Well run dunkin that was fast and polite. It was clean and everything tastes good and was up to par. Nothing I could complain about.

This is the DD closest to my house so I'll visit here on the weekends when I'm craving some DD coffee. The space inside the store isn't very large and there is only one or two tables so it's not really a great place to sit and enjoy your cup of joe. I've always had quick service but sometimes the cashier is not very friendly. I could maybe understand if they were really busy and trying to get the orders very quickly but on the weekends there is usually not a line. The coffee I've had is very good though. The parking lot is a little strange and I suggest paying a lot of attention when you are trying to back out because there are a few entrances where people come flying in.

Received a bunch of coupons in the mail from Dunkin Donuts including one for a free large coffee...SCORE!!! Stopped here and waited in the drive thru line for close to 10 minutes. When I got to the window I was going to give my coupon to the man (owner??), but he was quick to inform me, "We don't participate". Huh?!! He said, "See it says Chicago area...we don't participate". Ummm, okay...keep your coffee. There is a McDonalds a block away that has a large coffee for $1! Over the years I have frequented this DD a number of times. At one point I was a regular here. This just makes me mad that all of the homes within a one mile radius of this place are receiving the DD coupons and then being told they can't use them at their local DD. It makes no sense! I will NEVER go to this DD again. There is also another donut shop around the corner now which I would prefer to go to anyways for the 2 times a year I actually feel like eating a donut. Later that day I went to a Dunkin Donuts in Roselle and asked about my coupon before placing my coffee order. The man there didn't even look at my coupon before saying, "Yes, yes...we take all coupons!" Fast service with a smile! Much better. That's how it should be!

This place is on my way to work. Stopped by this morning to grab coffee and breakfast. I'll take the #1 I tell the speaker. "Sorry, but we don't have any donuts today. We have muffins." WTF isn't that part of your name? It's not Dunkin Muffins. Good thing I saw another doughnut place just around the corner. Next time I have a craving for doughnuts on the way to work I'll stop by the spunky dunkers.

I stopped by this place to have a brief meeting. When we had chairs, one of employee started talking to a customer so loud over the counter. I told the employee to speak softly but she was not amenable then told us "Time limit for dining is 30 minutes". I asked her to call the manger to check the time rule is true but she said she is the manager and her name is "Komal". She wrote the name on a receipt. Eventually the manager, Komal laughed off my complaint and did not apologize at all. I have visited many Dunkin' Donuts stores but this store is the worst so far. I recommend not to go this Dunkin' Donuts store then go to nearby Panera Bread or Starbucks. Actually there were few customers at this place despite it was lunch time.

while i was driving to work this morning, b96 was talking about the new dunkin donuts breakfast specials in the chicagoland area. 99c for about 6 items i think. sounded tempting, and since i pass a DD on my way to work, i decided i'd give it a try. afterall, i did wake up starving. there were 2 cars ahead of me, but from putting in my order to driving away, i think it only took about 5mins. nice and speedy! i ordered the sausage/egg/cheese wrap and hash browns. my order came to $2.18. the wrap was alright, but kinda had that frozen/thawed/warmed watery taste to it. but for 99c, not bad. the hash browns were quite tasty though! looks like there are specks of herbs in it, which gives a nice savory flavor as opposed to just fried potato flavor. so for $2.18 i was quite full. i'll still stick to my starbucks chai, but may just stop by DD for these breakfast specials more often.
