Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I really wanted to rave about this place but I can't. I will however give a concise review for your needs: The Good: Burrito tasted amazing High quality ingredients Super friendly staff The Bad: In all seriousness, my burrito was overstuffed. After a few bites, it was EVERYWHERE. I had to finish it with a knife and fork because the tortilla itself lost all integrity and chose demise over holding in the ingredients. Probably the worst Qdoba I've visited. Don't get me wrong I love getting more food than I pay for but don't give me so much that it bothers me. Better luck next time Qdoba

I have been eating at this Qdoba for 10 years. They are an amazing place to go! Turned my entire family on to this place and take friends there quite often. I am always looking for a reason to stop in. They can be stingy on portions sometimes but if you stand your ground and ask for more they will make it right. Everything is good here so you really can't go wrong!

Where do I even begin? The food here is excellent. The ingredients are very fresh and the atmosphere is about as clean as it can get. Not only is the food outstanding, but also the employees. They're incredibly kind and patient, having taken someone who has never eaten here before and trying to decide what to get. They are quick and efficient with long lines, without making you feel rushed to make a decision on what to order. As a matter of fact, I just got back from there, and ended up losing my debit card. They let me try and find it in my truck, but no luck. After asking to take the drink off so I could pay with cash, the cashier refused and paid the whole $10.60. I did not catch his name, but I'll be sure to leave an $11 tip the next time I come back! Much appreciation, God bless.

SUPER SALTY MEXICAN FOOD. And it wasn't just my order, my friend is vegetarian and her burrito was drenched in salt too. But if you like salt, then maybe this will be for you. Not sure how fresh the ingredients are, but you pick what you want and they make your burrito/bowl in front of you. Very similar to Chipotle but more choices with the menu such as soups. Won't be coming back though.

This fast food is also fresh, healthy and affordable. We come from Southern California to visit our daughter at U of I, and Qdoba has quickly become our antidote to bad food and service in Moscow. Here's what regularly experience: - Very fresh ingredients which you select while they prepare your dish in front of you. - Flexible options for Vegetarians. - Friendly staff, clean restaurant, speedy service. - Prices are so affordable you almost feel guilty. - Great "real" guacamole and some of the best tortilla soup you will ever find. My only wish is that they served larger sized soups, and that they would open a branch in San Clemente. Thanks Qdoba!

Since there is no Chipotle, I am stuck with going to this place. Their food is average, service is okay, nothing that stands out about them. They NO LONGER offer a free drink to the local college students.

I love Qdoba. Their verde salsa really makes their steak burritos something special. If I had one where I live now, I'd be even fatter than I already am.

so I tried this place out yesterday they have a nice selection of choices for you to try I like that, but I fell into old habit and had a burrito its a Mission style burrito and damn filling, but huge as mission style usually is, only bitch was they wrap it with a single layer of aluminum foil, they need to take a clue from Taco Del Mar on how to wrap a mission style burrito so you don't end up wearing it, this is what I had Ancho Chile BBQ Burrito Our newest signature burrito features slow roasted pork that's been simmered slowly in a blend of tangy tomatillos, jalapenos, garlic, and fresh lime juice, then topped with our sweet, mexican style BBQ sauce peppered with hints of dried chilies, hickory, and smoked mesquite the sauce was almost like a mole sauce and I am damn happy I tried it, I will be back for sure I want to try some other stuff on the menu
