As far a fast food goes this restaurant in pretty good compared to others in this chain . Drive thru always seems to move quick and their food is ok. Really like the .99 cent stuff especially the montery chicken.

The important details: This Wendy's is in a great location, it's a recently redone one so it's nice and new inside, ~and~ if you eat there you get to use their two Coke Freestyle machines which is always fun. The employees who work there are sort of run of the mill Wendy's employees but the managers there are supremely nice and quick to fix anything they get wrong. So, you know, normal fast food place. What makes this Wendy's noteworthy is they actually know how to make their sandwiches without a bun. This sounds simple, but if you're gluten free, low carb, ketosis dieting or whatever and avoiding bread you know how annoying it is to eat anywhere that isn't your own kitchen. When you order a sandwich here with no bun you get it in a plastic container and they do their best to make it a lettuce wrap with some huge pieces of lettuce on the top and bottom. I'm sure 1% of the people who read this Yelp page will even care about that, but if you live in a bun-free world, it's a really important detail.

Too bad I have to even give it one star, we waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru!!!!! When we finally got our food, it was COLD!!!! WHAT!?!? We wouldn't have even waited but we had already paid!!! What happened to this place?!?! DONT GO WHATEVER YOU DO!!!! Horrible!!

As Wendy's go, this one is great. Clean and orderly, the employees are very friendly. Wendy's' breakfast game is pretty good. Love the "artisan" breakfast sammich available with either sausage or bacon. It's served on a puffy, slightly chewy ciabatta roll and has tasty cheese and a fresh egg. The potato wedges are seasoned well, served steamy hot. OJ is so-so, the typical fast food reconstituted stuff.

This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Without fail, every single time I visit, I will either wait nearly 20 minutes if dining in to receive my order, or if I go through the drive thru my order will be wrong. The management is unapologetic, and I cannot believe I continue to return. The dining area is dirty every single time I visit, and more times than not there is water covering the floor near their soda machines. It's a remodeled building but don't let that fool you. I will never return. I've given them way too many chances, and the staff here is simply pathetic.

We have been here for 15 minutes. We now just got our food. I don't know what has happened to Wendy's, but I believe Dave would be turning over in his grave!! By the way, our order was still wrong!! Most of the pop, or soda was empty!! If you want good fast food that is rarely wrong, go to McDonald's!!

Horrible! It took forever and then they gave our food to another customer !! They updated the inside of this place, but the service is very bad!! The first fries were cold and had to send them back! Food is not as good as I remembered it!!

Not much of a fast food person, but since I work next to this place I do stop here when I'm in a hurry to grab something to eat. I will say though this review isn't for the food because when it comes to giant fast food chains you pretty much get the same thing regardless of the location. Also this review isn't abbot the employees because for the most part the employees seem pretty good. My compliant is about the lack of help and the time it takes to get food when I walk inside. I've learned that at this location if there are more than 3 or 4 people in line when I walk in, I turn around and leave. It never fails, I walk in around 1-2 pm (lunch time) and every time there is only 1 person working the front counter and that person has to not only take the orders , but also bag them and make the drinks nobody ever helps that person speed up the line , and I have yet to see a manager do anything about it. I often see the manager peek up front and acknowledge the line but never come up and help or assign another associate to help. It can easily take 10-15 minutes to get in and out if there are more than a couple people in line. They really need to work on their staffing and take care of the people that are at the counter and not just worry about drive through.

As far as Wendy's go this location is one of the best I've been to. Not only is it clean, but they serve breakfast till 10:30a instead of saying that they serve breakfast till then and actually stopping at like 10am. Furthermore, it's location on Orchard road, makes it very convenient for me as it is close to both my work and to Starbucks, and its convenient for many others as it is located about a mile south of I-88. On my most recent trip to this Wendy's I had their breakfast for the first time in over 3 years and I have to say WOW! Their breakfast used to be greasy and fake like over at McDonalds, but these days they use real eggs and real cheese! It makes ALL the difference in the world! Also their home-style potatoes which at first I thought I wouldn't like turned out to be quite Yummy! Two thumbs up for Wendy's new breakfast menu! I also have to at least mention that their all day menu is still heads and tales above all the other similar fast food restaurants I've eaten at. Highlights include the Baconater,and their Asiago chicken ranch club! yum!

My family and I are no longer eating at this Wendy's. Not only is the food gross, but they ALWAYS mess up every customers order, they are super understaffed, and it is never kept clean. I went to this locations grand opening back in 2003 and for a while they were doing good. Until about 5 years ago their management started changing and then fast-forward two weeks ago when we waited for 20 minutes for 2 burgers! Never Again...

As far as Wendy's go, I think this is a decent location. It's clean inside and they move their drive thru along quickly. Some of the staff there can be on the rude side, but generally it's a good experience. I will mention that their chicken sandwiches aren't as good anymore. Not sure if that's a location issue or a chain thing. Your best bet is their burgers.

My family and I no longer like to eat Wendy's food since they changed the hamburger meat, it's too greasy and doesn't taste as good as it used to. I once had a chicken sandwich that had an odd chemical taste. I didn't eat it and haven't ordered it since then. It takes forever to get waited on, they usually only have one register open. The one who takes your order, handles the money, then proceeds to fill the drink cups with ice and pop. Kind of gross, but also takes a long time. Then the same person goes and gets all the food and places it on the tray along with tracking down the condiments. Meanwhile, the line of people are stacking up and getting tired of waiting. We have seen people get tired of waiting and they actually leave! You would think Wendy's could figure out to open more registers and have one person taking the orders and handling the money. Meanwhile, have someone else making the drinks and putting food on the trays. Things would move along a whole lot quicker.
