I just ordered delivery online and my food was here 13 minutes after I placed the order. The quality was great, fresh ingredients and my soda was crisp. Delivery guy was very friendly too! Definitely ordering again soon!

First off this is not a review on Jimmy Johns the company but on this particular location. This location SUCKS big time! They have gotten my order wrong several times either missing a simple request to cut the sandwich in half or adding avocado when I asked for it. Delivery is just plain awful and slow. They are the complete opposite of their "freaky fast" slogan. I have three times waited over an hour for my order to arrive. Delivery times ranged from 11am, 12pm and 1:30pm. If you want a good sandwich and fast delivery go to this location: 182 Mchenry Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL. They are always perfect there.

This place is getting a great review from me!!! We ordered here a couple of weeks ago for a work lunch and when the delivery guy got here, the only thing you could smell was cigarette smoke! It was so gross! Our sandwiches tasted of smoke and we were really unhappy. A co-worker of mine wrote a complaint and when the manager called to apologize he informed us that the delivery guy had been let go. He also told us that our next order was on them! So I just called to place my order and much to my amazement, we owe NOTHING!!! I was so shocked, and extremely pleased! I will definitely be ordering from here again!

After accepting Jimmy John's subs as a different style of sub from the other places I like (East Coast subs at Jersey Mike's), it's time to update my review to five stars. Jimmy John's subs are in a category all in their own so I will just call them what Jimmy John calls them: Gourmet Sandwiches. They start with ridiculously chewy freshly baked French rolls (the wheat bread is great as well with a whole grain nuttiness) slathered with Hellman's Real mayo and top it with fresh veggies and high quality meat sliced fresh at the counter. All the subs are great, including the Vito (Genoa Salami and Capicola), Turkey Tom (with perfectly moist baked turkey), the Italian Night Club (Genoa Salami, Capicola, and smoked ham), the Beach Club (turkey and avocado spread), the Club Lulu (turkey and bacon), and if you're feeling really hungry, the one, the only, J.J. Gargantuan (smoked ham, turkey, roast beef, Genoa Salami, and Capicola). The pickles are great and the house brand kettle chips are great. Food is made quick and the delivery is "freaky fast". Also, reading the signs inside is quite entertaining. Update: the new location in mount prospect puts more care into building their subs despite slightly higher prices.

To say the least, the food is what you would expect, but the delivery here is horrible. Jimmy John's advertises its freaky fast delivery, and all though I've had good delivery experiences with other locations, this Jimmy John's on Rand took my order at 11:13 today and still hasn't delivered me my food. It's now 11:58... "freaky slow".

the sandwiches are generally very bland. okay, they suck. Potbelly's is far tastier. The only redeeming thing about jimmy johns is the bread they sell. My wife went in their to buy some bread and the rude manager refused to sell her 3 loaves, claiming he didnt feel like selling any bread today. I thought that if the customer wants bread and their is bread they should sell it. I think the company should get a nicer manager that treats customers better. we just went to another jimmy johns that didnt have a rude manager. its sad that we cant go to the closer one to us because the manager is a jerk.

Jimmy Johns are quick sandwiches to expect miracles is dumb. This shop does a great job making them quickly and with good toppings. I had an unwich for the first time and it was GREAT! The wheat bread is tasty! The Jimmy John Brand chips are great, as are their cookies.
