A number of Cajun entrees and a live alligator. Beer was fresh and cold. I ordered the 10 (out of 10) heat level and it was not hot (though a colleague said "it is hotter than cottage cheese.") I speculate there is only one level regardless of what you order. Crawfish étouffée and bread pudding for $21--a good deal. The étouffée was kind of meh, but the bread pudding was good. Overall, not nearly the best Cajun I've had, but better than I expected to find in rural Idaho. And the beer was good--they must get more business on the weekend or it wouldn't be so fresh.

Been there many times over the years they've been open. Food is always hot and wonderful. Spiced just how you like it. It's better to call ahead and tell them you're coming. The patio is well shaded and wonderful to sit out on. Great beer and wine selection. Their homemade pies and food is to die for.

Two stars because the entertainment of the owners is hilarious. Def a place to go if you want to feel like your out of Idaho. 2 live Alligators in the Restaurant. Food is terrible.

This review is based only upon what I've sampled from their menu at the Idaho Falls beer festival. One word: yum. I look forward to their food every year. The muffuletta sandwiches are out of this world. I bought three this year so I could have them the next day. :-) Don't stop coming!

Cool restaurant with food you don't usually find around southeast idaho. Nice small town style.

Etoufee, crawfish, homemade hushpuppies. A windowed room with live alligators. All found in one of Idahos oldest hotels, said to be haunted. Are you game?
