Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Fresh, authentic, very tasty food! The owner fixed me lunch and made great recommendations! The Dan Dan Noodles were very good if you like spicy and the beef lime salad was amazingly delicious! I'll be back!

I love Moscow, ID, but I would never have expected to find authentic, high-quality, delicious Sichuan dishes in this tiny, relatively remote city. I can't comment on the Korean or Vietnamese offerings here. But the Sichuan dishes that I had were extremely good and up there with any I've had in the country. The sour fish and vegetables dish was excellent: flavorful, tangy, perfect heat from the dried chiles, and the welcome numbing, floral surprise of the Sichuan peppercorns. The garlic pork was also great: the sauce was thinner than I expected it to be, but it was very flavorful and suited the dish well. The pot stickers were generic but tasty and well prepared. But seriously. An authentic Sichuan Chinese restaurant of high quality (and for a very reasonable price) in Moscow? Unreal. Obviously go here whenever you're in town.

I got back from studying in China for 6 weeks and was craving authentic Chinese food and Iron wok has blown me away at how genuine the flavors are. My girlfriend also loves it and she is from Monterey Park, CA, which is known for its Chinese restaurants. I highly recommend the beef stew noodle soup and the ma po tofu, and the dan dan soup if you like spicy.

Extremely disappointed! I read the reviews so was very excited to try it and when I got there I went inside and stood there for 10 min without being acknowledge so I turned around and walked out.

The place was empty we were the only party there , but I'm not sure why. The food was amazing had the crab rangoon sweet and sour chicken, egg roll, fried rice and chow mein. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The customer service was fantastic and very friendly.

Horrible attitude, horrible service. The waitress here has racial discrimination and rude behavior. The portion of food is not worth the price. I will never come back.

Yikes, it was awful, awful last night. The food was bland and flavorless, chicken had an "off taste." Maybe old oil? The "Pork Fried Rice" had no eggs, no vegetables and no pork in it. The Pan Fried Lomein was a pile of pale noodles, again with no vegetables or meat in it. Very bland and oily. Crab Rangoon came out cold and the wonton tasted like it had been fried a while ago, it was chalky. Very disappointing, we went several months ago and it wasn't great but edible, so we were hoping it would be edible and calories at the end of a long day, to simply get food in our bellies, but I could not do it.

Was craving some Chinese and was pleasantly surprised when I saw the menu. The same owners of Minh's in Pullman, this spot has one of the most diverse and interesting menus I've seen around this area. They have Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, and Thai food. I tried their General Tso chicken which was good. I also got to try their Egg flower soup. No flowers but it was a light colored soup with perfectly cooked eggs and a small amount of corn, green beans, fava beans, corn, and peas. I thought it had great flavor. I will definitely be back to try the more authentic dishes and would recommend this place.

You will not be overly impressed by the decor but the food was great. Everything was fresh. I had the General Tso's chicken and it was good. They have a kids menu and my kids all found things they enjoyed. Will certainly go back.

The best Chinese food in Moscow! My wife and I love all of the vegetarian options, all of which have been delicious. The owner said she only uses fresh vegetables. I recommend her kim chi fried rice (ask for it vegetarian) and the stir fried mixed vegetables. The tofu stew is also excellent.
