The new menu is nice, but does not make up for the poor service we have received recently. It has gotten worse each time. We were ignored for 20 minutes after being seated for a late lunch (2:00 pm) and there were only 4 other tables with customers, so not busy. On the next visit we received cold chowder from an obviously inexperienced waitress. When we mentioned it she sent the manager over to us and she explained that some people don't ladle the soup correctly, they only skim the top and don't stir up the warm soup from the bottom.....so why aren't they taught that? The manager only offered to warm up what was left of our soup which was about 2 spoonfuls by then, because it had taken so long to get the waitresses attention. Then it took forever to get our bill and twice as long to get the change on our bill. The decor is nice, but GOOD SERVICE IS MORE IMPORTANT!

Since Lewiston isn't exactly on the coast, you can't expect to get good seafood. But, the food here really isn't worth it for the money. It all seems pre-processed, and service has been horrible the last few times I've gone (I've gone here only b/c my mother in law has wanted to and she's been paying). I guess you'd go here if you were hankering for some ok seafood and don't mind waiting for it.

The food was overall good. I love their cheddar bay biscuit.

The harbor bake was actually very good. 18 shrimp. Huge sea scallops and lobster were perfect. Get something NOT fried!!

Excellent food and even better service. Based on several visits. I travel from Spokane just to enjoy everything they have to offer.

Very consistent. Their food is always delicious and the staff is always very friendly. It may be the only seafood place in the valley, but it is great. They have a nice variety and a daily fresh menu that always has some great specials. Mariah is probably my favorite staff member, but I have never been treated poorly by any. The management and team are doing a great job with this branch.

The ONLY good thing to eat here is the muffins. Bland, overpriced, small portions, bad service. Mysterious to me why they are crowded on the weekends, must be the poor out of towners who don't know any better. Local tip here to the uninformed, better chowder at Skippers, better sit down meal at Jeffery's, better pasta at Antonio's, way better service at any Happy Day restaurant, ie, Tomato Bros, Zanys, Main Street Grill.
