickly. Really? How about saying hello? Or a smile? Pathetic service even for a coffee

I ordered an iced latte and it is the worst iced latte I've ever had and I'm really disappointed

I used to run on Dunkin. I prided myself on saving $ by opting for latte lites in lieu of skinny lattes. Not that I was saving that much by going to Dunkin, but it was enough to substantiate when debating the issue. My relationship with this Dunkin has recently gone down a path that I'm not willing to follow. There used to be employees at this particular establishment who knew the menu. They might not have had strong enough command of the English language to convince you to drink their lattes over some other company's, but they did know the menu well enough to complete your transaction. This has changed for the worse. My order is consistently wrong here, especially if the order is specific or lengthy (meaning more than 1 basic item, i.e., "small coffee" or "donut please"). Also, it seems to be common practice here for the cashier to grab my drink, cover the straw hole with a finger on the hand with which she just grabbed my money, and turn the drink upside down as to mix the flavors (?) before she gives it to me. I feel your sentiment, really, I do, but no thanks. If I wanted the swine, I'd lick a doorknob at a daycare. I think the issues are due to a lack of management and training or something. I really want to like Dunkin, but I'm not havin it.

Unfortunately, they scammed us multiple times. They charge you more than advertised... Then didn't admit until my wife kept telling them she wanted fair treatment.

One of the worst run Dunkin Donuts restaurants that I've been to. The language barrier is too great to overcome and my orders are often wrong. The only reason I even visit this location is because they are on my way to work and the prices are right. If there were another DD close-by I wouldn't bother with this location. Customer service makes a difference and this place simply lacks it. And that's on top of trying to communicate with them...
