Food Suggestions to Maintain Cholesterol Level at MCDONALD'S
I ordered a small ice cream cone via drive way and in the window where you pick up your food I saw the employees playing with my cone. He was literally trying to shove it in his co worker's face and then he had the audacity to try and hand me the cone like he did nothing wrong, and I was like "uhh can you give me another cone... What the hell were you doing?" And he gave me a fresh new cone without any problems, but I was still irritated and confused on why he thought that was okay, the food itself was good ( for McDonalds) and the inside is pretty nice! But they should really get more mature employees

Cold fries at McDonald's, are you kidding me? My one guilty pleasure in life is pulling through a McDonalds for a large Diet Coke and small French fry. Since Ray Kroc ( God rest his soul) built this All American institution on the reputation of consistency, 99% of the time I get my fix. This particular McDonalds however falls short. Often barely lukewarm, they're a disappointment. Unfortunately, I don't always have the extra time to go back through the drive thru. When I do have time to pull around again and tell them my first order was cold, they offer a new one. However I have to wait behind all the people ahead of me. I'm assuming it wouldn't be too hard for someone from the front to run fresh ones back to the pay window to get a dissatisfied customer on her way. Apparently not. Since fresh McDonalds hot, fresh-from-the-fryer french fries are the best in the world, I'm going to have to rate this McDonalds very low.

This time they got my order right. But it wasn't very complicated. It never is, actually. So why is it, the last two times I ordered a chicken sandwich, I once received a different chicken sandwich and the other time...a burger? Today the guy in the drive-thru speaker sounded like he was miserable with life and annoyed at me for being there. Not the best and not the worst.

My aching (and now removed) gallbladder will attest to my love of the Golden Arches. The greasy, golden sticks of delight just speak to my soul: the french fries are the golden standard to which all others should be measured and bow down to. If you know it, you love it. And oh, how I love it. This has been my McDonald's for five glorious years, and how I adore it. I've gone so frequently the staff knows me by name, face, car and order. They greet me, they remember me, and they chat with me too. And more than once, the staff had the heart and compassion to go on a quest to find the one particular Happy Meal toy I wanted. Once this even took 15 minutes! They've gone out of their way more times than not, and I sort of feel like I've made friends here. This particular location has a beautifully renovated lobby with HD-TVs, and the drive-thru regularly has a line going all the way around the restaurant. It's the best store in the area (and I've tried 'em all).

18 months ago I came here for dinner after work and on my way to my second job. I went thru the drive thru and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and NO ketchup. (I have noticed that at night when I order at the drive thru I never get the right order. Ketchup only or a regular burger.) I am allergic to tomatoes and tomato products so I have to make sure I get what I order. (I will not die if I eat tomatoes but I get itchy and it sucks) So I order and the young lady tells me to pull forward, but my order does not show up on the screen. So I repeat my order and again the young lady tells me to pull forward. But still my order does not show up on the screen. So again I repeat my order to her and it finally shows up on the screen. Quarter pounder w/cheese no ketchup. I pull up and pay, then to the next window for my food. I start to pull away and stop because I can smell the ketchup in the bag next to me. I sigh and park so I can go inside to get my money back. I walk in and the girl that took my order looks and me and said "ooo you wanted ketchup only right?" I told her it was no ketchup and I would just like my money back. (Never yelled and was calm the whole time. No reason to yell at teenagers about fast food) She got the shift manager to get me my refund. The shift manager looks at me and said "looks like they screwed up again! Let's get your money." (No I'm sorry, let me get you the right burger, our fault. Nope just here's your money) So while I'm waiting I make conversation. I tell her that I'm allergic to tomatoes and is the NO ketchup button right next to the ketchup ONLY button? The manager looks at me and tells me "MAYBE YOU SHOULD NOT ORDER THAT ANY MORE!" Hands me my money and walks away........ So for 18 months I have taken her advice and do not go to McDonald's at all. The boycott is going strong. I have added new followers to the boycott. Thank you to all who have read my rant. That is all!
