Oh my gee.... AMAZING!! my boyfriend and I were passing through town and decided to stop at random place to eat. Main St Grill was first place we saw open and were so glad we came by. I ordered the chicken Cesar wrap with spicy Italian meatball soup... It was so yummy. My boyfriends ordered pastrami burger with fries and it looked and taste great!! Service was friendly, atmosphere is welcoming and we love the choice of music!! We will definitely come back next time we're in town Thank you!!

The food is great. It does not include fries, so you have to add them on. This can bring the total (depending on the sandwich) for one meal over $10 (not counting the drink). The food is quality, so it is worth paying. The atmosphere is great. In some areas seating is a bit crowded, but overall it is a great place for lunch!

Great atmosphere with some awesome music from the 80's. No Dr. Pepper or Mr. Pibb, which was a bummer. The "chips" were okay but would rather have fries. Sandwiches were huge - large portions! Lots of baseball decor, cool arch doorways. Service was a little slow.

In town for Vandal graduation. Found our way here. A great place to meet family & friends. Food was good & reasonably priced. The staff was friendly & engaging. We chatted about which was the hefeweizen, I took a leap of faith and ordered the waitress's suggestion. Not sure if it was because she was pretty or the beer was good. Either way, I was pleased with the food & experience. I would definitely go back.

This might be one of the best places in Lewiston, based on my limited experience there. Still, it's just an average diner. I've certainly eaten worse but it's not somewhere I'd go back to, given a choice.

OH MY GOSH!!! Yummy!!! The potato chips ROCK!

I do not usually rank every place 5 stars. The reason why this place is not ranked that high because it has little to no competition. The food is not as good as a brewery pubs food would be. Lewiston has a bland taste preference it resembles an average diner. My first time eating here they did not offer fries with burgers or sandwiches. They quickly turned around and served fries but, they are still stingy on the fries. I could get the same thing at Main Street I can back in Portland Oregon Deschutes Brewery and it would taste better and have more fries on the plate. The food is average and the menu needs to be changed because it is overpriced. The venue was clean and a nice to sit in it was just the service was good. Maybe it the same person in Lewiston did not own everything the menu would not be so boring and limited. I can go to Red Robin and get the same thing for the same price.

Decided to come here to try this regions signature dish, bite-size steak. That particular part of the meal was pretty good, as we're the various dipping sauces. However, I didn't find the sides to be that great. Overall, just okay. Will likely give it another try, though.

Okay. I didn't give it five stars because I've only been here twice. I would say that this is the best place I've eaten in Lewiston/Clarkston and I've been visiting the area off and on for years. Having said that, the food was great (Thai wrap for lunch and the Pecan Waffle w/peanut butter syrup for breakfast). The atmosphere is right up my alley; a kind of brew pub environment and the service was great. The wait staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place as a departure from the many common, rubber stamp menus/restaurants in the area.

Nothing healthy on their large menu. The Philly Cheesesteak was pretty good, but the roll was waaaay too large for the amount of meat. Good service too! Recommendation for the restaurant: replace the Denny's-style menus. Class it up a bit.

Service and atmosphere were great but the burger I got was way overpriced. I paid $20+ for a burger, fries, and a soda. The burger was okay but not great. I would go back but would order something else.

Amazing food and amazing service. Great atmosphere with upbeat polite individuals and servers. Glad to give this business 5 stars.

3.5 stars rounded up for the good service. This was walking distance from where I was staying in Lewiston so the location was great. The salad I ordered the first night to go was not the best and they forgot the dressing. It should have been a great Cobb salad but ended up being just some lettuce with lunch meat thrown on top and not much else. I dod go back for breakfast the next 2 mornings (Saturday and Sunday) and they were excellent and the waitstaff were very friendly. If I judged it off the first experience it would have been a 1.5 but the 2 breakfasts made up for it.

2.5 stars - rounded up Food was mediocre, most menu items seemed a little dated and they seemed to be trying to keep up with Applebee's, which imho, is not a good thing. Service was good, though and the location was quaint and clean. I would surmise for Lewiston that this might be one of the better places to get some food.

I love Main St. Grill! The food is always great and so is the service. :) I have been there many times and have never had a bad experience.

Just returned from dinner and it was delicious! The menu has a little bit of something for everyone. I ordered a pasta dish that was just the right size, tasty and unique. It was a butternut squash ravioli with a nice sauce, cheese and hazelnuts. The waitress was very friendly and prompt, paying attention to us while we ate and showing up at all the right times. I would gladly return ... and order the same exact thing! It was that good.

