My wife and I visited this location to have dinner after an afternoon of furniture shopping. I had in hand a 2-for-1 coupon (buy on get one free value basket) so the meal for the 2 of us turned out to be less than $10.00. Sweet!! I ordered Culver's newest Butter Burger with red peppers, two paddies, cheddar cheese and bacon. The combination was delicious and came with a side of mouth-watering fries. I love Butter Burgers; they latterly melt on the tongue with a mild explosion of flavor. For the money the Culver's Butter Burger is number one in my fast food book, besting McDonald's, Burger Kind, Wendy's, and Portillio's to be honest I like it better than TGI Fridays New York Cheddar; it is just more flavorful. We got desert on the go, and ate it later in the evening and there was nothing that really set Culver's custard apart from other ice cream-centered deserts. Dairy Queen still remains my favorite confection and flavors at Culvers were limited to the flavor of the day. Cons: My wife uses a wheelchair to get around and there is no handicapped button at the entrances to the restaurant and once inside the tables are so close together that it proved hard to maneuver the chair. Overall I was quite satisfied with Culver's; the food was delicious, reasonably priced, the service was swift, the restaurant was clean, and the employees polite. I look forward to my next Butter Burger!

Pretty good double pattied cheeseburger for $3.89 here. The crispy but still juicy patty reminded me of a Schoops burger (in NW Indiana). Burgers are offered with mayo and other standard adders, buns and ingredients were fresh, and burgers were brought out to table. This location is also clean, comfortable, and spacious. I don't often think of Culver's for burgers, but for this price range, it's a good deal, and I'm a fan of this restaurant anyway.

This mix between fast food and table service is tasty and fast. You order at the counter then sit down with a number. In pretty short order your chow arrives freshly cooked. The hamburgers are 4.5 out of 5 stars, mostly due to the toasted, buttered bun and good meat. The french fries are above average as well--fresh about 90% of the time. Even the 10% hasn't been bad, just not as hot. Service has been extremely fast even at peak times when there's a line. Since cashiers are just taking orders the line mores quickly. They've just done a remodel of the interior and it looks nice. A private, windowed room is great for larger groups although you would want to check first about reserving it because normally it's open for regular customers to dine in. I've never done the drive through but it, too, seems to operate efficiently. I frequently see employees running food out. Really running, too. The modus operendi seems to be that you order, pull up to a parking spot off the side, then they'll run your order out when it's ready. Enjoy!

I love the Culver's in Oswego. This one? Not so much. As I ordered a custard in a waffle cone (Friday treat!) the MANAGER came to the drive-through window and pointed out at it - puffed out his cheeks - indicating that this would make me fat. WTF - I don't come here to be judged. So no thank you to the not-looking-so-fit-yourself manager at Culver's.

a better alternative to corporate fast food. family owned and operated is always a good reason to give business to.... the food here seems a tad bit 'fresher' than your major chains which are found worldwide. their burgers are called butter burgers so i assume they use butter on their buns. the onion rings were alright - had better, so maybe it's better to stick to the fries. i had the deluxe with cheese and bacon, and also got to taste some of their fish & chips. it was great that there was a lot of fish chunks inside and not too much batter. the dining room was clean, decor is rather bland and 'outdated', but i didn't smell any of that grease smell some reviews were complaining about. it's good for what it is...

Ugh. I don't like butter in my burgers or my ice cream. The smell of grease when you walk in blows me away. Not even good after a few beers. I'm not kidding, I'd rather have Burger King and that's not likely to happen either. Still, a lot of people consider it a big treat - maybe I'm wrong.

Alright so a buddy and I were putting in our order in the drive-thru. I put in my order and I have drinks of my own so the Pepper Jack Double and a large fry. She wants to put in a large pepsi now. I keep explaining to her I don't want soda and after the fifth time she understands and asks if there is anything else for the order. I said yes and halfway through telling her my friends order she says the total and to pull around. I try to say the order wasn't finisged and she tells me again to pull around. When we do pull around to get the food it was a different person and I paid and was asked to pull forward and got our food not even ten seconds later. I tried to go back around to get my friends food and the person over tge mic told us "Sir, you have your food, please leave us alone". Well guess where I won't be getting anything else from!

I love coming to Culvers. Sure there are better burgers and more expensive burgers, but Culvers is consistent...and fast. I always know what to expect here. As a fast food restaurant concept they do it well. They are especially kid-friendly! My son always gets the kids meal and looks forward to his custard treat at the end of the meal. I think it's great that they give free toppings with it! The employees are great too! With such a large menu they have lots to learn, but everytime I come in they are eager and friendly, and you can't fault them for that. I notice also that they hire lots of young people which I think is a good thing. Culvers, you definitely have a place in my heart! Keep up the good work! :)

Culver's buffalo and regular chicken tenders are better than any fast food joint in the neighborhood. They're always hot, and phenomenal with a side of cheese curds. I still stand by my "don't eat the chicken sandwich" though. I'm not a fan of their burgers, especially since Five Guys and Meatheads are in the area as well. Their prices are a little high, my chicken tenders and cheese curds (it's an upgraded side) cost just over $9. The employees here are super friendly. One of the managers got all passionate about Thanksgiving and pie making before realizing he hadn't given me a receipt yet. Also, Culver's participates in Neuqua Valley High School's work program for special education students. Twice a week, one of the staff members accompanies 2-3 students to Culver's. The students wipe down the tables and chairs and also pick up the trays. So, Culver's gets a star just for being good community members.

It's hard to decide between one star and two. There are many reasons that I don't eat at Culver's (the cooks don't wear gloves; the food is overpriced; too much sodium; the food is lukewarm at best). I decided to give them another try just to see if they had corrected any of these problems. Here's what I found: the service was weak and indifferent; the cooks still weren't wearing gloves (inexcusable) and, as usual, the workers touching much-handled trays and money also put food in bags or filled drinks; the prices had actually gone up (!); still too much sodium; the food was lukewarm in spots and cold in others. Granted, once I saw the bare-handed cooks I should just have left, but I wanted to see if the quality had changed. I took a couple of bites and threw the rest away.

OK, Culver's tastes pretty much the same everywhere. Not a big fan of their butter burgers but I love their halibut sandwich. Of course, their ever so smooth and creamy frozen custard is a must-try!! I would usually rate fast food 3 stars but I'll give them an extra star for exceptional service.

The food is as good as I expect, but I don't think I have ever received good customer service there. I usually go through the drive through and it seems as though management gives the people there no guidelines on how to treat customers. They always seem to be having some kind of issue and never show the customer that their business is appreciated. I am a Culvers fan, that's why I continue to go back, I just wish I didn't have to put up with bad service to get the food I enjoy.

Culver's is a small chain of bur\ger places....nicer than MickyD, but it's still a burger place. As a result there really isn't much to say....the burgers are good.....probaly fattening as hell(butter burgers!) though. I've been there a few times and found it tasty.....probaly won't be back very often as a Johnny Rocket's opened up near my house....their burgers and food are pricier though, but I liked it better than Culver's. Atmosphere is pretty generic, unlike Jonny Rockets....I do not know if the place smells greasy like Ellen M. Reports...I can't smell X(
