Stopped through the drive thru and ordered a turtle sundae for my wife and she said it was very good . I ordered a dipped chocolate covered strawberry sundae in a waffle bowl and have to admit it was probably the best DQ I have ever had. This DQ has been here a very long time and the building and lot and buildings near it all show it . It's not the greatest neighborhood anymore hence why we went through the drive thru. The service was better than it usually is here but most of the time they are quite slow. I'll give my experience today a solid four stars which is definitely better than normal. Keep improving DQ and do a little renovation on the lot and exterior of the building and you may hit five stars soon!

We sometimes get ice cream here and thought we'd try something different today, so I got us a shake and a malt. We thought since it's Dairy Queen, they should be fabulous. What a huge disappointment and waste of money! They were just like milk. I doubt any ice cream was even used! I called the alleged manager, who sounded like she was 15, and she said she that's how they're supposed to be. Yeah ... I don't think so, sweetheart. BURGER KING has better shakes! Looking forward to completing this online survey!

Is stopping for ice cream supposed to be stressful? Had a negative experience at this chain today. My preschooler loves cherry sundaes that he always orders at a different DQ. We hit up this DQ today and they had no clue how to make the cherry sundae despite it being on their menu. Typically it is a cherry sauce w pieces of cherries. We ended up getting a vanilla with a few marachino cherries and no whipped cream or cherry on top, although this was asked for a few times. Another cone was messed up in the order too. I doubt we will come back to this location, it is on a very busy stretch of RT 31 and just scary having the kids out front.

I was extremely impressed by their custom ice cream cake service. I ordered online about a week ahead of time. A few days before I was to pick up the cake, a Dairy Queen employee called me to discuss exactly what I wanted and offered to customize it to my liking, including adding oreo cookies to the inside of the cake. There are a lot more options available than the standard choices online. I got the impression that they were really taking a lot of pride in their jobs, which kind of surprised me. But it sure did show once I picked up the cake. It was absolutely delicious and looked beautiful. It was for my husband's birthday party and I think he enjoyed the cake more than his presents.

Everytime I go there that i've asked for a blizzard specifically made with CHOCOLATE ice cream. They always make it with vanilla with chocolate sauce. It really is beginning to irritate me and I'm probably going to start to go to the one in Montgomery instead. Once I even said "did you make this with chocolate ice cream" and the employee said "oh yes" I took a bite, and could taste that it wasn't, AND my bite exposed a huge vein of vanilla ice cream that hadn't blended. Right.

This automatically gets 3 stars bc it's a DQ..but on a DQ scale, it gets 2. The staff is slow, like both in the understanding of what you're saying and the actual physical sense. It's usually younger teens working when I've gone there but they're just not with it. It scares me because I'd hate to see what they're like when they're busy. It's cute how it's a walk up establishment, there is a drive thru but no option to go in and sit down. Of course they offer all the same delicious treats as other DQs but with a little less promptness. Lucky for them, the products sell themselves.
