Ate breakfast there twice this weekend. Saturday morning was great, quick service and good food. Sunday was a very different story. Waited 30 mins for seating and 45 mins for food and the bacon was overlooked to the point of being crumbly. In all fairness, Saturday we arrived earlier. Sunday, every place was packed at 10:30. If this is a regular thing after WSU home games, maybe better planning and staffing by management would make the difference. On Sunday, our waitress was actually good, she just seemed overly booked. In the end, it's just like every other Shari's. Pretty consistent with food/service quality. But management, step up your awareness of game weekend volume.

This was absolutely THE WORST experience I have had at a Shari's restaurant in my life! We waited for 40 minutes for our appetizer to come (stale chips and unmelted cheese pretending to be nachos) and then another 30 minutes for our meals to come. When they did arrive, they were covered in a "film" from being left under the heat lamp for far too long. We asked to speak to a manager about our situation and as of right now (waiting 15 minutes) we are still waiting for her to come to the table. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Been here a few times now, because it seems to me there is no other place in this BORING TOWN. The food is denny's quality and the service is better at Taco Bell. Not only that it is slower than a Slug slithering down the sidewalk, oh well. I'll have to settle. You might as well just hit the local subway and get your breakfast there.

industrial feel and antiseptic smell. Our waitress was not interested in interacting with us at all. She was nothing more than a vending machine. But still...pie on pi day!

The food itself is pretty good. It's just getting it is the problem. The food takes forever. The servers seem pretty lazy and awkward. The few good servers are few and far between. Apparently, I can't order an omelette and a side of a Bone-In ham... ?

I ordered Velvet chocolate silk pie to take out, and when I got home I had some. It was disgusting. It was like eating lard. Tasteless backed with sugar nasty thing. Even the crust was white and tasteless. Conclusion, I will never eat their pie again nevertheless order a hole one. I placed my order online and had to wait 30 minutes after my pick up time. Sucks.

The only reason I came here was it was opened late enough and we were the only customers in the entire restaurant on a weekday night. I had their southern style fried chicken and waffles, it was supposed to drench in white gravy (according to the illustration) but when it came there were only few drops of gravy? It was a joke. The pies are okay, taste just like store made and too tiny of a slice. Very disappointed.

It is ok food and I love the pie. But the thing is that the employees don't look happy and seem to struggle to get the job done. Never once seen a manager help out there employees and I feel bad for them.

The service at this Shari's is always excellent, we've gotten a server named Tyler a few times and he's awesome, very attentive & friendly. The omelets are great here, I tend to stick to desert, breakfast and appetizers here because you cant go wrong. The pies are great, especially the seasonal varieties like blackberry cream cheese pie.

We ordered our food at 11:15a When the people who arrived 40 minutes after us got their food we knew something was up. The waiter finally came over and asked us to remind him what we ordered and promised to make sure it was on the table in 5 minutes. For our wait, he offered a free piece of pie. We did get our food pretty quickly as promised (at 12:17p) and it was hot and tasty (unfortunately wrong, but we were so hungry it didn't matter). We didn't want to make the situation worse, so we just rode out the experience and ate.

Unbelievably slow! We went to Shari's on a Friday night. The restaurant was nearly empty. It took them 10 minutes to push 2 tables together for our party of 8. It took over an hour to get our food. The waitress was nice enough, but the manager needs to get his employees to move faster. The food was fine, but not worth the wait

Don't order biscuits and gravy their terrible biscuits taste like the were made with white cake mix. Steaks are inedible. Great service though from wait staff.

Went here before a show at the student events coliseum--all the other places in town had hour waits because of "mom's day weekend". First time. I had chicken & dumplings which was adequate but seemed freakish to me because of two alien factors: first, they served it in a cast iron skillet which did not seem sanitary to me because ours never goes through a dishwasher and second because it was very rosemary flavored and that did not taste "homemade" to me because guess what? My family never put rosemary in ours. Nevertheless the dumplings were light and fluffy and it was overall good. I'd try it again. The staff was very nice but that might have been because the manager knew my brother.

You would think this was the only place in town for breakfast! This place was PACKED on a Sunday! We had to wait for about 20 minutes until we sat down. I ordered the Denver Omelet. Meh...it was alright. Nothing with a *WOW* review. The place was busy, the waiter was prompt and service with a smile feeding all the herds, despite the place was a zoo. I gotta say this was a nice hot breakfast meal after camping out for couple days in the storm to attend for an outdoor family wedding. A MUST TRY!

Gyaah! I try not to visit restaurants right when they open. There are always glitches to work out, and any new restaurant in a small town will be packed out for the first few months. But I was convinced to go with some friends about a month after opening. Man, it was bad! The food is bland, the atmosphere atrocious for a new restaurant, and the service was slow. I've only tried Shari's one other time, and it was equally abysmal. Keep driving to Pullman and visit Denny's or Tam's, if you're looking for this kind of breakfast fare. Denny's is also 24 hour.

Food is certainly not great but coffee is nice on a late night when they leave you the pot. But service is very nice, especially dealing with the late night crowd, they are very tolerant and fun. Price is what you'd expect to pay at a late night chain restaurant. It also helped that a good lookin' girl sat by me on a special occasion...

Visited a Shari's once in the Portland area on a trip and it was great - so I was pleased to see one open in Moscow. Until I ate there. It was nothing like the other Shari's I visited - there were absolutely no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