Great food, their Bacon Avocado Burger is one of the best. One of the few restaurants in the L-C Valley that has two unisex restrooms (one toilet each) in order to avoid long lines.
(4)Mike M.
Great, friendly service, a varied menu cooked & served right, good prices. Sort of a locals atmosphere, very nice.
(4)Heather A.
Maybe it was our server's bad day, but we waited for over 20 mins for the staff to take our order. Service did slightly improve after we expressed our dissatisfaction. Menu options were a-typical. Food was standard, no real wow factor. Do not plan on returning anytime soon.

The food here is a good value for the dollar. If you are looking for a good burger or philly sandwich, then this is your place. It has a healthy menu selection and the service is very friendly and prompt.

Food was great ... Chicken tender basket was excellent, nice and juicy not dry... Clam Chowder was also excellent.... Service was also good.... Five stars on food and service.. Three stars on unexpected tip recommendation... One thing... Don't recommend "tip" amount, that is a total turn off... So expect to see on the bottom of your receipt recommended tip amount...

Good, but price-y food. We've eaten here several times while visiting Lewiston. I prefer this restaurant to Zany's (both owned by the same restaurant group). THIS restaurant is well-lit, and very clean. My favorite here is the buffalo burger. In fact, if you're going to have a burger -- pony up the extra dollar. I ordered the ground beef burger once and won't make that mistake again. So far, each experience here has been completely satisfactory. Give it a try. PS: If you come at lunch time, be prepared to wait a bit for a seat; and sometimes the service is a little slow. That hasn't dampened our enthusiasm for the place, though.

This place is fine... mediocre... It's nowhere near as good as its big brother Zany Graze, though a number of menu items are shared between the two establishments. Not only is it not as good, but it's significantly more expensive with less food in return. For example, I ordered a Black and Blue Burger at Main Street Grill & Deli and the fries weren't included for (I wanna say) $7.99 or $8.99. At Zany's you get the entire meal for about the same. I realize downtown rents must be more expensive, but if I'm paying that much for just a burger, I want something spectacular presented to me. It's just not the case. This place is "fine," but you'll get more bang for your buck at Zany's.

Had dinner here based on a recommendation. The servers were attentive, helpful, and prompt. The bison burger, taco salad and steak bites were all very good. Will definitely come back the next time we pass through town.

This is a nice little place for lunch or dinner. Friendly staff my favorite here is the Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches & the cabbage patch salad side :-) Summertime outside watching historic downtown Lewiston Idaho pass by you! In fact I think I will make this suggestion to my husband for lunch today.
(4)Brian P.
Excellent food, prices, and service. Chill with a brew or glass of wine on the outdoor section or sit inside. Prime dip was my choice with a great medium dark brew recommended by the Scottish gentleman. Definitely will return here!
(4)David R.
This is a solid well run establishment by the very professional Happy Day Corporation. Servers are friendly & seem to know the menu well. There are some nice sandwiches on the menu (Zonker?) but fairly generic otherwise. Clean, pleasant seating areas, dining room, booths, sidewalk. Good for a pit stop, maybe not a destination.

I really like this restaurant but after deciding to become a vegetarian last year I have discovered there isn't much to choose from here. I have had the veggie wrap a couple of times and it is really good. But imagine my surprise when I ordered the veggie avocado melt: if you're like me, you probably assume that the word "melt" implies that it is going to be grilled or in some way going to be all gooey and hot, right? Well, not so much. The sandwich is made of your average, ordinary, grocery store variety of whole wheat bread and it was just toasted....not grilled or anything. The cheese wasn't even melted. Big giant disappointment for an $8 sandwich. If this was made on some really good artisinal bread and turned into a painini this would be a great sandwich. All that being said, I still like the restaurant and the hubby loves a lot of items on the menu. I would recommend it to anyone, just maybe not to vegetarians.

While traveling from Boise to Coeur D'Alene, we were ready to stop for lunch in Lewiston. We saw a billboard coming in to town and decided to give it a 'look see'. We found it in the downtown area and saw the place was full of the local after church crowd. We each had a sandwich,me a BLT on whole-grain bread was very good. My husband had a Patty Melt on marble rye. Fries were delish! And free WiFi so we could check in with family about our progress. We will return.

been eating here for over 9 years, and i eat here about once a month. never had a bad meal yet

Good service, food and drinks. I really like their italian sodas. Best oysters away from the pacific coast.
(4)Mak H.
If you are in the Lewiston area, this is one of the only places you can get WIFI!! The food is not too shabby, although the steak bites were disappointingly bland. They have beer on tap, you can sit and watch a game, and the outdoor seating is in a great area of Lewiston's "burgeoning" downtown.
(4)Clinton H.
The variety of food is quite good, and they have expanded the seating. Think of this as more of a sports themed restaurant. The quality of food is very good, and the service is quite good. Expect to pay around $10pp for dinner w/o any drinks.
