Less than stellar service. Waited in a long line. When the last 2 people are left, one being myself, a young lady opens another register to help the man in front of me. When she's done, she leaves me standing in line, while the other cashier is still busy, and starts a conversation with her manager. I left. I guess I wasn't good enough to be served there. POOR SERVICE!!!

This is the closest Panera to my house and I love it! I came in with my mom and Lauren helped us at the register (petite girl with long blonde hair). She was very helpful in informing us how would could use our MyPanera points and when they were available until. I ordered a half of a Strawberry and Poppyseed salad.. SO GOOD. It comes with juicy chicken, blueberries, pineapples, walnuts and of course strawberries! It also had a light poppy seed dressing which I loved. I ordered half of a Mediterranean Veggie sandwich too which was good. The jalapeño hummus was a little much for me but I am not one for any type of spicy food; that is my only complaint!

One of my favorite Panera locations. The cashiers are really fast and efficient. The little baked goods area always very inviting. There's lots of seating in various formats: tables, window tables, booths, window bar seats, and cozy chairs and coffee tables. They recently revamped their menu so if you haven't been in a while, it's well worth your time to check out what great combinations you can now have with their Pick Two option. Can't beat the location for easy access from Aurora or Naperville, though Rt 59 traffic and the shop's shared lot can get very busy depending on the time of year/season.

Panera is Panera, right? Well, this location is close to work so I frequent this one the most. +They always get my order right (no onions!) +Line moves fast, even during lunch rush +One of the best, if not only, "healthy" options in the immediate area. Closest alternate lunch options are: Chipotle, Panda Express, Portillo's and Arby's. Sometimes I just don't want something greasy for lunch. Sometimes. -Parking lot is small and cramped. Honestly, I avoid going here for lunch on rainy or snowy days. Parking is available in the Harlem Roomplace lot across the drive. I don't know why they made the lot so small. -BUSY during weekday lunch time. Sometimes I've actually had a problem finding a table for two, or a seat for one. Singles don't seem to mind sitting at 4-person tables here.

Great food that you can expect from Panera. Who doesn't love a yummy bread bowl filled with soup(broccoli and cheese...yum) on a cold day? The pick two is always a good deal. My one complain is the parking lot is incredibly small. If its cold or rainy, I'll usually pass up this location and go somewhere else. If they could fix that, this place would be golden.

We love Panera, and go to this location frequently after my daughters swim class that is right around the corner. THIS LOCATION however, gets a very generous 2 stars. I have had 3 bad experiences at this one, and the last experience made me so mad ....a yelp review was in order! Let's go back a couple months to the first experience. 1. I ordered a sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup, the soup was in between cold and lukewarm. (It may not sound like it in this review since I am complaining, but I hate complaining when I'm out to eat, I will only do it at restaurants if I honestly can't eat something) So I brought it up and said "I'm sorry, this isn't hot enough, could you just pop it in the microwave for me?" The guy behind the counter gave me a blank stare for about 3 seconds and then said "Not hot enough in general or not hot enough to YOUR LIKING?! Because its definitely hot enough, there is a microwave behind you if you need to make it hotter" I was SHOCKED at this customer service, and even more shocked to see "manager" on his name tag. Brushed it off to him having a bad day.....people do. 2. Next instance, came around 2:30 for a late lunch as I was passing by this location. The place was pretty empty when we got there. Every garbage area was stacked, and I mean stacked a foot and a half high. People were walking over to put their plates/bowls there after eating......deciding if they wanted to take the chance of it toppling and walking back to their table and placing their empty dishes back there. It wasn't even busy at that time so I don't understand how it got backed up so bad, and it just looked filthy. 3. Ok this was the kicker.....The whole reason I'm writing this yelp review. Still making me mad just thinking about it! We went in after swimming class and I order the same sandwich I order every week. With extra cheese. Never had a problem with it after months, and it was always right. This time I sat down to eat it and realized there was barely any cheese on it at all. No big deal, maybe they thought I said "easy cheese" brought it up and then it hit me.....this is the "soup guy" who tried to make me feel stupid for saying my soup wasn't hot enough" So I smile and nicely say, "Hi, I'm sorry I wanted extra cheese on this and there's barely any at all" Instead of saying "oh I'm sorry, let me add some more for you" he said ...... "Actually I personally made this, and I did put extra cheese on it" - (rips the sandwich open) and says - "see there is cheese right here, it just melts in so you can't see it as much" (What? I get the same damn sandwich every week .... I can clearly tell its different than every other time) I just say "oh, ok well could you add a little more?" He says "you want more cheese?!? Yeah I'll add more" Takes a slice of cheese, rips it in half in front of me tosses it on the sandwich and pushes the plate back at me and says "there ya go" MIND YOU this is a melted hot sandwich, he doesn't melt it for me and just puts two huge slabs of cheese on it and acts like a smartass that I wanted "more cheese" on a sandwich that barely had any. This time I looked at him, smiled and said "thank you" looked at his name tag and took a mental note. DAN, Manager. Who needs a serious lesson in customer service. I don't expect people to necessarily have the "customer is always right" attitude.......but you definitely don't battle them, and both times he battled me trying to prove he was right. This location just lost a weekly visit from 3 moms and 5 kids because of Dan the Managers awful customer service. Again, if it was just one instance with him, I would've chalked it up to a bad day. If you don't like dealing with people, get a different career. I'll stick to the Panera on showplace dr. with friendly workers and a clean atmosphere!

