    I frequent this jimmy johns probably 3 or four times a week. Staff is always friendly and quickly greets me when I enter. My order is simple and never wrong. The #4 with no mayonnaise. I appreciate being thanked and told to have a good day as I exit. Keep it up jimmy johns. Also appreciate that the staff offers chips or a cookie even though I decline to order them, trying to eat healthy!

    This location of Jimmy John's is terrific! The employees are super friendly and service is indeed freaky fast! They often have my order ready before I finish paying! I'm a big fan of this location. What more can I say?

    I work very nearby this location (about 250ft), so I am in there at least twice every week. Most of the time, a manager is on duty, and things go as expected - delicious, freaky fast sandwiches. However if you go in on a Saturday afternoon you might find three to four teenagers standing around on their phones, who will HAVE NO PROBLEM MAKING YOU WATCH THEM TEXT as you wait to even place your order... then, after a surprisingly long wait considering you are the only customer in the store, you get your sandwich and it doesn't have cheese (which you asked for). I give two stars not because the average performance is only worth two stars, because like I said most of the time it's good - but rather I am taking points off because they were negligible enough to staff their restaurant with such openly careless people. I wouldn't be taking the time to write this long review if their behavior wasn't so reprehensible.

    Last week my little kids talked me into Subway. We haven't eaten at a Subway in probably two years. Chalk it up to a bad experience and a lesson learned. A few nights ago, I wasn't feeling well and had been putting off cooking dinner for a long time. At about 7, my kids started complaining that they were starving. Too late for me to make dinner, so hubby ran to Jimmy John's. We live less than 2 miles from our closest JJ's, but this is Algonquin and we all know, traffic on the east side of Algonquin sucks. However, my hubby was home in literally 6 minutes. All of our subs were great and the order was 100% correct. This Jimmy John's does it right and once again, I am reminded why we stopped eating Subway and started eating Jimmy John's.

    Not all Jimmy John's are the same. It's not often you'll go to a franchise location and find both owners actively working. Eric and Steve are great, the entire staff is great and I'm happy to have a 5 star location so clots to home. Excellent job guys!

    Jimmy Johns "new delivery zone" will deliver to the street that my cul de sac is off of, but now can't deliver to my street after doing so for the last ~2 years that we've lived here?!? Are you kidding me?!?. I guess that extra .000000001 gallon of gas they they would surrender is simply too much for their bottom line. Thanks for your "freaky fast" [lack of] service, JJs. If you can no longer spare the business-altering delivery distance, I'll take my pick-up business to Jersey Mike's.

    What can I say? I love me some Jimmy John's. A Big John with no tomato and a bag of salt & vinegar Jimmy Chips and I am happier than a slinky on a escalator. If I don't go for the Big John, it's the Bootlegger instead. And, I adore their bread. At today's visit, I considered swiping some of the fresh loaves that were perched on the counter in my view (and easily in my reach when I walked by). This particular location has always been clean when we've been in, and they are FAST. No joke. Good Stuff!

    Not a fan of ignorant employees. Called to order for delivery and said paying with cash. Driver comes to door and i hand him a 20 and he says he just started and has no change. Sorry, i am not tipping you 9.00 on an order. Here is your order back, Call up to speak to the manager, Spoke to Eric who was quite rude and ignorant on the phone telling me that the driver just started his shift and i should of said i did not have exact change. OH so now this is my fault i say i did not pay with exact cash. I then asked for the owners Name and or contact info and was told this is the number, and i do not have there name. It is bad enough on the east side of the river staying busy so you should keep the customers you had Happy.

    Yet another witness to the miracle of freaky fast delivery here in Algonquin! Let me set the tone.. its 100 plus degrees outside. We have a house full of kids running wild outside. The monsters need to be fed. So I pulled up the location on Yelp, hit the call button and placed an order for delivery. I no sooner hung up the phone... and there was a ring at the front door. Puzzled... I walked through the house.. and the Jimmy Johns delivery guy was smiling and holding a huge bag. I was stunned. I brought the sandwiches in, and said.. kids time to eat and my wife said.. Did you call yet? I then said..... Its here already. Smoking fast delivery and everything was just made to perfection. Great execution guys and keep up the excellent work. Kudos to the Jimmy Johns team in Algonquin!

    One of the best JJ's I've been to. The owners are extremely friendly and cool, they don't skimp on the meats, and they are obscenely quick. I highly recommend this location.

    Freaky Fast Delivery is their slogan, right? Talk about freaky. My business is 1.7 miles from them. I order online, hit a button and literally, 3.5 minutes later, yes, 210 seconds, my sub is walking in my door. I had to write corporate. Their average delivery time is about 10 minutes and because of their freaky fast delivery, a second more is not acceptable! well, j/k For a sub place, kudos to JJ. The quality of the product is great for the price. The bread is excellent. The meat is pretty darn good quality. The menu selections is great. I didn't like the tuna sub at all, but it was a day I thought I had a tuna craving and I reminded myself I don't like tuna. Every other sub I'd recommend, but again, this is personal choice. I can only give 4 start because on a few occasions my sub wasn't cut in half and they forgot either the mustard packets or mayo packets in my delivery when asked. Someone was working a little too fast and never read the online print out. The food deserves a 5. The delivery is a 5. The owners support the local community and supply a great product, for a good price in a nice atmosphere.

    I'm not a fan of chains but I'll take Jimmy Johns over Subway any day. They are "freaky fast" and don't ask a bunch of questions. Just order and go. This location has a good staff that is fun to see. My favorite is the #9 unwhich. Loads of meat wrapped in lettuce and very few carbs.
