Drinks are awesome, Service is bad. Second day in a row they messed up on my drink and when they hand you your correct drink they give it to you with an attitude. I think I'll stick to the Starbucks in crystal lake.

What can one say about a place that many people identify with or are already familiar? The peeps at this location, really put in extra effort into the experience. Im a huge fan. If you go as often as I do, ask them about their rewards program!

This 'bucks just gets it right. They seem to constantly fix poor made drinks for me from other locations. This is my go to from now on. It is much too costly & time consuming to keep paying for poorly made drinks elsewhere in the area. Friendly staff is always a plus, and they have that also. I wish their hours were later.

They make good coffee at this location, but hey - it's Starbucks! - how can they make a bad cup of coffee? The reason I give them 3 stars in because though the coffee is good I've been in there a few times where the girls at the register have been rude & horribly unfriendly. This has been true early in the morning before 7am as well as at night around 7pm. Especially the blonde girl that where's the headband - you know who you are - who wouldn't look up my rewards card & then gave me an attitude about re-loading my card. And - it's not only her, but I've run into several employees there that say they don't know how to look up the rewards & flat out won't ask a manager how to. I've been to some unfriendly Starbucks, but what gets me is that this is such a small town & I'm sure the people that visit this Starbucks are local & repeat customers. I think this store needs additional training & perhaps they need to screen their people better for friendliness.

This is my morning place, and starting out my day with the consistently friendly, efficient staff here really makes my day. They are good listeners and almost always get your order right, even though mine is quite complicated. They are polite, go out of their way and have never been rude. Thanks for making my day every morning. While I've been to other Starbucks, this one tops all of them. I think the manager really is the key to a great staff.

Held them up with a half-decaf pour over and "heated-but-not-steamed" soy. Deanna was gracious and we chatted about working customer service / retail. (And how annoying difficult/particular peeps such as myself can be. ;)) I'm just glad there was no one behind me in the drive thru!

Service here is terrible. I try to be nice, smile and make conversation and I feel like they just rush me, shove the drink in my hand and send me on my way. It's enough to make me go to a different location most of the time

This is my favorite location. The staff is wonderful and I've never had a complaint. Today I was having a less than stellar day and they comped my drink. Why I asked? Cause I'm always nice and easy to deal with was the response. Thanks, made my day.

My total was 5.01. I handed the drive up window woman a 5 and a 1 and then said, "oh! I have a penny!" And she handed me $.99. Fail. And the coffee is terrible. But it's S'bux so that was expected..

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area.... sure, it is the closest to my house, but the employees are nice and they are friendly to my kids, which is a plus for me. Not to mention, they make a mean cup of coffee, exactly how I order it.
