Very good, inexpensive breakfast food. Friendly, knowledgeable waitress. I had the Crispy French Toast with eggs, coffee. The flavor was well balanced. The raspberry syrup had a pleasant but mild tang, but was maybe a little too sweet. The omelettes are HUGE. The plain coffee seems pretty generic, like hotel coffee, but not bad. The mocha iced coffee tastes exactly like Hershey's chocolate syrup. I'd expect a little more attention to coffee from a dedicated breakfast place. Ask for their coconut syrup that they reportedly make in-house. I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. I also went to the Caldwell site. Same menu, but my elderly waitress was not so much rude, but curt and carried an air of unhappiness.

Took my mom to eat here on Thursday 8/20/15. Was excited to try this place because I love breakfast food. Service was a little bit on the slow side and not really pleasant. My scrambled eggs were under cooked and the color was very odd, The bacon tasted like it was the frozen bacon toy buy at the store and you cook it by the microwave. Sausage links tasted like something you get at a fast food place. For a place that is suppose to specialize in breakfast food. ...they might need to change a few things.

I am a huge egg factory fan (especially this location). I would have given this place 5 stars but I did have an off experience recently on a week day that really had an impact on when I will be re-visiting. That being said I would definitely recommend the chicken fried steak. It has a unique batter (I say it tastes like onion ring batter) and is a healthy portion of food. The kids love their pancakes with sprinkles and/or chocolate chips and they are VERY affordable for children. I'll be going back and would encourage others to give them a try.

Decided to come to the Egg Factory for brunch on our day off! The place nice a clean we were seated right away. The Large portions of food accommodate for price. The Service was great and the food came fast! I Got Chicken Fried Steak which was delicious and my wife got the strawberry fields waffles and they were amazing! The only down side is that we both asked for scrambled eggs and they were just ok not great! We look forward to coming back again!! :)

The Egg Factory Weekly Specials Rock!! Monday's, Steak and Eggs and Friday's Chicken Fried Steak, each served with hash browns and your choice of (incredible) bread for only $5.99. Seriously good food at a price that let's you afford to eat out! Enjoy!!

Yelpers get behind this restaurant!! I have never been to a egg factory apparently they have several location according to my lunch mate. So I only know that the food here is great and for a gravy snob from Texas this place passed my expectation. What was cool was the server offered to get me a sample. Since it was 1:30 I opted for the chicken fried steak which was topped with an excellent amount of gravy. YUM!! Only thing that would have made it better was mashed potatoes (not an option). Still even fries soaked up the gravy will definently return.

Good food and plenty of options on the menu. Had the Farmboy Breakfast- 2 eggs, biscuits, two sausage patties, and hash browns. Didn't even come close to finishing. Was seated right away and food arrived quickly. Would definitely repeat. A couple of other things on the menu that I would like to try.

Poor service. Slow. Go to Steve's Cafe in Meridian. Yeah it's another 10-15 minutes away but you'll make that up through their better service.