My daughter and I went there for the first time today. She ordered a chicken noodle soup bread bowl and half sandwich. When the girl got her order done she said she gave us the broccoli cheese soup also cause she first poured that then realized it was chicken noodle. We said thankyou and started to leave. When i checked in our bag there was no bread bowl. So we stood in line again to get one. I noticed the girl never charged us for the bread bowl so when it was our turn i asked for the breadbowl. I told her i would pay for it. She got us our bread bowl and told me it was there fault so no charge. What a great place with awesone customer service!!! Management should be proud. We will be going there again SOON!

I love Panera but not every Panera gets it right. I came in to pick up a salad and soup to go, I was going home from a long 10 hour shift at work. As soon as I walked in Evan greeted me, asked me how my evening was going and took my order. Something as simple as being greeted with a smile on his face made my night. He took my order, I was out in 5 min and they got my order right. The restaurant was clean, they had enough employees working and even the guy I got my order from was friendly. Good job to this Panera.

They are just like every other Panera. The parking sucks though, when it's busy. Besides that the staff are pleasant and seem happy. I hate going to places where the staff don't look like they even like what they are doing. Some places they look like prisoners. Overall this is a pretty clean Panera, I have been to some that needed some work.

Came here on a Friday night for dinner. Got a half-sandwich and a bowl of soup with a iced tea. The food was good. My bill was around $10. First off, I think Panera is over-priced. I don't feel like I get good value here. Secondly, the restaurant was a mess. Many tables were left with dishes and trays on them. They were not that busy and could have done a better job keeping the dining room clean.

Although yes, the parking situation isn't the greatest, I guess I've been lucky to have always found a spot, even when it's busy. This location does a really good job with keeping the place clean and the staff is very friendly. I usually carry-out though, and I think they've made a mistake twice, which is very impressive considering I've ordered from this location at least fifty or sixty times. They have great sandwiches, soups, and salads, and they use really good ingredients. I'm not the biggest fan of their pastries and sweets, but they're usually average or a little better. I like that they change their menus fairly often, adding and removing items, which gives it that cool, I-wonder-if-they'll-have-something-new element.

It's always a hit or miss when I come to to Panera. Some days I'll get excellent service and others I'll get someone who is very rude and seems inconvenienced with helping me. The food is great and I have loved everything I've gotten there.

Panera's a place for people to come together: convenient with crowd-pleasing food choices and a welcoming atmosphere to lounge and chat a while. I've frequented this location several dozen times over the years and it's a prime example of what the franchise has to offer. If my memory serves me, this particular store was a prototype of sorts, which the corporate sorts have since more widely implemented. The service is generally very prompt, although Paneras in general are often plagued by notorious lunch- and dinner-time rushes. Pro Tip: phone in your order ahead of time. You'll pick up your order in a big brown bag and be out the door before your patron peers can be fifth in line. Until my next visit, I'll be dreaming of the frozen lemonade and gazing wistfully at the summertime, fleeting as it is.
(4)
Steven M.
One star off for the non-existing parking lot. There is just enough room for about 40 cars and that is shared with two other stores. The place looks like it has been there for a while. The service was very speedy for the lunch crowd. The food was spot as as usual. Washrooms need work.

My office is right by this Panera location so I go here often. Nothing to complain about.... they are pretty fast and accurate with their orders and the seating area is always clean. I do wish though that they would get a bigger parking lot. If you go during traditional lunch hours there is a high chance you might not find a spot in their dinky lot.

I like Panera's food...this one is fast, with nice staff. They always get my order right. I only eat in sometimes (the husband usually brings home Panera from work), but the times I have, the seating areas have been clean and comfortable. I'll be going back!
