Nothing tastes better than a caramel-ribbon-crunch-frappuccino on a hot summer day! Not only was the drink delicious the service was outstanding. The barista Heather was very pleasant and extremely helpful in picking out the perfect drink! - thanks Heather I will definitely becoming back soon! #starbucks

Lots of seating and they really move the line! No drive thru which I like! I ordered a latte and it was perfect! Just the right amount of foam

My fav starbucks in Arlington Heights so far. You get good service. The only downside of this place is it get crowded usually and they close at 9. It would have been cool if they close at 10.

My husband and I stopped in on Thanksgiving afternoon and the blonde barista at the cashier was very friendly and upbeat despite having to work on a holiday. I commend her for her attitude! There were also quite a few people people here -- I was surprised. I also visited this location again last night with some girlfriends and we grabbed the large table in the middle. I believe this is one of the biggest Starbucks I've been to as far as seating. There are plenty of tables for people to sit at without feeling crowded. Definitely using this as a favorite spot for meeting up with friends.

I recently moved right next to this Starbucks. It is smaller, but the service is very fast and it is quiet which I like. The only thing I wish this place had is a drive through. Early morning it would be real nice to just pull up and grab a quick coffee, rather than having to park and go inside. However, while that would be beneficial, I still don't mind going inside and grabbing a quick coffee. I found this one to be a little bit less busy than others in the morning which is nice.

This is a small Bucks with no drive thru and no outdoor seating. Access can be tricky due to the stop light. The parking lot is small, cramped, hard to maneuver in. And yet we all still come here. This small store can get overrun after school by junior high girls. Due to the size, expect your conversation to be overheard, or you to overhear others. That being said, the service and product are what you've come to expect. No complaints there. This location just is painful compared to many others in the area. No fixing that.

Absolutely unbelievably horrible "service" if that is what you can even call it. The staff has absolutely no clue what they are doing. They make the wrong drinks always, so at least there is some consistency!!! You ask for iced they give you hot, you ask for equal they give you splenda. I have been to this starbucks 3 times and I will never go back to this one ever. They cannot make the drink correct for anything. Horrible service and the parking is horrible. Good luck to any who enter.

I like this place. It's the first Starbucks where I don't think I've ever had my drink screwed up (nothing short of a miracle! No one knows how to make a cappuccino anymore). Seating is a bit funny, but there's a lot to choose from. You're only limited if you're looking for something near an outlet. One funny experience: I had a voucher (the "sorry we screwed up your drink" one they give), and the woman taking my order asked, "So who screwed up? You or us?" I looked at her dumbfounded, paused - wondering whether she was actually serious (she was) - and then said, "If I got a free drink every time I made a mistake in life, I'd be messing up more often!" Really? Who rewards you for your own error? haha

Stopped in this Starbucks for a quick Mocha before a long ride home and found it to be the filthiest Starbucks I've ever been to. Someone had swept the floor and left the pile of dirt in the middle of the room for customers to walk around. I had to do a double take because the pile was so big it looked like a kitten sitting on the floor. After having my attention drawn to the floor I could only notice that it badly needed mopping. The employees were too busy chatting with friends to bother being friendly with the customers. Corporate should check in on this one.

Huge line on a Saturday morning but the baristas were incredibly fast. My drink was juuuuust right in the temperature department. Do I enjoy paying $10 for 2 seasonal drinks? No. Is that this location's fault? No way. I've always had pleasant experiences at this location.

This is the best Starbucks I've been to as far as consistency in the drinks, friendliness of the staff and comfort of seating. You always get interesting customers dropping by with superman pajamas tucked into ugg boots (in the middle of summer? That's got to be a cry for caffeine help). Spent 3 hours working there yesterday and while it can get crowded and a little noisy, the atmosphere is still pleasant. Plenty of outlets too. cozy armchair corner great for eccentric patron watching. If you're lucky enough to have Joanna or Kristy make your drinks, you'll be in mocha heaven for the rest of the day. These two sisters have the magic touch.

Now that my usual Starbucks stop (Dundee and Sanders) has closed for some reason, I have to make a stop earlier in my route - which is the location off Arlington Heights Rd, just south of Palatine Rd. While I understand the morning rush is probably not the most fun time to work, the employees at this location are not friendly, courteous or helpful - as the brand focuses on. I barely ever get a "Good morning" before giving my order, and never a "Thanks, have a good day" once it's made and placed on the counter. For my usual $7 morning order, sadly, I'd almost rather stop at the Starbucks located inside the Dominicks (Dundee & Sanders) than stop at this one. At least they greet and are friendly, even when they're understaffed and swamped! Starbucks Corporate - you may want to take a look at this Starbucks location and either get your employees more training or find new ones who embody the Starbucks brand.
