6 stars if possible. Ben the owner cut a great deal for a birthday party of 13 twelve year old girls. He saved me a bundle. We will recommend this place to everyone. Very accomendating. We have been here many times before and staff is always friendly. Thank you La Creme

Good choice of flavours, generous helping, creamy. Tried pistachio, butter pecan, mint chock- chip. Yummy.

Stopped in after tacos at Calle 75 - my GF had some frozen yogurt and I had a freshly baked chocolate chip pizookie. Yes, you no longer need to go to a BJ's to get your pizookie fix. Hell, I only paid $6.95 for the I had and we were not able to finish it. They also only have one size for their frozen yogurt and my GF didn't finish hers. This was officially the last place we dined at before leaving town.

If I could give it zero I would. Me and my wife ordered two milkshakes and a bottle of water for a grand total of $18! Absolutely ridiculous! This was for 2 small shakes, but on the menu board it said we could only order large shakes. That didn't stop them from only giving us a small shake however! The milkshakes were terrible, they used the yogurt and ice chips and blended it together. So we did not get a creamy sulky shake but rather a rough nasty shake with chunks of ice still in it! - staff was friendly but I will never go back due to the product and price!

This corner of Meridian is packed with self-serve frozen yogurt. It's bizarro, and they'll all run each other out of business in time, and then we'll be bummed. Anyway, this froyo place has nothing about its yogurt or toppings that stands out from the rest. There are fewer flavor options than any of the competitors, and they didn't have a basic tart yogurt. No option to sample, either, so you'll be filling your cup without the option to know what you're getting. Toppings seemed pretty fresh, but the selection was limited. I tried several fruits and while the raspberries were good, the strawberries were woody and tough, and the blueberries had stems attached, which I had to spit out. Along with frozen yogurt, they sell a variety of hot drinks and other treats like pretzels and cakes. I didn't sample any, so I can't assess the quality. The young man at the cash register was a bit surly and unfriendly. I was the only customer in the store, so it wasn't that he was overwhelmed by the volume of customers. The prices were in the $0.39 per ounce area, which seemed a bit more than average but not out of line with other prices. Given that it's in the Village, I appreciated that it wasn't totally extortionary. What I really hated was that by paying with a credit card, I had to sign a copy that included a spot for a tip. This is SELF SERVE yogurt! The purpose of the place is that the staff won't have to do as much. I got a glare from the cashier when I wrote a zero in the tip line. I felt bad, but for $3.00 of yogurt it seemed a bit silly. The employee's noticeable annoyance when I didn't tip was uncomfortable. The seating area was clean and bright, and had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I will go out of my way to get froyo before I come to the village, to avoid this place. It's the only coffee shop in the Village, so I'll likely come by again and try out their espresso, but otherwise I'll stay with Menchies.

Simple, easy and always tasty. Its frozen yogurt, which is REALLY hard to mess up :) There are a lot of options in Meridian, heck, there are two in the Village, but this one works. The staff is always super friendly, smiling and attentive. The place is always clean and the product is consistent. With all the foot traffic the Village generates it should be easy for them to be successful.

We tried La Créme at the Village at Meridian last night. It's smaller than the usual fro yo shop with a few less flavors available at a time, but the location is great. They also sell hot beverages like cider, coffee and hot chocolate, a large variety of cakes, pies and cheesecakes or by the slice, and a small assortment of other treats like chocolate covered Oreo cookies. I had the peppermint with chocolate chips, and it's as good as anywhere else. I look forward to trying the other goodies in the future. If all you're after is the largest variety of fro-yo, you'd be better off with U-Swirl or Aspen Leaf, but this is a cute little shop in a great location. Unless I'm craving a specific flavor they don't have, convenience trumps variety.

Ive been to several of self serve froyo locations through the valley.. (Aspen leaf, menchies, yougurtz..) many times ive walked ito a store and had a rough experience, with la creme i never leave less than satisfied and happy. Employees welcome you with warm smiles, offer you samples and help you decide what flavors match well with toppings. The coffees and hot drinks (smoothies, as well) are all amazing and taste almost better than starbucks. They do not have espresso but the employees have creativley come up with different ways to serve the ultimate best coffees and hot chocolates. Environment-with the possibility of little kids running around often and toppings being easy to spill, the store remains sparkling and up beat. The topping bar is always full and wiped down from spills, tables are sanitized after every customer and machines dont have froyo leaking down the sides. Music has been family appropriate during my visits. Being in the village means they are a HOT SPOT, so much foot traffic in & out. Summer time there will be lines out the door for 2-3 hour blocks, we've timed how fast the line moves & averaged to 8 minutes (IMPRESSIVE). A cute shop with amazing customer service like la creme deserves 6 out of 5 stars in my book!!!

Went to The Village last weekend and stopped in for fro-yo for the 7-year-old. I did not expect to see baked goods, and certainly not one I would have to try. Well, I immediately spied the Salted Caramel Crunch Cake and it was decided. I had to have it. Sold by the slice, I expected a dry cake, but hoped for a rich, salted caramel flavor. The cake was moist with a tender crumb, complimenting the thick caramel layers and a touch of white frosting. The crunch was incorporated into one of the bottom layers of caramel and may have been a crumbled cookie of sorts. Whatever it was, it was decadent. I nearly went back in for a slice to-go. Our service was excellent, and despite not having as big of a yogurt selection as it's parent company (U-Swirl), there was a good selection of the most popular flavors with a few fun kid ones thrown in. With hot coffee for daddy, cold self-serve fro-yo buffet for the kids, and baked indulgence for mama, La Creme is the sweetest place in town!
