This looks like a brand-new Wendy's located just left of the offramp in Chubbuck Idaho. We stepped right up to the counter, ordered our food, and received our food all within five minutes! We always enjoy a variety of food at Wendy's and this restaurant not disappoint. The burgers are great, the chili is always delicious, and the chicken sandwiches are one of our favorites. Don't forget to try the new loaded French fries. They were quite delicious! if you're feeling a little adventurous, throw some chili on your baked potato! Last, but not least, (in fact it should have been mentioned first )...who can resist a frosty!? Order a large and take it on the road to enjoy all the way down the freeway!!

September 3, 2011 Saturday - lunch 2:25 PM 2 Adults Atmosphere - 3 stars Food - 5 stars Service - 5 stars Background - Driving across country and wanted a quick bite. Atmosphere - The carpet you would have sworn they took from a casino floor. But it did not hide the wrappers and large crumbs on the floor. Being almost 2:30 in the afternoon the place should have been pretty clean after the lunch rush. The area where they keep the napkins, straws, ketchup and all that stuff was really dirty. You could see where someone tried to clean it up but it was more smeared in then cleaned up. Food Appetizer - None. Main Course - I went with the spicy chicken combo. The sandwich was fresh, the spicy breading on the chicken was crisp. The tomato was sliced thick and the iceberg lettuce snapped when bent. Bun was fresh. This was the first time I had been to Wendy's since they introduced their new fries. I loved the new cut, as for the sea salt, I did not notice a change. As Alton Brown would say all salt came from the sea. Dessert - In a rush and did not have any. Service - Polite and fast. When I went to get a refill he helped us as soon as he was finished with the task he was doing and made sure he communicated that while he was taking care of the other customer. Future - It is hard to say when I will get back to this area again.
