I want to start by saying, I love their pizza but hadn't eaten it for a good 5 years. This is why I stopped in on a Friday. Here's the break down of my order, medium lasagne pie, 3 sodas, 3 salad bar add-ons. The bill came to $50. When I inquired about this seeming excessive, she informed me they are now adding 18% gratuity to the bills. Yep, $50 for a family of three. We cancelled the order and left.

So incredibly disappointed to order a pizza at 8:30ish and wait forever for it. Only to find out they thought it was for pick up when the conversation stated clearly we were at our hotel. My husband went to pick it up and because it was so close to closing time, they left and we have no pizza ... 11p local time here and hubby is returning with McDonald's .. ugh just awful. But hubby would like to stay a little longer than planned in the morning to thank you personally.

This location was clean and the staff very friendly. My wife and i tried this place for the first and last time. The food looks great but lacks any flavor. With so many options for pizza, i won't eat here again.

3 of us at work decided to try something different, so this was to be it. We ordered 2 Philly sandwiches, and 1 ham & cheese. Not only was the person on the phone rude ( obviously hates his job and dislikes his customers ), but the food was inedible. $30 for 3 sandwiches that are burnt, with very little meat...and a little bag of crappy chips & cookies. Not worth it.

This is a passable restaurant where you can go sit down for lunch. I like Chicago pizza and appreciate what this place is doing to try and bring it to Idaho, its just not working very well. The pizza was a plain deep dish pie that was good while I was there but very forgettable.

I don't think I could ever give Chicago Connection a bad review. My only wish is they were located in Seattle. The pizza is literally my favorite pizza and whenever I go to Idaho this is one of my first stops. I even make my boyfriend bring this pizza home if I can't make it to Boise. Great pizza, great service, and I actually really want some now....

I came to Chicago Connection to celebrate my nephew's 15th birthday party. We made reservations and were able to get the back room, which is nice for larger parties. As far as pizza goes, it's not bad. I will say that everyone raved about the Buffalo Chicken pizza. I, however, LOVED the garlic cheese bread. If you like cheese, I've been told that Chicago Connection is the place to go. I cannot disagree, especially where the cheese bread is concerned.

I saw the Chicago Connection signs and delivery trucks all over Meridian, so I thought I'd give them a try. Food taste like Pizza Hut - greasy, fatening - and price was steep. There are dozens of pizza places in town, and while they deliver, I don't believe I'll try Chicago Connection again.

This is more of a 3.5 star :) Clean! 2 tv's with the World Cup! Friendly service good at refills! Had a special where we ordered two large pizzas for medium price. Decent prices! Hawaiian yummy! Combo very good! Nice deep dish crust! Group of 8 and they put two tables together for us! Lobby was practically empty.

I was very impressed with the customer service at this location. I've always been a fan of Chicago Connection so I decided to call them when we were at Roaring Springs and needed dinner. I called this location and told them where I was and that I wanted the pizza delivered to my van in the parking lot. Not only did they bring the pizza right to my car they brought with them paper plates, plastic utensils and cups even though I never asked for those items. They just knew we would need those things and brought them. This is customer service. I was very impressed and the pizza was very good as usual.
